Great Service at a Great Price - Needed only a couple simple things done. Keys duplicated that Home Depot/Lowes/etc don't carry, and have them pick an exterior auto lockbox on our Jeep and make a new key for it. I called around to the local locksmiths and the only one with a physical store location in Fallbrook never called back. While a few of the others never responded to emails or required an extra fee of $60+ to come to our home to do the work. Tom at North County not only did the work with a smile but let me drive to him. This eliminated the travel fee, which would've been more than 3x the cost of the work. While others were worried about making more of a profit by driving 10mi Tom was concerned with doing what was needed to satisfy his customer. He's definitely got a repeat customer with us. read more

I talked back and forth with Tom Murdock the Owner of North County Locksmiths online five times to figure out what I needed to secure the doors in my home. He was extremely helpful. His quote was way better than some other companies I checked with. The charges were for Service call, 7 cylinder re-keys, 4 fresh install deadbolts, 3 Kwikset keyed Deadbolts, 1 Kwikset non keyed Deadbolt plus 6 free keys. He came on Sunday (great to have someone to work weekends) and arrived right on time at 10 am and worked until 1:00 pm. before heading off to another job. He wore a mask; he had one Vaccine and was waiting for his second. He was very patient and friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. One thing which did impress me was his marketing, when he gave me the new keys. He has his company name and phone number on the actual keys? So, if you need more keys you don't have to hunt around, you have them in your hand.
