They charge a $1 processing fee if you use a credit card for payment. I was introduced to this place by a friend and the first time I went here, it was great! I had a female masseuse. I asked for medium, her medium was a little too strong for me but overall good. It's the first massage parlor I've been to that actually massages the buttocks, it's different but good. The second time I went was on a Friday night, my sister was visiting and I wanted to help her relax so I brought her here. I requested for two females but instead got males. When asked for the strength of the massage I requested for medium-light, because I am petite and medium was a little too strong for me the last time I was there. The guy laughed and said okay, to show he understood and overall the massage was good. The next day; Saturday morning, I realized my wallet isn't in my purse, I called the shop to ask if they had found my wallet since it was the only time I had taken my wallet out the day before. I was told "no English, call back later." On the way back from LA, I stopped by the shop and the guy at the front desk told me they didn't find any wallet. He asked me if I had any money in the wallet. I told him "yes, I did." Then he asked me how much did I have in it? I told him that it was irrelevant on how much I had in my wallet since he claimed he didn't see it. I find that to be super sketchy! - Moral of this story, if you don't care if you have a female or male masseuse then you're fine, just don't forget your wallet! The workers know very little English and most likely wouldn't return it if they did have it. If it wasn't for the incident of forgetting my wallet here, I would had given them 3 stars for the massage. read more

The lady at the desk was very rude when I told her I was there for my appointment and she kept telling me there was no openings even though I had an appointment. The massage wasn't great. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I came in for a 30 min body, 30 feet for $35.. I was placed in an open room with other people. I was told to lay right next to the other people. Then, my shoes were taken off and my feet were placed in cold water and I had a towel placed over my eyes and on my body. If I was to say I was getting a massage, that is an insult. I felt like I was getting pressed on the whole time. Not once was I like, this is ok, kind of alright. Not once. I did not go in for a hand to be placed on my neck and pressed. I would of been better off if my child stood on my back. That is how it felt. The guy asked me to take my shirt off so he could do my back... IN AN OPEN ROOM, WITH NO COVER, NO PRIVACY. He covered his eyes with a towel, while other people were walking past. I honestly was like screw it, its just boobs, but that is NOT professional at all. AND THEN, when I had to put my shirt back on, all these other people came in. So the guy disapeared and I went out front and he is mean mugging me for a tip. This is a great place to get deep tissue massages for a great price. I work at a desk all day and I have visited and gotten three massages here. I've had three different masseuses for three deep tissue massages. I've been happy with all of them. I paid $45 for 1 hour deep tissue in a private room. Be aware that it is clothing off - but they do have community room full body massages where you can keep your clothes on and it's cheaper ($29 I believe). Their prices are so competitive that it is almost hard to go somewhere else. Plus, you can go eat at Soup Plantation or shop at Tuesday Morning or Marshalls right after your appointment :) This will be my go-to massage place from now on. read more

Then head over to this spot in Carlsbad near the mall ( closer to Olive Garden) It's an Asian establishment which I love as i think they get all the sore muscles, like hips while being discreet and leave alone my private areas I opt for an one hour massage which is a great price for the area. I like to bring my own oil and they are fine with that as my skin is sensitive yet they usually use their own oil during massage. Oh and hot stones too !I came out feeling amazing. Don't forget to drink plenty of water after your treatment! Next time I'm trying the foot massage as I have done elsewhere. I have made pretty last minute reservations a couple of times when my mom was visiting and always able to get in. Downside unless you speak their dialect there might be a communication gap. Not too much to talk about for me so it didn't affect my experiences at all. read more

It's the perfect way to cap the evening and go home and straight to bed. I've only had work done through the community room but really enjoy the dark and quiet atmosphere and don't feel the need to have private treatments. I just had a massage here and there was a misunderstanding with what kind of massage I wanted and what I got, and the owner Sean went out of his way to make sure that everything was made right. It is obvious that he cares a lot about how his business is run and that I was happy as a customer. I been getting messages for a long time due to an injury to my lower back and left shoulder, this place is very clean and the price is good, they take there time to work on me, the best thing is when I tell them my pain points in my lower back and they focus on my pain point, when I am done I feel a lot better, my back doctor wants me to have surgery but I am not going to do it because back surgeries is hit and miss.., , I been to many places in north county and by far this is the best one for me. highly recommended if your looking for a no rush clean place. Bad experience. The girl giving me the "massage" was not massaging me she was just basically putting lotion on me. She didn't make me feel relaxed at all! I've been to other spa where I almost fall asleep.She kept yawning throughout the whole massage and sounded and looked like she didn't want to be doing that. They also demanded tip in the most uneducated way. Worst customer service I have ever received while getting a massage. Ohh and the clock they have next to you is not accurate. Stay away from this place. There are many other spas. Don't give your money to them. read more

I messaged the day of to see if I can get a last minute appointment and Sean was great about working with my schedule and getting my wife and I in for a couples massage, not to mention the response time was less than 10 minutes!!! This is my second time visiting the Carlsbad area and I've been to this spa 6 times because they're just that good. I'm very surprised by the poor reviews I've read because each visit has been at the least good and at the best absolutely amazing. Let's face it- some Massage therapist are better than others. Some are healers and some learn a few techniques and call themselves massage therapists. The absolute bests ones I've been to are Chinese and overall Asians are better than Americans at massaging. This place is still my favorite place in North County to get a basic massage. I've visited this place 4-5 times over the past year and each time was slightly different since I have a different masseuse each time. The $25 foot massage always consists of a reflexology foot massage and a massage around the face/head. Today's massage included light stretching, which was much needed.
