Dr Kim is wonderful as is Brianna and I apologize if I get the name of the Hygienist wrong, I think her name was Michelle. While the waiting area was small, it was cozy. I never had a Dentist I liked until now. Dr. Martinez and her Assistant Ricky are the best. I had Xrays and a deep cleaning without being in pain,everything was explained step by step and they both cared about my comfort. It was because of the Customer Service and the doctor care but now that I have found North Point I am so happy and content. This organization is ran very professional!y. If you have a dentist fire him or her and call North Point Dental. The dentist is the most caring compassionate and knowledgeable dentist I've had the pleasure of meeting. She cares about your all around health and not just making sure your teeth are clean. The staff are all professional and so kind and helpful. I've been a patient of Dr Wong since 2010. So was my family of 6. Hadn't been back in awhile and heard he had left. IT SHOWED!! Very poor attitude from the receptionist to the chair. No smiles. No apologies. I got out of the chair and left the office. Nobody is working on me or my children's teeth who can't smile themselves. read more

Three days after my dentist appointment, they contacted me and told me I owe them over $100+ This was never discussed with me. I am on a fixed income and I wouldn't have made an appt with them had I been made aware of this or even allowed them to continue with xrays. Bad, bad, bad business. Im always on edge walking into a dental office, same reason ive delayed in the past. I felt comfortable upon entry, the waiting room was not overwhelming and the receptionist was welcoming. The Doc put the cherry on top by noticing my nerves and explaining the plan, each step process, recommendations and well as expected results. I chipped my front tooth and called my dentist and they told me that they couldn't see me for three weeks! I wasn't about to a walk around for three weeks with a chipped tooth so I called North pointe dental, and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff was very friendly and the dentist did a great job. Their office isn't fancy, but they are efficient and friendly and put you at ease. read more

My family has been going to this dentist forever! Close to home and his front desk girl candy was the best. (She's no longer there.) now every time I'm there dr.wong (I think is his name) is so mean and snappy to his hygienists it just bothered me being in his chair and not being able to say something. I've always had ban anxiety when going to the dentist because there hasn't been a time that I've left with less than 7 cavities! I've thought my teeth were awful my whole life! Finally on my last time there when the dentist numbed my gums to fill one of my million cavities he hit something, half my face and eye swelled up for a week! He just said "oh it will go away" Needless to say I've moved on to another dentist in town. Who is amazing! And when he told me (3months after dr.wong told me I had 9 cavities) that I only had ONE cavitity! ONE!!! I was shocked and kinda mad at the same time that he had been lying to me, and my mouth is FILLED with fillings that who knows if I really needed! Not a good business.... read more

Best dental practice! Got toothache, went in, Dr. Wong examined and recommended crown as I expected. I had few crowns done so I know what to expect. Receptionist worked with my insurance, assistant got procedure started right away, took about an hour, little sore few hours later and next day couldn't notice a thing, 2 weeks went by and the temporary cap still there which was my concert, I had it came off in the past so definitely wouldn't want to deal with that specially around holiday's season. 3 weeks later went back and get the real crown... Everything went perfect! And That's hard to say about dentist experience. read more

I miss candy and the old staff! This new bunch is so rude and tries to talk over you. I went in to have my teeth clean and examined, I told the doctor I would like for him to do the cleaning. He agreed, low and behold the dental hygienist insisted she was better because she went to school to for cleaning. I decided to go else where instead I had paid upfront and I should've known! Well after waiting two weeks I call back. And the receptionist started arguing with me because your staff misinformed me. This is why I'm calling UMR the reviews must be from friends because I can think of many words to summarize my interactions with this office and friendliness, kindness and professionalism is not one. I may have to go to culinary school just to get Dr. Wong to work on my teeth again. The good old days! They have thrown customer service out the window along with empathy for patients. This has been my dentist office for several years now. I initially went because my favorite dental hygienist was working there. But he has since retired and I have gone through various staff changes since but have always been satisfied with the results. My dentist Andy Uh, DDS, has his own flossing motivational anecdote....."Brushing your teeth without flossing is like taking a shower without washing your armpits"....now if that doesn't get you to floss nothing will! He is friendly, charming, caring, gentle and friendly and always answers all questions in a respectful way. And they will never let you forget an appointment (text/calls/voice mail). Dr. Wong in the group here are great. Have not been to the dentist in some time and was a bit apprehensive of what they would find. Doctor one was kind and explained everything did not try an upsell or pressure me into doing anything I was not ready to set a course of action of what was urgent and what could wait. Cannot say enough about Theresa his hygienist. She was great did with scraping waterjet and flossing. I have been one of those that have never liked cleanings and she was very patient and even numbed my gums prior to doing anything. I have found a new dentist thank you. The only thing I could ask for since I'm a chicken would be nitrous oxide and maybe a TV to watch. read more

I will never go to this dentist again!!! Lets start at the beginning: They pulled a baby tooth after doing xrays that showed I did not have a permanent tooth underneath. This was in my opinion an attempt to sell me braces or their version of Invisalign or a super expensive tooth implant. And as of current, after my 6 month cleaning they tried to tell me I had 4 cavities! I went for a second opinion ASAP and found out that not only do I NOT HAVE CAVITIES, but the cleaning they did a week prior was so bad they scheduled me in for scaling and root planing. My teeth had so much build up beneath the gums I ended up needing prescription mouthwash. Oh and to top it all off, they did nothing to try to help fix the now 6mm gum pockets in the back of my mouth that were causing my bleeding gums when I flossed. This has got to be either the laziest dentist, or the scammiest dentist who wanted to wait till i needed things like a root canal or dental implant. The silver lining in this is that I found a wonderful dentist now who is doing everything they can to getting my mouth back in order. Get a second opinion if you go to this place!!!! read more
