But the Yolanda's with the fresh tomatoes and garlic was great too. Today we ordered a large pepperoni Pizza that had no flavor the crust was like cardboard, it was the most flavorless pizza we ever had. We also order one of their speciality pizzas, homemade sausage , red pepper and red onion, everything was diced very small .There was nothing special about this pizza. This review is just for the wings. I didn't get the pizza here so I'm not sure how that is but I did make a substantial order of wings cause that's what I was craving. I got 20 lemon pepper wings with a side of blue cheese dressing. Their wings were large and tasty and much better than the restaurants in the area. I was really satisfied with my order and was full after finishing the wings. Maybe next time, I have to try the pizza as well. We ordered lunch from AJ's for delivery. The cheese pizza was meh. Does the job but not much more. The crust was really a weak spot, not good at all. We also had a roast beef sandwich on rye. It was okay, nothing special. The horseradish Mayo had no hint of heat at all. Cinnamon Dough balls for dessert are the pizza dough fried. Not a bad thing, but also suffers because the dough isn't great. I probably wouldn't recommend. read more

Absolutely awful. The dough is cardboard, the chicken tastes like it came out of a can, and it had a pound of cheese on it. This place used to be sort of decent and now it looks and tastes like a 5 year old made the pizza. Wood-fired, thin crust pizza, slightly charred on the bottom, just as I like it. My daughter kept repeating during the meal, "why isn't there anything like this in Portland? Stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 2:45 pm because our original destination was unexpectedly closed until 3:30 pm (indicated with a sign on the door). My friend I and were starving so decided to order 2 slices of pizza to hold us over. We shared a slice of mushroom and spinach and a slice of chicken with zucchini. It took between 10 and 15 minutes to prepare. About 4 tables were outside so as I waited outside, my friend waited inside for the pizzas. She said it appeared they made each slice from scratch as opposed to the slices being pre-made and waiting. The topping were plentiful, fresh and tasty; however, parts of the crusts seemed a little under cooked. We both prefer crispy crust and we think these crusts would have been had they stayed in the oven a bit longer. Great topping options. Very unique and tasty af! We got two gluten free pizzas and a fig, goat cheese, and caramelized onions without the prosciutto on regular crust. I really don't like to give bad reviews, especially with how difficult it is now. But, this was that bad. The "crust" was clearly precooked. Then a small as in very small amount of tomatoes sauce was added. The cheese was good. The taste was not good at all. In fact it all just slid off the prepared crust.
