Roasted Smoked Romesco & Glazed Cauliflower and Pretzel Bites

We stopped here on a Monday afternoon. What a delightful, cool vibe - the decor alone is worth a visit. A huge dog friendly patio, a nice sized takeaway area, plus regular dine-in service. I've visited other OHSO locations, but this is a new favorite. The menu is creative. My siblings and I chose pretzel bites, the smoked cauliflower, and a hot honey pizza to share. Everything was great, and paired beautifully with my favorite Hefeweizen. The service was top notch! Thank you, Jessica (aka hot honey)! You made it fun.

Do I recommend this place? Absolutely, I do. This is one of the best. OHSO that I've visited. It is very unique. We entered into a store that sells merch, cold beverages to go, salads, donuts, sandwiches to go. Then we entered into the restaurant, which will accommodate large parties and gatherings. We had a party of 9, and they quickly manage to seat us and take our drink orders. They provided individual checks which was awesome. The staff was amazing and there was no complaints for any of the food that was delivered. There is accessible parking as well as entrances. There is outdoor and indoor seating and a large bar area. This location, it's very, very nice compared to the rest of the locations.

Cute outdoor space, very dog friendly with TVs and an outdoor bar top. They hold fun events at this location as well. The food is typically consistent across all OHSO locations which is a plus. We were here on a busy day so the service was mediocre.

Very yummy breakfast and a cool patio. Brunch included a beer or mimosa. The mimosa was kind of lacking on orange juice, it might have been just champagne. Breakfast pizza was delicious and full of flavor. Kiddo loved his French toast. Husband really liked the breakfast burrito

    So cute!

I live in the neighborhood and this is one of my favorites for breakfast. I do wish they would open the larger patio up earlier during the week but I understand they may not have the staff to serve that area so early. I love that OHSO loves our pups! Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to serve!

First time coming to this location and it's so cute! Definitely the best OHSO! Service was quick and efficient for the party of 9. Food was super delicious as well, the hot pastrami was amazing! Great spot will definitely visit again. Love the cute little convenience store.

They always have different nights like trivia, bingo, live music, comedy, karaoke and DJs and then of course their curated wine club night (one time per month). The cocktails are so good here -- so many are my favorite, especially the espresso martini. They also seem to have rotating specials too -- I can't remember what this month's drink is but it has candied ginger in it and it is so good! Butler's has a small menu but the grilled cheese is super yummy. I see they have just added hummus to the menu so definitely need to check that out! You can also bring in outside food. I joined the wine club and every month they have a curated wine tasting and then members get the selected bottles to bring home. The have a little charcurterie table set up too. Wine club members are free and I think it is $20 for non-members. I want more people to come to Butler's because it is such a great neighborhood bar -- so check it out now!!!

If I lived in phoenix, I'd be a regular for sure They opened during Covid and are relatively new but they got all their cocktail drinks on lock. Every drink we've had has been amazing! My favorite is the lavender fog and the mulled wine (which is only available in November) The service is awesome and the bartenders are so chill and down to earth. This bar also has live music on saturdays, trivia's and game nights. In fact, at every table, they have a deck of cards against humanity. At the entrance they also have a variety of other games like connect four, jenga and such. Lavender fog: great balance of lavender and earl grey tea! The foam is the best creamy touch to the drink. I feel in a relaxed daze when I have this drink. I think it's the most special one here. It was even featured on a magazine! Pour favor: I don't like mezcal but this was nice. The mango puree was prominent which I loved and was well complimented with sour and spice. This drink style is a little more commonly found in other bars too which is probably because it's popular! Indoor smoking: smoky, cool and well done twist in the old fashioned. They prepare it in such a cool way with the smoking process and the delivery is great. SMOOTH old fashion. It was alcohol forward but I didn't feel any burn that I normally get from any common old fashion. It also had the best citrus aftertaste The sunny slope sour: great if you love whiskey sour. I loved this drink the pear and peach made the whiskey taste less harsh. One of the better renditions of whiskey sours I've had My brightside. Bitter but works so well with watermelon! Refreshing, balanced and delicious. I typically don't love Negronis but I loved this rendition. The nanny: mezcal espresso martini that was also well done. You can also taste raspberry and chocolate every sip Mulled wine: hot wine with spices that I argue was better than the mulled wines I've had in Europe. All the spices and aromas were so complex yet cozy for a chilly night! The bartenders treat their regulars well and seem to really have a great community here. With offers for movie nights, paint and sip, jack box games, wine club, etc

We stopped in for a late lunch around 3 p.m. and were the only customers in the restaurant for most of the meal. It took quite a while to be acknowledged, get menus, and place our order. The two servers were more focused on their conversation than on helping guests, and it felt like our presence was an inconvenience. The food itself was delicious, but our basket of chips was mostly tiny broken pieces that were difficult to dip in the salsa. Overall, the service overshadowed the meal, and I wish we had picked a different restaurant.

The bone marrow was interesting and flavorful, but I'm not sure it was worth $25. The oysters were good, although I wish there had been a few different sauce options beyond the basic preparation. The steak was probably a 3.2/5 for me--it was good, but at $62, I expected more, especially considering it was served with fries. Service was good overall, although the experience started off a little strangely. We had made a reservation and mentioned that it was our anniversary, that we were trying a new restaurant, and that we were hoping to make the evening special. Unfortunately, none of that was acknowledged. When we arrived, we were directed to the front, where the hostess seemed confused about our reservation before eventually taking us to our table. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple "Happy Anniversary" would have made a difference. The ambience was definitely one of the highlights--moody, intimate, and a nice setting for a date night. I was actually happy that we were seated along the back wall rather than in the main dining area. Overall, I'd give the experience about a 2.7/5. The food was decent and the atmosphere was nice, but for the price ($85 per person), I expected a little more from both the food and the overall experience. Especially for an anniversary dinner, it was disappointing to make a point of mentioning the occasion and have it go completely unacknowledged.

We had a reservation for 3 on a Friday night and I recommend doing that if going on the weekend. It was pretty full when we arrived at 8:45pm. The bar is not a huge place, there's an area up front with couches, bar seats, and high top tables along the bar. Main takeaways for me-- the cocktails are fantastic and complex. Really well balanced. I also appreciate the service was great, even with a busy bar. I love clarified cocktails and there were 3 options, our server was able to help me decide which one to try based on her descriptions and what I like. The menu is detailed which helps as well. My friend is vegan and she ordered the Living Color cocktail but she didn't notice the taro root cream, only after getting the drink and taking a sip, she realized due to how creamy it is. The bartender had no issue with making her a different drink that doesn't include dairy. But just know I'm not vegan, so down the hatch it went! I liked it as my final drink due to the desert feeling it has-- creamy and almost reminded me of an adult milkshake once melted a bit. During our time there, we ordered a couple drinks each, no snacks this time, we had already eaten dinner. Drinks we enjoyed: living color, passion project, quiet luxury, twig & berries, climate control, and a beer & shot. There's plenty to explore, and you should really indulge in the espresso martini shots. I do wish they worked a bit on the interior design, as the space has lost some of its charm. I also wish they had a little pizazz in how the cocktails are presented, as that's part of the fun in a classy libation. But overall, you should really consider spending some time here if you want to have fun while avoiding downtown crowds.
