The sub was a good size which had a thick firm white sub roll, which deep fried breaded crispy chicken cutlets (slightly over-browned) with the lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo as requested. It's been a very rare occurrence for us but the service experience truly made us feel invisible. Not a single time during eating did we get asked how our food was, if we needed anything additional.
