Went again yesterday around 4pm with my wife and one of our kids. The vibe with the staff seemed a little off when we first got there. We got our drinks, but it took a solid 15 minutes of our server walking past our table before we finally had to flag someone down to order food. We weren't offended or anything, it just seemed really odd. There were only 2 other tables seated and it felt like we were invisible. It was at that point that I discovered the touch tunes jukebox thing over on the wall and decided to play some tunes to uplift the spirits in there. I like to think that it was Korn's "Freak on a Leash" that spiked the staff's attitude. I think they just really needed a real one to go in there and get the party started. Anyways, it turned into a great night. Food was good, that Scottish ale you guys have is so creamy and hits hard. My kid loves the pinball games. I've been wanting to try this place out for a minute now !! I live right by and pass it all the time !! They have a nice selection of the brand "twotowns cider" so was nice because I don't like beer at all. Ordered the chipotle wings and pretzels bites! Pretzels bites came with honey butter , mustard, and beer cheese. The beer cheese was 3/5 I thought it was good but definitely had an almost Kraft cheese taste to it or nacho cheese .. The wings were good they just didn't taste fully marinated thru. I would come back for sure to play with the arcade section and just cause it's so close to my place ! read more

My wife, kids, and I recently visited North Mountain Brewing Company expecting a fun evening and a good family experience, but unfortunately it fell short. When we were first seated, a server asked about drinks and brought us waters, but after that we waited about 15 minutes before another server came by and asked again if we wanted drinks. At that point I had to tell her we were actually ready to order food. I understand that it's a brewery and many people come for the beer, but it's still a restaurant and we came primarily for the food with our kids. The service throughout the visit felt slow and disorganized. After our food arrived, no one checked back on us at all. We were especially looking forward to trying the brown butter cookie for dessert, but since no one came by, we eventually had to flag down a server just to get the check. Great beer, pizza, and vibes at this cozy brewery/pub. Everything was excellent, honestly no complaints! Came here on a Wednesday night and ordered a grapefruit kolsch, lumpia appetizer, thai pizza, and buffalo chicken pizza. All of the food was delicious! The lumpia was authentic. The crust/dough on the pizza was very good. And I'm not a huge beer fan to begin with but that kolsch was very refreshing. $1 off for happy hour. Our server was cool and very attentive. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. The bartender was very friendly and offered details about their drink options and beer selection. They have a game room with about a dozen pinball machines and a couple video games. The machines take dollar bills so you don't need to bring any change with you. They had live music for entertainment and large TVs for the World Cup final. They do serve food too but we were there for a drink so we didn't try any of their menu items. read more

I was really surprised by this place! My friends and I were looking for a dinner spot located in the area and this place had lots of food options and great beer on tap that's brewed by North Mountain Brewing Company themselves! We made a reservation but it probably wasn't necessary. It was a Thursday evening around 530 and when we arrived it was pretty slow, but it did pick up, all tables and chairs were full. We eventually learned that it was trivia night, hence the crowd. This place has an entire room full of pinball machines which was really cool, plus a few other arcade style games. Merch and take home canned beer is also available for purchase. Indoor and outdoor seating is available here. The parking lot is around back with a decent amount of parking. I decided to try the Candy Shandy beer which was really refreshing. For food we ordered the lumpia and German pretzel bites for appetizers. Both were good. We also ordered the Thai pizza which they bake in a brick oven. That was also really delicious. We stayed for trivia which was two rounds and took about 2 hours? This is not my first time coming to NMT but it is consistently good. I had the pizza last time but this time I had a burger. Both were great. My margarita was good as well. The server was very kind and we had fast service. The arcade area is great and the venue is inviting. I will admit it doesn't look like much from the parking lot, but the venue is very nice. We ended up going twice in a row as we were visiting family at the nearby hospital and this was convenient. I had a small pour of the Hefeweizen and really enjoyed that. I love that they share the story of the partnership between the brewer and the chef. The pretzel bites are awesome! Made in house with three sauce options. We also tried the lumpia, which was good. The warm Brussels sprouts salad was very good. Pizzas were also a great choice. A few of us tried the burgers which were cooked perfectly to order. If I had to make a suggestion, let's add more beer cheese to the chili beer cheese burger. The beignet order was huge. I'm not a fan of the chocolate dip. The cookies were very good - served piping hot. The team members all were friendly and provided great service. What a great place. I have had many a great meal here. This time I had the philly cheesesteak special and it was delicious. I would definitely get it again. Their french fries are quite good and more like corkscrew potatoes. Service was fast and friendly. Inside is clean and a somewhat open kitchen concept. It had been a while since I've visited NMB and I am pleased to say they still hold a soft spot for me. The Brussels sprouts salad with the chile lime vinaigrette is still one of my all time favorites here. Also you can't go wrong with any of the beer battered vid offerings. I was happy to see C.R.E.E.M on the beer tap rotation- it's my all time NMB favorite, although I do miss it being offered with nitro. Nitro gives such a smoother beer experience, but I guess Americans prefer to burp their beer (ha ha). That said, the French fries are fresh and flavorful- an outside crunch with a soft interior. Make room for their beignets - cooked up fresh with chocolate dipping sauce is a flavor to savor after a good meal. If I wasn't so far away I'd get there more often. The steak sandwich was piled with meat and tasty sauce, with jalapeños. Spicy and good. The Asian bowl had a flare that made you want more. The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy with ample sauce, cheese, and jalapenos, complemented with shoestring fries. Lumpia was crisp and served with sweet chile and peanut sauce. Wow! I think I have a new favorite brewery! The brews, bites, ambiance, and service is amazing! I've been here twice, the first time, my husband and I stopped by with our toddler for a lunch date, but the minute she saw the arcade and pinball machines - we were in trouble. She refused to eat, wouldn't stop crying, and it was one of the worst tantrums we'd experienced. The staff was very kind, completely understanding, and made us feel comfortable vs guilty. We left for everyone's sake but took home pizza, poutine, and lumpia - and it still tasted wonderful when we got home. Round two, we had a flight of beers and additional pours, and I can't even tell you a favorite because my husband and I enjoyed them all! They all have great flavor, not a heavy harsh bite, and very creative flavors. Some of the ones we tried included: Creem Ale, Peachy Keen, Happy Kraut, Old School, etc. Honestly, can't go wrong with any of them. Huge fan, would order all of them again. My husband and I ordered multiple Creem & Old School so that says something? The food, is amazing! It's a mixed menu of American Brewery, traditional Filipino favorites, and a mix in between. A vegan brewery is not what we need, nor a $28 small pizza or a manager who has perfected lying. First off, the manager told me the beer list was on wall, then gave another guy the beer menu. He also claimed he couldn't get the dbacks game. Truth is, they could, but he was too cheap to buy it and is clueless about televised baseball games and prices. I really loved this place. Easy parking. Come here for the beer and the Untappd integration, stay here a little longer for the food. I wish they simplified the "sampler" experience by just offering 4 oz pours but instead the Four (4), Six (6) and Eight (8) Flight samplers are what is available. The beer was overall very good and going into the cool weather it was time to be darker in the beer as well which worked well here. As for the food, the German Pretzel Bread - Real German pretzel bread, house mustard, honey butter, & beer cheese were great, and I was actually very impressed with the Fish & Chips - Beer battered Alaskan cod & fries served with remoulade, lemon & malt vinegar. The fish and chips is my go-to meal for gauging a pub type experience assuming it is offered on the menu. Not only is it offered here, but the quality, and quantity, were great. Friends and I came here recently for happy hour as most of us are beer snobs and love trying out all the Valley breweries. It's a bit of a hike for me to drive from The Tuke all the way north BUT I'd say it's worth it. Have heard of the NMBC name before but couldn't put a name on any beers of theirs. The parking is a little weird in the back, but there's a nice patio there and in the front. They had enough staff PTL and a couple people were continually checking on us during the evening. You order thru an app for anything to eat/drink and it's delivered to you. One of my friends vouched for their food beforehand, so a brewery that makes delish food is a win-win. All of us got a little something different to eat-- definitely a fan of the lumpia I ordered but seemed a little expensive for the serving. I'm guessing due to inflation ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ My usual is ordering a flight to sample a little bit of everything. The flight ordering was a little confusing since it didn't work on the website and the staff had to manually input it into the system. I ordered a couple of light and strong beers to mix things up. You take out a "growler," expecting 32 ounces of beer, but by the time you get home, it's mysteriously shrunk to 16 ounces. Then there's the staff, who claim "everyone here is a host." Except when a late-arriving guest needs help finding you, they suddenly forget how to host. Food? Skip the burger unless you're ready to choke on dust. The fish and chips? Only order if you enjoy the sensation of drinking straight oil. Honestly, most menu items are overpriced, and the staff know it. Oh, and speaking of pricing tricks--sure, the water was fine, and I planned to leave a generous 30% tip. But the bill already had a 20% gratuity tacked on before I even saw it. Isn't it illegal to demand a tip? Add to that the cold, uncomfortable seating and mediocre food priced like it belongs in a fine dining establishment, and you have yourself a place not worth stepping foot into. To be fair, Candy, the woman who waters the plants, is the best thing here. Shame she doesn't run the place--maybe then it wouldn't be such a sad excuse for a brewery. read more

Excellent food, beverage and service!! We popped in on a whim for a late lunch. Don't let the location and the exterior dissuade you: NMB is totally worth the stop! I had a chicken sandwich "protein style" (on a plate instead of bread). No dry chicken breast here! It was moist and juicy, well seasoned and very tasty. I was our DD on this visit but my husband loved his Blood Orange kolsch. He loved it so much that he bought a 4 pack! Steven was the solo employee, and was amazing. We eat at NMB periodically and it is always great. I have had their burgers, pizza, salads, fish n chips, pulled pork, and pub pretzels. All yummy. Their shoe string fries are my favorite side dish. They have an optional Cajun seasoning for the fries that I love. I guess I should mention the beer since it is a brewery! I am not a beer person but my husband is everything he has tried has been solid. His particular favorite is a stout called nativity in black. The beer menu rotates so it isn't always available but when it is on the menu it is worth ordering! They have a full bar in addition to beer so I order an old fashioned with rye. I am picky about my drinks and they have never disappointed me! This is such a nice, friendly, consistently good place. I am glad it is in the neighborhood. read more
