Movie is amazing and thanks AMC for bring to big theater one more time. But man the issue of getting a ticket online of coarse and then trying to buy snacks is an absolute nightmare. 2 credit cards to just buy a ticket. And no human takes your order at the treat area. It's become all subhuman automation these days. No wonder people stop going to theaters. So no staff to complain about that's good but it would be nice for humans to take back the jobs now occupied by droids... Seat was clean and area around it so I'm happy no rats are feeding off leftover popcorn. Now that I've thought about it I'm giving you a 2 star review vs 1 star. That's all I have to say about this adventure.

The theater truly stands out amongst the stores, boutiques, restaurants, as well as popular name brand stores nearby! (Target, Ross...!) Feel The Glow/ 3D RPX: Seeing the movie w/our glasses on in 3D RPX was fun! The movie was vibrant, felt as we were part of the movie & the surround sound was fantastic! Even better, snuggled into the comfy seats, surrounded by my brother & niece to the right of me & my nephew and sister-in-law to the left of me! Fun family time! Love the glow of the 3D theater as we walked in! It's my favorite cinema experience and worth every penny but sadly Washington state only has this format at this theater an hour away from me. It was quite good! These event and film combinations are a lot of fun here and the more I come to The Grand the more my favorability grows with it. Definitely keep a close eye on the film schedule because some films are only screened one night and that's it.

The middle sections for the walk way seating are actually great since there is no wall and there is bars, as well as being a level higher up, this is a great choice for a packed theater. The entire theater was clean enough for a busy week, and the concessions staff were amazing, they helped me out on getting my nacho cheese reheated , and answered the quick questions i asked about showtimes and other things. If you want the big screen but don't want to drive Lynnwood or Gig Harbor, this is the best choice I recommend for big screen movies as a cinephile!

There was toilet paper and trash everywhere. The place reeked (stronger than public bathrooms usually do) of urine and feces. I have literally been in porta-potties that were cleaner. I notified the staff before I went into the theater, and when I went to the bathroom again over two hours later, it was still in the same condition. I expect more from a theatre where I spend a ridiculous amount of money and is in a chichi location like Bellevue. I feel like I drove an hour each way to pee in a nasty bathroom. (I live in a small town with a less impressive theatre, but much better bathrooms. I never had this problem in Kirkland Cinemark, either.) At least the movie was good. The popcorn there is tasty, as well. Please, please, please, though, keep your toilets clean. (Also, women moviegoers, stop being so freaking disgusting and wipe/flush the dang toilet!!!)

My friend and I went to watch The Housemaid, and if you go during the afternoon on a weekday, tickets are 20% off. We ended up going after 4 PM, so tickets were about $18 each, and we also got a regular popcorn for $11. Overall, I really loved the experience, the reclining seats were super comfortable, and I'm a huge fan of recliners because they make everything feel so much cozier. The movie was really good as well, and while there were about 30 minutes of ads, that's clearly mentioned when you purchase tickets online, so there's no pressure to arrive exactly on time. There also weren't many people sitting near us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and gave it an overall great vibe.

My boyfriend and I attended an army affair here today and I've got to say it is much nicer inside…read morethan outside. From the outside, I really wasn't expecting much but the inside is quite spacious and the decorations were beautiful. Paper snowflakes were all over the ceiling and a Christmas tree in every corner. From the stage there were a sea of tables and chairs and then a couple of long tables with food. It was a nice evening spent with great company and good food. I've been too multiple lodges and I think this one is pretty neat.
