Like it's my fault I can't see as well as I could before surgery. When I try to talk about what's frustrating me, everyone there just looks at me and moves on. I made an appointment to get a new eyeglass prescription. As I was led to a room, I told the lady…read morethat I wasn't going to get my eyes dilated today. You'd have thought I told her I was gonna stick needles in my eyes the way she reacted. She told me that "everyone" got their eyes dilated to which I repeated that I wasn't doing that today. She continued to push, saying it was "protocol". I reiterated that I wasn't doing that today and when she continued trying to get me to acquiesce, I told her that she was probably used to old people giving in after that much pressure, but that wasn't gonna happen with me, and I asked her nicely to just drop it. She said she, "Wasn't gonna get talked to like that" and stormed out. When Dr. Daniel came in he seemed a bit uptight... and began to explain why I should get dilated. I told him why I wasn't and that I was supposed to be just getting a new prescription. He seemed a bit chapped and then he walked out. I got the impression that they don't like being told "no". I know the reasons for the need to get dilated, but I just wasn't able to do that TODAY. They did send in a nice lady, Hailey, to examine my eyes and she was friendly and professional.. but I won't be going back there.

4 of my children have had an appointment with this office for over 2 MONTHS, only to go in this…read moremorning to be told they no longer accept their insurance. I was told I would be given a call, if there was a change in them accepting it. I was ALSO told that I have been called SEVERAL times, but no one answered. (No voice mails left either, imagine THAT!) I checked with the front desk to verify the number they were calling was correct. Yep, my number for the past 10 yrs! Yeah so, kids out of school for no reason, STILL can't see & 3 of them continuously having migraines & will, until I can get them in somewhere ELSE. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this office to ANYone!!

I called after the 10 days were up and was told someone would check on them and call me back which they did not. Waited another week before calling again, was told the lab manager had left for the day but that she would call me back the next day. Next day came and went without a returned phone call. Call back again 24 hours later and they say she is with a customer can she call you back, to which I finally had enough. I asked did someone forget to order them? Was something on back order? No explanation of why there was a delay just that they should be here any day. How dare they take your money up and then treat you like that! I will not return

Absolute scammers! $129 in fees I didn't agree to (one I flat out declined and got tricked into)…read moreand didn't even get a prescription I can actual have useable glasses made from! Claim to have cutting edge technology, but use equipment I haven't seen at an optometrist's office since middle school. Discussions with a few friends mention the same issues of being tricked into racking up charges. Future complaint with licensing boards and BBB to follow.

Dr. Parks not only addressed my current vision status, but he also educated me about what the future looks like for my eyes. He was able to locate pictures of my eyeball from 2008, and he compared them to the pictures taken today . I should describe it as a type of x-ray rather than a picture. A very nice lady helped me with getting new glasses. It is a pleasant office , and after all the great service I received the most reasonable price that I have ever paid for new glasses.
