We just had quartz counters put in the bathroom... AMAZING prices!!! The company let's you go the wholesale place in Seattle and choose any slab you want at Wholesale price or bring quartz samples for you to choose from if you don't want to go to Seattle... Their installation labor costs are wonderful only $35 per sq for labor... North Pointe Granite Sergei Sokolenko & Max Petrov 206 - 351 - 6674 or 425 - 280 - 2559 , northpointegranite@yahoo.com you can email or call them for Free estimates... Sergei even came back after the plumber has put too much silicone around the sinks, cleaned it up and applied a nice chalk finish and didn't charge anything for this extra visit!

Max and his business partner did an amazing job installing quartz I wanted in my Kitchen, and guess bathroom. Highly recommend, affordable prices, precision cuts, and very quick at what they do. Will have more projects for Max.

Max fixed a big granite crack on my kitchen island. I couldn't be more happy with the results and he saved our family hundreds. The crack had missing pieces and he was able to fill in the gaps. He is very professional, honest, great with communication and fast. I would recommend Max to anyone looking to remodel or repair granite, quartz, or other stones. Thank you!!

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.

I hired them to redo the flooring for an entire ~3,600 sq. ft. home with 28-year-old carpet and hardwood floors. They offered very competitive pricing, brought in a full team, and completed the job nearly 3x faster than others I considered. Most importantly, the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. They truly take pride in what they do and went the extra mile to educate me on everything needed to ensure the floors last 20+ years. I highly recommend them!

We scheduled an appointment with Eric the installer who arrived on time on the scheduled day. That was a Tuesday, said he would email the quote by Friday. It never came, the following Tuesday I called again. I spoke with Eric who said I would have it by the end of the day. Nope, that didn't happen either. So I called the next day and spoke again with Cole. I told him Eric just cost him the job. We are going with someone else at this time. About 30 minutes after I talked with Cole, Eric called and asked, didn't you get my quote? I didn't tell him I checked my email and spam before the call. I don't like game players. I have a background in corporate vendor management specifically within trades, and a strong preference for spending money with local business. I eliminated two of the options based on a lack of response or follow-up to my inquiries, leaving two where I focused on quality of product, price, and installation. In the end, Andy's was able to provide a 15% better price for the exact same product, pad, and installation options. Installation took two days, the installers were wonderful people. Family and I couldn't be happier. I'll certainly recommend Andy's to my friends.

Our job was replacing flooring on the top floor of a split level that included removing tile in the entry and kitchen. We knew our flooring under the carpet was subpar from the carpet install 24 years prior and we expressed this to the salesman from Andy's several times. He assured us they could fix it. The measure, product choices and quote all went smoothly and we had an install date set for 1 month out in October. We started moving furniture downstairs in preparation. The day before the product delivery the sales rep from Andy's told us that it had not arrived. We were given a new install date in November but when the date arrived, same story. Now our install date was early December. The Sales Rep from Andy's apologized and added free furniture move due to the delays so we left our 4 pieces of leather furniture upstairs. Again, no product and install was set for Monday after Christmas. The initial install attempts had been scheduled for a 4 day install but this one was only for 3 and during a holiday week. On day of install, crew didn't show up until after 10am and left about 5pm. The install crew was short one person and had forgotten the tool to remove tile. Someone delivered it several hours later. Removing the tile created tons of dust. None of our furniture, countertops or appliances were covered. The installer complained constantly about our floor level and that he didn't have enough time to do a good job although the crew were very seldom here for a full 8 hours. The 3rd day they left at 4pm as it was New Year's Eve. They had to come back New Year's Day to complete the install. Bottom line we are happy with the final product result. We don't know if the problems of material delivery were in fact the product company or Andy's incompetence. We will place the problems with install on Andy's as they did not give the installers adequate time to do a good job. Especially during a holiday week. We were left with a HUGE mess to clean up with tile dust thick on our furniture, walls, appliances, kitchen, etc. Our free furniture moving for compensation was not performed. We also had to have the installer come back later to clean up glue that was smeared on the new flooring. Although the Andy's rep was communicative and easy to reach, I would not recommend Andy's.
