We had three other professionals come in and all of them confirmed that the roof was put on perfectly and has more than enough ventilation, and their mitigation estimates were less than half of what that first guy was telling us it would cost! We called DaBella back and they sent out their QA guy, James, who spent more time in my attic than all the others combined to make sure the ventilation was sufficient. I am not too proud to admit that I was wrong about DaBella and that I learned a valuable lesson about not just running with the first opinion you get. Thank you, DaBella, Specifically Lindsay and James, for being patient with our frustrations and acting quickly! We were able to get the more accurate information to our buyers and they decided not to bail on us!

Very bad, albeit hilarious, sales experience with Da Bella…read more Very pushy sales tactics, bordering on confrontational, and all over the map pricing. First it was $39k, I say no, they come back 30 min later, "oh wait, now it's $23k" Am i bargaining for a tourist trinket on a tropical vacation? Does this work on other people? Night and day difference with the smaller family companies I've met since who are seasoned, professional, deeply knowledgeable, and give accurate pricing for the job. Oh and then there is the constant sales follow ups from the Texas office? Three times a day from various people trying to sell me windows, doors, siding, etc Comedy I've said im not interested and they keep calling I'm not even mad, it's truly hilarious how bad the Da Bella sales process is. It obviously works on people or they wouldn't be in business, but goodness Laugh out loud experience with Da Bella. And everyone I've met just talks so much crap on these guys too. The jokes write themselves

TerraFirma - Foundation repair in Portland, Oregon with EverBrace before and after photos.

After this unexpected remodel and damage was exposed we had a delay of several months to get on their schedule. When the project date arrived, they showed up on time, cleaned well after the demolition/addition of interior floors to allow drainage and a sump-pump. My original review (4 star due to not adjusting the cost when less product was used) they owned the mistake and recognized their communication gaps. I do appreciate that attention and feel more confident in the company. I look forward to many years of DRY basement/master bedroom living.

Living in a 30-year-old home for the past two decades we've had several phases of upgrades, but one…read morething has always been absent from a 10x10 slab on our back porch: a hot tub. So, this summer, we decided to move forward with the plan to be "soakin' for the holidays" three months away. The only thing standing in the way of that dream: the slab and its neighbor had sunk a few extra degrees, roughly three inches, at the far edge. We were going to need to shore up and permanently stabilize this slab if our hopes of the (3-ton when filled) tub were going to materialize. I made a quick call to Terra Firma and they had an estimator out within a few days. The pricing was reasonable and had the standard 50% up front 50% when complete-type contract. Casey arrived spot-on at 8:00am yesterday morning and began doing his magic (the process involves boring 1/2" holes through the slab, then using high pressure and heat to inject a molten expanding foam under the slab.) The foam is rated to support about 5 tons (10,000 pounds) per pound of foam material, and....100 pounds later that whole slab is back to following the prescribed slope perfectly, raising almost three inches on the sunken side. He did a great job and was a great rep for the company, explaining what little was left to explain. He kept me up on the status of the (4-hour) job as he went along--because our slabs had previously cracked, he had to gently lift it up in small sections so as to not have the sections separate further. Perfect job. 24 hours later and the patched holes have dried to almost-invisible (see photos). Unless you know what you're looking for, you can't even really see that repairs were made. Now I just need to fill in the pre-existing cracks with concrete patching caulk and we're ready to schedule the hot tub delivery! Yippee! Thanks Terra Firma!

I had to remake a whole entire bed in one of the rooms because it was covered in animal hair so there was no double check or cleanliness check. I don't think in that room. It was totally obvious as soon as I started to rearrange the pillows on the bed I noticed all the dog hair all over and I had to rewash my sheets. They did bring sheets to us later, but still that's not what I wanted to do as soon as I already paid a $30 fee to get us in one hour earlier, which I've never really heard of and if you rent Airbnb from him, mom and Pop, then I don't think that they would've done that either. It's all about money to corporation so if you want to not experience a personal stay, do not stay with Meredith lodging

We booked this property specifically because it advertised amenities that would allow our family to…read morerelax and enjoy our stay. After booking, we were informed of a strict 10:00 PM hot tub curfew that was not clearly disclosed in the listing prior to payment. When we reached out for clarification, the response from the host was dismissive and unwilling to work toward any reasonable compromise or resolution. To be clear, our family was not looking to host parties or be disruptive. We simply wanted to enjoy the hot tub quietly after spending the day caring for toddlers and family activities. Responsible adults should not automatically be treated as if they are going to create problems. What made the experience even more frustrating was the inconsistent explanation provided afterward. We were told the hot tub was for "day use only," yet nowhere in the listing did it clearly define specific usage hours before booking. Had these restrictions been clearly and transparently disclosed upfront, we would have chosen a different property that better fit our family's needs. Customer service and clear communication matter, especially when families are spending significant money on accommodations. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling misled and disappointed.

From the start, the communication has been poor, and the management--particularly Judy--has been unprofessional and unresponsive. I've received years' worth of nitpicky complaints about minor issues like slightly dry patches of grass, which I've managed to shrug off. But this year has truly been the tipping point. After accidentally making a double payment, I contacted Judy immediately with instructions not to deposit the check if it arrived after I paid online. Despite our email exchange, the check was deposited the very next day. It took weeks of back and forth just to get my own money refunded. Now, there's an unapproved above-ground pool installed in a neighbor's backyard that is damaging my fence. I've sent multiple emails with photos, and after weeks, I've yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This company is a joke. They operate out of their home, and the lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. I strongly believe this management group should be replaced by a professional company that actually communicates, enforces rules fairly, and provides transparency about where our dues are going. I would happily pay more for proper management that takes the responsibilities of an HOA seriously.
