I was sold on a service that sounded great- I could…read morecontrol a doorlock from my phone, a camera on the doorbell that would trigger motion and I could see (and speak) through my panel, smoke alarms that were linked to the fire department. If only it actually worked. The phone app only works sporadically (not great when you're trying to let someone in the house remotely, as it was sold to me). The camera only sometimes triggers motion, I often have to open the door to see who it is since my panel image doesn't show up OR, it's stuck on an image from 2 weeks ago. I've never once been able to talk through the speakers. The smoke alarms have malfunctioned (not the battery, they just stopped working and started to go off). I have to call about once a month to have something reset. Each time I call, I even ask "is this normal for customers to have to call this often for malfunctions? I'd like to speak to someone about faulty equipment" and they always say no, not normal, then bypass my request and refuse to transfer me to someone who can actually help. Not only that, most of the reps not very nice to talk to. And since I've had to call A LOT, I have talked with a lot of them. If I can ever manage to get transferred to higher up, they only offer me a partial credit on my account for the lost time of service from their faulty equipment. Which I have NEVER ONCE seen credited. It took 7 emails (which I was told was a valid form of support) over the span of NINE MONTHS to have them actually respond to a question about my contract. This company has horrible support, has refused to acknowledge they put faulty equipment in my house, and have even refused to tell me how much I have left on my contract so I can pay off this shitty service and go with a company that actually works.

I have been trying to cancel service with this company for ages. We sold our house nearly a year…read moreago, paid out our contract and they are still trying to withdraw funds from our bank account (I say "try" because my bank won't let the funds go through). When you call for help, you just get transferred around from department to department. It takes ages, and you still don't get anywhere. Don't sign up for service with them!

Spoke to a very nice sounding girl on the phone who setup my appointment. Fast forward to the appointment date, and the tech arrived on time/evaluated/and set me up with my own Fort Knox system. I haven't been robbed yet, so I can't tell you how well it works, but when I did call and have a question about the system, it was immediately answered over the phone for me. Customer service is like impossible to get anymore, so this was a ray of sunshine in the hell that is my life. I sleep better at night knowing my place is protected from hard core republicans with their guns, and democrats with their BS feelings. My system keeps the world away, and the monsters at bay.

Along with a security device,cameras,GPS pretty much the work's. They nodded and said they could do it all. They said they would only put in one kind of car stereo. (That should have been a red flag there) Alas I said that would be fine. I brought the car for the scheduled date. They knew I had planed to have more work done if they the car stereo job went well. When I went to pick up my car, the speakers sounded awful, which they said it was just the area and nothing else. (I later found out that I had a blown speaker which they checked however did not tell me about nor offer to Update along with the stereo) Great business sense on there part. Also when asking them the Basic's about my new stereo they did not have a clue about any of it. Even though this is one they supposedly only ever use in these cars.... One member of the staff was kind during my time there... The other one was extremely rude and argumentative. The last one did not have a Canadian penny's worse of sense. If your thinking of going here don't. Just put the stereo in yourself and burn 12,00. In cash on a cook out. You'll have more fun and the stereo will sound just as good...
