Dr. Parks and his staff are friendly and very competent professionals. I was given the greatest eye exam in my fifty -two years of wearing glasses. Dr. Parks not only addressed my current vision status, but he also educated me about what the future looks like for my eyes. He was able to locate pictures of my eyeball from 2008, and he compared them to the pictures taken today . I should describe it as a type of x-ray rather than a picture. A very nice lady helped me with getting new glasses. It is a pleasant office , and after all the great service I received the most reasonable price that I have ever paid for new glasses. read more

I have never had an issue here. I think that they have the best frames in the area. I just love Jerri, she is the best. Both of the ladies assisting with getting the glasses were awesome. The doctor that I had was nice as well. He did my eye exam last year. I don't think that I have had the same eye doctor more than once but that isn't a problem for me. read more

They're slow for first appt, people waiting at 8am to be seen. They are not in a hurry to have you be seen by the doctor. Very inefficient, unprofessional and unorganized!! read more

I had an eye appointment in October and had the glasses remade at Len's Crafter after loosing them in a home fire. So I called in saying the new glasses where giving me a headache and I could not see through them. So they said you need to come in and have a new exam. So not only did I wait a month for the appointment I just waited over an hour to not see the doctor. Because one of the employees finally decided to check the glasses and send me on my way. When I asked why did I have to wait an hour for an appointment that didn't happen when they could have just asked me to bring the glasses by to check for the right medicine in the lens. I took two hours off work for something that took 10 minutes that I could have done on a day off. So I have lost wages and still no glasses. I really don't know what has happened to customer service or company's caring about their clients. It is just all around extremely disappointing and upsetting. read more

My first visit I had to wait while the one girl was chatting up a storm with another customer. Finally I was taken back by the girl. She rushed through my exam. The Dr was very nice. However the glasses were wrong. Bifocal made me see double. I expressed that at the time. They didn't offer to re-exam that day. I had to make another appt to come back. I live 45 mins away. I came back for the re-exam. I was on time but the place was almost empty. Employees coming back late from lunch. The girl that took me back seemed irritated. She told me to put on my glasses and then handed me a card and told me to read the first line I coukd read. I told her everything is double and I was struggling to read. She jerked that card out of my hand and threw it back in the desk. I told her that was rude. Then she tells me I've been combative since I got back there. I said "how have I been combative with you? You're the one that was rude!".She continued with an attitude so I simply got up and said I want a refund. I will go somewhere with friendlier people. Very inconsiderate and poor customer service!!!!!!!! Every appointment I've had with this practice for over the last 12 years, I've had to wait to be seen - no walk-in and be seen right away. i have excellent vision insurance so they have benefited from my eye exams and eyeglass purchases. Today I was a few minutes late leaving my job, which is a 30-minute drive away - due to extra COVID responsibilities. When I realized I was going to arrive 5 minutes late, at 4:05pm after a 30-minute drive, I was courteous and called the office to let them k ow I would arrive at 4:05pm. The receptionist checked with the technicians then reported because of Covid and it being "a double-doctor" day, I would have to reschedule. I was 5- minutes away after a very hurried 25 minute drive. i will not provide any more income to this business for their inconsiderate, unrealistic, unprofessional treatment nor will I recommend this practice to others. It really sucks when the front desk can't find it bum with both hands. First we arrive to our appointments not being book correctly. They rake us back 45 min after the appointment. Then the dr was amazing. Unfortunately the front desk in the end couldn't do anything correctly. I had to call the insurance people and allow them to talk on my phone cause they couldn't figure it out. It was 2 hours and 45 min of watching 4 women behind a desk looking confused and pissed. No point were they friendly or helpful. The only reason they get one star is because the dr was so great. I will not be back and will not recommend anyone to this facility. Rude people. They didn't even fit the glasses to us. Didn't have my contacts in for a trial. Didn't apologize for the lack of knowledgeable staff. read more

We've been using EyeCare One for 3 years for our family's annual eye needs. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experiences. Through eye glasses, contacts, and 2 LASIK procedures (hubby & I) they were amazing! From the front desk to back office, and physicians they make you feel cared for. In fact, Dr. Bogorad even called me the evening after my LASIK to check on my progress even though I had a follow up the next morning with Dr. S. As a healthcare professional that spoke volumes about the care they provide. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for individualized care versus the usual assembly line practices experienced elsewhere. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived for an appointment 3 minutes late. Because of COVID19 precautions I had to call to let them know I was there. That's OK I understand that. 7 minutes later a person opens the door and says your appointment was for 3:40 we will have to reschedule. I was there at 3:43. They took 7minutes to come to the door. So at 3:50 I have to reschedule. I won't be back, I immediately called my wife to have her cancel her appointment with them and went back to work to tell all of my fellow employees what I had experienced and my wife will do the same at the Blind rehab center she works at. She will also add all her visually impaired patients to the list of people she warns about the poor service at Eye Care One. read more

I was given another patient's SSN and address! I've had two appointments within the last two years, and both have been challenging dealing with the front desk. Both years I tried to schedule my annual appointment by using the link in the email they sent me, but it still "doesn't work" and/or someone is not monitoring it properly. I waited over a week to receive a call, but I ended up calling the office to schedule the appointment. Although I arrived on time, I waited over thirty minutes to be seen by the doctor (and during my wait, I watched him walk through the front door.) The technician ran me through the typical tests, said my eye prescription didn't change, and gave me a set of trial contacts with the same prescription. Dr. Haubert saw me and did not mention I was getting a new prescription. My new contacts came in the mail with the new prescription, and I called the front desk. I expressed my frustration over the discrepancy, as well as needing to call the same day as the appointment for not receiving saline solution and the wrong rebate code. Why would't I be provided a set of trial contacts with the new prescription? The optician, who had checked me out the day of my appointment, stated she gave me the correct rebate. I told her I had to call the same day and I was provided the correct rebate code over the phone. She still insisted she gave me the correct rebate, but it was actually for new users of the product, which did not apply to me. She said the doctor could call me in between appointments but he was not currently in the office at 10:45am. I said OK. 08/02/2018 Still waiting for this to be resolved one week later, I called the office stating Dr. Haubert has yet to return my call to discuss the discrepancy between prescriptions. Leslie, at the front desk, told me the doctors do not make patient calls, and the optician I previously worked with, will return my call when she gets back from lunch. I looked at my receipt to find the optician's name, and I realized she gave me my receipt as well as another patient's receipt with THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND HOME ADDRESS. Leslie told me my optician was Tanisha and she would return my call. I asked Leslie when Dr. Haubert would be in the office today, and she asked if wanted to schedule a contact lens fitting appointment, to which I replied no. Leslie told me Dr. Haubert would not be able to see me today or between patients - that I would have to schedule an appointment for another day to be able to talk to him. Tanisha called me a few minutes later stating she told a rep to call me a week ago. I stated no one has returned my call, and that I received no voicemails. I asked Tanisha why she told me Dr. Haubert would call me. She stated Dr. Sponseller calls patients but Dr. Haubert doesn't, and she didn't know that. Tanisha did not provide a resolution. A few hours later, Tanisha called and said they would change my prescription back for me. I said, "I don't understand what's going on here. I'd like to know what happened at my appointment. What is my prescription and why was I given two different ones?" Tanisha said she'd talk to Dr. Haubert. He finally got on the phone. I was given the following explanation, "Your prescription changed, but it didn't." He told me that my right eye was "over-corrected - probably since 2016," even though the first time I visited this office was 2017. Bottom line, I asked him why I wasn't told by him that I was getting a new prescription, and why didn't I get trial lenses. He said he should have told me, and I should have received a trial pair. I also mentioned I was given ANOTHER PATIENT'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND THEIR ADDRESS. He stated that Tanisha probably accidentally picked it up off the printer. There was no apology or expressed remorse from Dr. Haubert. I mentioned the struggles for two years with online appointments to which he replied, "Yes, we need to get that figured out." So, I had to make another trip to Eye Care One to pick up the correct trial lenses and contact solution. Absolutely terrible customer service. read more
