Had carpet installed replacing the original builder-grade carpet and pad in our house that we'd been abusing over the past 10 years. I have a background in corporate vendor management specifically within trades, and a strong preference for spending money with local business. I eliminated two of the options based on a lack of response or follow-up to my inquiries, leaving two where I focused on quality of product, price, and installation. In the end, Andy's was able to provide a 15% better price for the exact same product, pad, and installation options. Installation took two days, the installers were wonderful people. We went to Andy's 5 Star Flooring in Bothell due to a recommendation from a friend after a failed attempt for a quote with one of the big box stores. Our job was replacing flooring on the top floor of a split level that included removing tile in the entry and kitchen. We knew our flooring under the carpet was subpar from the carpet install 24 years prior and we expressed this to the salesman from Andy's several times. He assured us they could fix it. The measure, product choices and quote all went smoothly and we had an install date set for 1 month out in October. We started moving furniture downstairs in preparation. The day before the product delivery the sales rep from Andy's told us that it had not arrived. We were given a new install date in November but when the date arrived, same story. Now our install date was early December. The Sales Rep from Andy's apologized and added free furniture move due to the delays so we left our 4 pieces of leather furniture upstairs. Again, no product and install was set for Monday after Christmas. The initial install attempts had been scheduled for a 4 day install but this one was only for 3 and during a holiday week. On day of install, crew didn't show up until after 10am and left about 5pm. The install crew was short one person and had forgotten the tool to remove tile. Someone delivered it several hours later. Removing the tile created tons of dust. None of our furniture, countertops or appliances were covered. The installer complained constantly about our floor level and that he didn't have enough time to do a good job although the crew were very seldom here for a full 8 hours. The 3rd day they left at 4pm as it was New Year's Eve. They had to come back New Year's Day to complete the install. Bottom line we are happy with the final product result. We don't know if the problems of material delivery were in fact the product company or Andy's incompetence. We will place the problems with install on Andy's as they did not give the installers adequate time to do a good job. Especially during a holiday week. We were left with a HUGE mess to clean up with tile dust thick on our furniture, walls, appliances, kitchen, etc. Our free furniture moving for compensation was not performed. We also had to have the installer come back later to clean up glue that was smeared on the new flooring. Although the Andy's rep was communicative and easy to reach, I would not recommend Andy's. read more

When we started the process to choose flooring and get estimate, Jose was great explaining everything. While getting estimate, we told him exactly what we wanted done. The real estate agent suggested that we also change out the flooring in the guest bathroom, and we let Jose know about the guest bathroom. When Jose sent us the original estimate, we were not able to pay through their website, so we went in to the office to pay. Jose realized that he under charged us, so he added about another $2,000-$3000.00 to bill. Jose assured us that this is a quote and that it may not be that much when they are finished depending upon the subflooring repairs. While the work was being done, my spouse went to the house as the guy was working on the subflooring and he reported that things were going well and that there should not be any issues to increase the price. After we paid the deposit, Jose did not have much contact with us, I had to initiate most of the contact. During the process, Jose called asking about if we wanted the spare bathroom floor done because he could not remember. I said yes that it was all discussed to have it done during the first quote. Jose then said that he needs to order more LVP. When the job was finished Jose did not contact us, nor go to the house to check out to make sure that the job was completed properly. When Jose was asked questions about pricing, he kept stating that, "the guys doing the job need to be paid what they're worth". I understand that, but the company should have guidelines and consistent fees. I had to call/text Jose to see if they were finished. He said that they were and that he never goes to the job site to make sure everything was done properly. In all of my experience with contracting jobs, the head of the job would always go to job site to make sure everything was completed properly. I even had to message him about 1 week later to see if he was going to send us a final bill! The final bill went up again almost $1000.00! I sent him an email for the exact explanation of why it went up and he ignored that email. During this process, Jose made several mistakes in quoting price, and the customer should not be penalized! I'm still trying to figure out where the additional $1,000.00 came from! I am also still trying to contact the owner of this company. read more

The installation had multiple false starts due to their not supplying subcontractors with square footage information. They told me one subcontractor was known as "the crazy Russian" and frequently screamed at customers but had not hurt anyone yet. Installation eventually started over a month later than agreed upon. My flooring is still unstable under-foot and pops and rocks years later, despite being told it would "settle". The installer did warn me that my floor was uneven as he laid the last pieces. They never leveled out my subfloor or even presented it as an option despite another flooring company telling me afterwards that it is standard practice and would have been quite easy (a few hundred bucks) with the concrete exposed. If Andy's had told me that it would be a few hundred or thousand dollars more to have flooring that was stable, I would have gladly paid it. My baseboards were cut up and reinstalled incorrectly. In half a dozen places. They can't be easily fixed because they've been cut, which was completely unnecessary. I was both disabled (which hopefully they weren't seeing as an opportunity to take advantage of someone) and working at the time so I couldn't watch the installer every second. No project manager checked on the installation until after it was done and I complained that flooring wasn't installed in two areas agreed upon. One agreed to come (after an argument in which I was told I made up a conversation with Dave despite their own documents showing incorrect square footage) and survey the two areas where flooring wasn't installed. They repaired those areas, but that doesn't solve the rest of the problems. They observed at that time the wobbling flooring and mangled baseboards but did not feel those issues were below their standards. I had a carpet installed 6 years ago. Soon after it lifted and wrinkled. They came out but only stretched one corner. A couple of years later it began to wrinkle on the other side but because of Covid I did not follow up. I called now explaining the situation and they refused to correct the problem because it has been 6 years. I have had carpets for decades that didn't need to be restretched. Just to be clear,Andy's offered to do another free stretch IF I took down my review. They should have done the right thing the first time and I don't like being bribed. I found an ethical co to do the restretch for a reasonable price and a lifetime guarantee. ( Andy's said no one guarantees more than a year.) Think twice before hiring them. read more

You can learn a lot about carpeting when you get it installed for the first time - especially about what constitutes quality in terms of both service and product. I'd say it goes even further than that, depending on your experience: you can even learn something about yourself in the process. Here's how it went down for me, so to speak. My fiancée and I paid a visit to the store in Greenwood/Ballard, met Phil, and with his help picked out some carpet samples for a stairway recarpeting project. So far so good: he was friendly and informative, and we felt confident that we'd get the results we expected in a reasonable amount of time and at an acceptable cost. After looking at our options in the home setting, we settled on a berberesque, patterned nylon carpet that was sure to complement the bamboo flooring elsewhere and modernize the stairs as part of a larger remodel project. In about two weeks, the appointed installation day arrived. A three-person team of installers filed into my three-level townhome and proceeded to rip up the old carpet and pad, lay down new padding, and pound, stretch, and staple the new carpeting onto four short flights of stairs. The din during those six or so hours was at times more than the cat (or I) could bear. Such is progress, writ small. The team finished up, cleaning up appropriately, and everything looked good. On first glance. Problem was in the second, which unfortunately happened only after the installers were already well gone. Of course. The problem? At least two of the runs had a noticeable twist in the lateral pattern, which was most noticeable where the carpet met the hardwood floor. Once seen, it could not be unseen. That meant that every time I went up the steps or just looked at them, I'd see a skewed - not straight as expected - pattern. I then started arguing with myself: was it just my perfectionism in play? Would I get used to it and not notice it in time? Could I live with it? Or was it important enough that I just had to call Phil and complain about the crappy installation and insist that the installers come back and fix the botched job? An even longer story shortened somewhat, let me cut to the (carpet) chase. Turns out the problem was NOT in the installation as I thought, but rather in the manufacture of the carpet itself: the process of milling the nylon carpet resulted in a "bowing" of the roll, as the chief installer described it when he later came back to assess the problem. Oh hell. How was I going to get this fixed? I called Phil and explained the problem and he was quite up front with me that he didn't have any extra of this product in stock, which meant that the only recourse was either to order more and have it redone (at my cost) or submit the problem to the manufacturer and see if they'd make me whole for the sake of my customer satisfaction. He said it may work out, or it may not - it could take several weeks for claims to see resolution. I needed to send some photos and ... well. Oh double hell. But he'd try. He'd contact the manufacturer's rep and see what he could do. In a few weeks I got a call from Phil - just at the point when I wondered if I'd ever hear from him again - and he said the company rep had agreed that the skewing was their fault and that they'd provide what was needed to cover it - both my stairs and the cost of installation. Just now, of this writing, a few weeks later, I'm appreciating the excellent work of the replacement carpet installer, who not only ripped out and replaced the problematic runs of the previous installation with the new - and well quality-controlled - carpet, but who also went the extra mile and actually did his best to compensate for the irregularities in the construction of the steps of the stairs themselves. He did this by fitting and cutting each individual riser and tread, rather than doing a full run using one piece of carpet. The result: impeccable. I expect that it must be clear by now, O Faceless and Random Social Media Reader, that Phil and team from Seattle Style Flooring did what businesses too few and far between do these days: they gave a shit about their customer and took seriously his concerns and expectations. I would with all my heart recommend that you work with these people to do your flooring job - and that you hold them to account if things are not to your liking. I feel confident - and to be honest, this really is just one man's experienced opinion - that they will not disappoint. By way of a coda to this carpeting saga, you may be wondering (or not - that's fair) what I learned about myself in all this? Just this: that I need first of all to trust myself when I feel that some product or service is not right. And further, that I need to trust that, if I treat people like Phil with respect, they will do the same in return - and if I set aside my doubts and take the trouble to be honest with them, they will more likely than not deliver the kind of outcomes I hope for. read more

Installed the new carpet 6 years ago, and it became all wrinkly and bubbly all over the places. This is cleary due to installation issue, and according to the contract, the installation is lifetime warrantied. So I contacted them, and only got told that they are not responsible for the installation, because the job was done by the 3rd party, and the 3rd party company is not in business any more. The carpet used to look good until the issue arose. So, if you are ok with the carpet that lasts about 5~6 years, then it should be fine. read more

I purchased a new house and want to replace the whole carpet. I made appointment with them since there are so many good reviews, so it should worth a try. Eric called me to schedule a measurement appointment around 10 days later, at 11:00 on date A. Then after around 3 days, he called me again, saying he had conflict appointment and needed to reschedule to 1pm on date B, which is 4 days after date A. I agreed, even though he delayed the appointment by another 4 days, which might make my move in dates delay. Then after around 2 days, he called to reschedule again saying he had conflicting appointment at the same time, need to reschedule to 11:00 am on date B. Not a big issue, I agreed again. But definitely I was already upset that he kept changing my appointment for other things. Then on date B, I rescheduled my meeting on that day, and driving 30 mins to my new house and waited for him on 11:00am, then no show. I called him, he answered and told me he was not able to do 11:00, had to wait until 1:00pm. Then I directly cancel it. No apology during the whole process. Didn't get a chance to do business with them but it seems that customers are not their first priority at all. Worst schedule experience ever. read more

We decided to go with Andy's based on the good reviews and the fact they're a local, family owned business. The estimator came in time, took the measurements and gave us an estimate a few hours later but it didn't include the areas needed to have the carpets replaced. We thought it was clear the stairs were included but that was not the case when the installers arrived. Luckily we had enough material to replace the stairs but they added about $360 for labor which we agreed to although it wasn't our fault. My issue was with the installers for the following: - One if the guys didn't wear a mask. - Half an hour into working they started blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker, without even asking for permission!! - They were going in and out of the house wearing their shoes with no covers! - And the worst thing was that they scratched up the hard wood floor from of the tools they're using and the 2 calls to let them know about the issue resulted in zero call backs as promised! To be clear, the gentlemen at the location were professional, courteous and friendly and I'm not sure if they were told about the issue. read more

My experience with this company was horrible and I think there is no sense of customer care for them. I contacted this company along side few others. They connected me to David (Dave). David came for measurements and he said he provides estimates in a day, at most 2 days. 3 days past heard nothing. Called and they said they emailed the estimate. I said it looks good let's move forward. Dave asked for my credit card for half payment and said wood will be delivered to you soon, and work should start in 3 weeks or so. I called Dave in more than 2 weeks, as no updates happened. - Dave said: I need to look up your file. can I call you later? a day passed, no call. I called again: Dave, can you pull up my file now and see where we are with the start date? - Dave pulled it up and said: yeah we can move on if you are interested. read your card so we take half payment. I told him that I did this more than 2 weeks ago already. - Dave: sorry something must have gone wrong. can I call you shortly? Received no callback. I don't know what kept Dave so confused and lost, but what I know is that I wasted 3 weeks of my project. If I could give this a Zero I would. I had a contract with Andy's 5 star flooring to do all the tile in my bathroom to include a whole wall, the floor and the tub surround. The salesperson knew I was on a time limit as I had one bathroom in my 1969 condo and had limited amount of time to do it. I made this clear not only at the beginning but all through the project. I was just going to order the tile through them my SP told me they prefer to do the job. First mistake. Should have had my contractor set up someone else. We got it all ordered, set up, I got everything they needed to them and when the tile came in, set up my hotel. Two days after they were supposed to start, I drop by the condo, nothing has been done. I call, did not receive a call back. Called the next day and was informed not by my SP who was not taking my callbut the owner that they had fired the guy that was supposed to do my job, and were looking for some one. They had fired him before I left my condo, they just hadn't let me know. So week later, still nothing. Call again. Get a call back from the SP and they say that the wall is not stable enough for tile... Nothing was told to me about this before it was started, no requirements, and so the juggling act came for my contractor to find some one, all scheduled on other jobs. So I had to go back to the tile people and say I was not told this so please fix it. Had I been informed of what was needed, I would have arranged it. So they did it. Great. This is three weeks in, extended my time in the hotel. They have a guy coming to do the job. I come and check on him, and he is there, beginning the work. He tells me he should be done in a few days. I come in a day and a half not even close. He tells me it will be done Saturday. I come back Monday, not only is it not done but the tile in the shower is crooked, the grout is not the specified spacing, and they have been standing in my new cast iron tub with out any protection and there is grout sand all over the tub. I look at my brand new vanity, which they did nothing to protect, and they have scratched the side of the vanity and there is grout dust all over it in every little crevice. They cut the tile on my deck, which is covered in plants and did nothing to protect them, so all my pots, plants furniture, inside the house and out is now covered in tile dust. I call the office and stop by, and let them know all of this and expect to see the salesperson at my bathroom to see this and the owner. We make an appointment for the next day. He does not show. I call and he says he will be there later. NO. We had an appointment and I expect you here now. He shows. We talk of what is happened and I tell him what I expect. The tile completely redone to the specification we agreed upon, my vanity fixed, or replaced, and the tub replaced if it is scratched. He then tried to blame the contractor for the mess in the tub, and the scratches. His words, "not our fault." His comment about replacing the shoddy work, "You wouldn't be happy anyway." My contractor had cleaned out the bathroom and were out of there weeks before they arrived. So I speak to the owner, we set a time up for him to show up. Meanwhile the tile worker shows up gathers there stuff up and starts to clean up the deck, which he does not finish. He does however empty a bucket of white tile water on the railing and over to the pavement below my condo leaving a huge white mess. He will not talk to me. My deck and house still has tile dust and wet white mess on everything. The owner, Andy shows for the appointment with me and my Contractor, again the blame is put on the contractor. Which he and I quickly prove false. Then Andy tries not to discuss my concerns and expectations. He is checking everything out, tells me he is going to discuss it and get back to me the next day. No phone call. So I call the office and have been told that they cannot get in touch with him either. Next day get a call from the office gentleman, and find out they are not going to finish my job. What they offer is to return all my money and pay for the materials. Now I am Six weeks into the hotel stay and my insurance will not cover because of Contractor negligence. Call my lawyer and he said get your stuff from them, take the deal, even though it is crappy, because this could land you even longer in a hotel. So I take the deal with a letter to my lawyer from them. When I go to pick up my sinks and faucets, the office gentleman, states, "We do not work under timelines." "We mostly do floors." I asked them why they took the contract then, and why they took my money if they were not competent to do the job they contracted to do. "I am not saying we are not competent, just we do floors." Then he tells me that "I would not have put that tile person on that job. He was a subcontractor we had to get from Yakima." He then apologizes. Like that means anything. Then the tile comes in, and they shorted me. Do not hire them. read more

We purchased an entire houseful of new carpet, putting one type in our formal living room, on the stairs, and in the upper part of our home. We put another type of carpet in our family room and our two offices. Shortly after installation, the carpet in the family room and offices began buckling. Andy's responded by having their installers come out and stretch the carpet. The problem began to return almost immediately. Then we had the carpet cleaned and stretched again. A short time later, the carpet buckling returned. Since we had already gone through the stretching routine twice, we decided we would replace the carpet in the family room. It was so unsightly. We went back to Andy's and were ready to buy new carpet and were told that since we'd had trouble with such new carpet, they would file a claim for us and have someone come out and inspect the carpet. The inspector came and decided that the carpet had not been installed properly...which left it back in Eric's (at Andy's) hands. We waited and waited (for probably a month and a half) and heard nothing. So my husband called them, and they offered to have the carpet stretched yet again. The problem with having the carpet stretched is that in our two offices, we have hundreds of books on several bookshelves and desks and cabinets that are full of writing material, etc. To move the furniture out (even if Andy's sent guys to do that) is that it would be our responsibility to unload all those bookshelves and the desks, etc., and then reload them. No! Just no! If the carpet had already been stretched twice with poor results, why would we want to go to all that work just to have them do it again? We wouldn't. Unless we were idiots. Or gluttons for punishment. In any case, all we really wanted was new carpet for the one room. We had already decided we would live with the bad carpet in our offices, just so we wouldn't have to be faced with unloading all those bookshelves, etc. But NO, Andy's wasn't hearing of it. They would rather hire someone to move all our furniture out of the rooms and disrupt our home for at least two days, rather than make it right by giving us some kind of allowance on new carpet. This is what I call the poorest of customer service. read more

The installers were on time and worked hard when they were here. Carpet looks wonderful and we could not be happier. Was the middle of three bids and they finished on time. A first class operation all the way around! We live out of town but needed to carpet a few rooms in our condo in Bothell. We stopped by Andy's on a referral from our Kids, and picked out a carpet we liked with their employees help. We called Andy's from our out of town home, set up A time for a measure, without us being there, and received a price quote. We set up the installation, all over the phone, they came on the day we picked, installed the carpet and completed the job. He provided his estimate the same day and the price was very reasonable. I asked him to coordinate the carpet work with my painter, i.e., come to rip out the carpet before they painted, and install when they finished. Seamless! They carpeted the whole house in one day and did an absolutely beautiful job! I had explained that I was readying the house for sale, so was not interested in "premium" carpet or padding. The carpet was exactly what i was looking for but their timing for getting the job completed was very poor. If there is one thing i hate about doing business with people is being put off when they say they will do the job. Not being on time. Not showing up when they said they would. Different installers who are bothered because they had to leave their current job to come do my job. I like the products they have, but the customer services experience with Mike was horrible. I ordered 700 sq/ft of flooring and padding over the phone with Mike (6/11/2018) and paid for a express delivery fee, expected everything to be delivered on a promised date. However, the flooring was arrived on time, but padding was missing. I called Mike, his attitude on the phone was terrible. He first told me that the padding should be picked up separately in store, in a bad attitude of telling me that "I should have known". I explained to him that there was no way that I was told the padding was picked up separately. The invoice that he e-mailed to me, clearly written both of flooring & padding were expected to be delivered together. Then he without saying sorry, told me that he would deliver "in person" the next day. Next day around 3pm, I called Mike again to check in with him about the time that he was supposed to deliver, my contractor was waiting. He picked up the phone, in a bad attitude again, asked me "oh, do you still want me to deliver or you can pick it up in store?". WOW, I couldn't believe he could ask me that - I reminded him that he promised to deliver the padding today, then he asked me where I live, once I told him my address, he replied: " horrible, it will be so traffic if I go there after work". He made me feel like it is my fault to make him drive all the way........ Mike, you are unbelievable. Toward the end, we settled to have him deliver the padding to my contractor's address instead, which is closer to the store...... because of Mike, my contractor has to wait an extra day to start working on the floor, but it doesn't even matter, what made me so upset is the way he deal with his mistakes, treating his customers like if it is their fault. Most of all, why do I have to pay for a higher rate of delivery fee but ended up not able to start the work early?! I never expect such a bad experience working with Mike, because my friend recommended Andy's 5 stars to me. Andy's products might be 5 stars, but his staff's services certainly not. I am sure other salesman there would be much better than Mike. I guess it's my bad luck dealing with a bad salesperson. read more

Excellent service and products from Andy's! We worked with Phil B who was very attentive from the get-go. He answered all of our questions, came to the house to take measurements and provide a brief overview of what to expect if we did business with him and also recommended a few options for flooring based on our needs. After we visited their showroom to pick the flooring we wanted, Phil was quick to assist with scheduling an appointment and review the next steps. The appointment was set and, as Phil promised, his team of installers was prompt and efficient. Kiko and his team were friendly and did a great job with removal and installation. Based on the size of our project, it was going to take a while. They were at the house for 12 hours but they got the job done and didn't take any shortcuts. Decent guys but poor customer service and pricey. There's a bad gap on the stairs I noticed shortly after they left. I asked a few times for them to come back and fix it. They said they would but no one ever came. They're very hard to get a hold of which makes it harder. We had some damage to a small part of the carpet (2 sq inches maybe) and they recommended an independent contractor to come fix it. Not very helpful or appreciated. read more

We love, love, loved our experience with Andy's 5 Star Flooring! I called on 3/19 to find out about getting an estimate, George came out the following day on 3/20. He was fast/efficient with his measurements for our condo. He told me that he would email me an estimate hopefully by the next day if not later that day.. boy was I pleasantly surprised to receive two written estimates via email just a few hours later. Since this was our first carpet purchase, we wanted to do our due diligence and shop around. We attempted getting estimates from 3 companies. We ended up getting measurements from 3 companies but only 2 of those companies followed through with providing an actual estimate. Andy's was the only one to provide a WRITTEN estimate. Since we were in a time crunch, we went into the showroom to see how soon we could get carpet installed. Other bigger companies (ahem Empire) may make you believe that smaller companies won't be able to get your carpet installed for weeks... we went in on Tuesday 3/31 and they said they could get our carpet in Saturday 4/4. That sealed the deal for us... support a local business and get speedy installation! The next day George called us back to see if we wanted our carpet installed on 4/2. WIN!! Andy's uses installers to install their carpet so you will have to pay Andy's for the material and then the installers for the labor, but the installers are also fantastic! Alberto called us before he left the warehouse, met us at our condo and called us to let us know when they would be finished. They did a great job installing and even cleaning up afterwards. I cannot say enough good things about Andy's 5 star flooring. If I ever need carpet again (which I hope won't be anytime soon) - we'll definitely start with them! read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Andy's 5 Star Flooring in Bothell. They were ever patient with us, as we researched and compared multiple companies and quotes. Ultimately, we ended up with 5 Star because of reputation and price. They helped us understand the different types of carpeting options and ultimately because of pets and children, we decided we wanted a waterproof backed carpet (Shaw) and were able to easily compare quotes. They never made us feel pressured to go with them and were so patient as we spent over 6 months going back and forth with them and other companies for quotes. We thought Costco, with their cash back option, would be a better deal, but 5 Star still came out more affordable. Their good reviews on Angie's List and Yelp gave us ease as well. They were patient with us as we requested multiple quotes for different types (piles) of the carpet and when we decided to pull the trigger, were able to schedule swiftly. We now have new carpet throughout our entire upstairs--on the stairs, the hall, and three bedrooms. It looks amazing and the installers did a great job. My husband is a perfectionist and inspected all parts of their installation and is extremely satisfied with the work they did (I am too, but easier to please ha). You cannot see any seams, they had barely any excess carpet (which saved us money), and the installers were professional and kind (we've had less than ideal experiences with installers for other projects and are always happy to see clean and professional folks doing installation for us!). We only paid a deposit and didn't pay the rest until they knew we were happy with the job, which is also reassuring. We would highly recommend Andy's 5 Star in Bothell! read more

We had an excellent experience with this company. We had new carpet installed in our full upstairs (4 rooms and a hallway) and everything was perfect. We worked with Eric on the quote and sale and then the team of two men who installed were outstanding. They took 10 hours to do the work as it involved a lot of furniture moving and matching up patterns. I cannot tell you how much we love our new carpet and how great the install was! I price checked and Andy's came in right in the middle and we are so glad we went with them. read more

Update: considered Andy's flooring for installing high quality vinyl flooring in my house. Our first experience with them was good and things went smoothly. But this time they quoted us pretty high for the material and labor, and when we tried to negotiate Eric pretty much told us to go get it done elsewhere for cheaper. Very disappointed and will not consider doing business with them. We ended up getting the work done for much less than Andy's flooring was asking. read more

Eric and Jamie were friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my budget and time constraints. Since nylon carpet was out of our price range, Eric brought over samples of solution-dyed polyester carpet that looked and felt plush, thick, and dense. They were able to beat Home Depot's cost and schedule - even with Home Depot's free installation promotion - and provided us with better products. They provided us with three different quote options and the quotation process was transparent. The installer, Aaron, did a fast, neat job on our bedrooms, closet, and stairs. We are very satisfied and would use Andy's again! read more

He's an absolute gem of a human - add to that that he's crazy precise, incredibly dedicated, and so competent overall... he does beautiful work. Well my wife and I went to their showroom and bought $10,000 worth of carpet and installation. At the time we told Mike that we needed the furniture moved and paid extra for it. The installers showed up and did nothing but complained about moving furniture even though it was on the invoice? The installers used our bathroom and left urine all over the toilet seat as if it were done on purpose. They also left a mess. Blocked our total driveway completely with carpet new and old during the job. It also turned out that either they were short carpet to finish the job or it was misplaced, not sure as we got two different excuses. They didn't move the furniture back where it was, put the floor electrical covers on sideways. Many issues. When we complained Mike came back with the installers and my wife felt as though he pushed aside any issue or complaint that she had, no empathy. At one time Mike said that because of the issues he would put the extra carpet we had in a 2ft x 2ft coat closet we have. That never got done. We are typically not the complaining type but this really made her feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company at all! Very poor service. We are disappointed. read more
