Five years later, my teeth still are not where they should be. Every time I went in with concerns, the solution was always the same. Rescan, new aligners, and no real progress or clear plan to actually get me to the end result. I still have my original treatment documentation, which references lifetime retention with no mention of any five-year expiration. Being told now that my treatment has "expired" feels completely inconsistent with what was originally presented. Last year, I had serious health issues and was hospitalized for an extended period of time, so I wasn't able to keep up with appointments. Once my health improved, I reached out to continue treatment and was told over the phone I would be scheduled for a rescan. However, when I arrived, I was told my treatment had "expired" because it had been five years. This was the first time I had ever heard of any kind of expiration. At no point during my treatment did anyone communicate that my "lifetime" plan had a time limit. I never received any reminders, follow-ups, or even a heads-up that my treatment window was coming to an end, especially considering I was nearing my last trays. Even large companies send notifications when a service is about to expire. It makes no sense that something as significant as ongoing orthodontic treatment wouldn't come with any kind of reminder or communication. What made the situation worse was how dismissive Dr. Victoria Chen was when I tried to explain my concerns. The focus kept being on the fact that I hadn't been in for a year, with no real acknowledgment of what I had gone through or the lack of communication on their end. Being told that they have too many patients to keep track of did not sit right with me. If that is the case, then there should be better systems in place to support patients through a long-term treatment like this. After five years of treatment, my teeth are still not where they should be, and now I am being told I can't continue based on information that was never clearly explained. That is extremely frustrating and honestly feels misleading. If you are considering Invisalign here, I would strongly suggest getting everything in writing and asking very direct questions about timelines and limitations. "Lifetime" clearly did not mean what I thought it did.

I was referred to him several years ago by a friend, and have never looked elsewhere. They are professional, friendly, and Dr. Trinh WILL NOT LET YOU HURT during procedures. I have had 5 crowns, and 1 more pending and he is quick and does excellent work. I felt compelled to leave this review as I had my first root canal/crown done yesterday and it was painless and not nearly as traumatic as some folks relay root canal experiences. And he has a cool new machine on premises that can make a crown in office as opposed to having a temp crown for 2-3 weeks and coming back in for yet another procedures (this also opens up more appointments btw). If I ever leave the area, I'll have to fly back to Vegas to get my dental work done. Dr. Trinh only has one draw back--there is only one of him--highly recommend Elite Dental.

She assaulted me while performing an unnecessary gum check. She was not authorized to do anything except to fix my crown. She acknowledged it and we spoke about how I was disappointed with her services. Even the office manager told her not to do anything else, just fix the crown that was started. Fernandez was the only dentist on site when they finished my root canal for my cracked tooth, so I had to continue with the service. Unfortunately, it was with Fernandez. She pressed down on the gum check to get higher numbers, tried numerous times to get me to commit to a cleaning and a deep cleaning. She was condescending, and stated she saw my previous complaint on Yelp and to her manager and was not happy that I did the complaints. Her dental work needs to be re-done by other dentists. The cement that she place don my crown was all over my gumline and next to my other teeth. She extracted a tooth that was abscessed, and could have been saved. I have never had such a horrible experience before. Except for my teeth being cracked from recent stress, she made it out to me that I had severe gum disease and never took care of my teeth. Um, the other experts saw my teeth, and you are a liar Dr. Fernandez. I guess I will need more dentistry to fix what you screwed up. So you lawyered up. Guess we know where this is heading.

I will list a few because honestly, it would take too long to list all. I chose to finance Invisalign braces due to the suggestions from the dentist. Let me begin with that. DO NOT FINANCE ANYTHING WITH THIS OFFICE! The financing is a third-party, but what the office will do and not tell you is all the treatment that they give you that is paid for 100% with your dental insurance they will forward to the finance company in which you will be paying interest on something that your normal Dental insurance covers 100%.. I was also charged for fluoride. ($24) I questioned it and was told that my insurance does not cover it. That was completely fault.. The one thing I was extremely clear about what I wanted teeth whitening trays. I was extremely clear.! when I try to speak with the office manager she refused any and all calls and emails. I ended up filing a complaint with my dental insurance through formal complaint. My dental insurance company informed me that after three times leaving messages and forwarding three emails to which nothing was ever responded to they ended up having to close my claim. I would like to note at this time the office manager and a majority of the staff at this location was soon thereafter fired. A new manager has been hired at first. She was very nice and helpful. She even admitted that they have no idea the billing on my account where money went how money was applied. She informed me her background is in the medical world not in the Dental world recently I went back with a receipt showing and had questions in regarding to the teeth whitening trays. She informed me that it had been explained to me and that that was mirror a projected price of something we discussed I told her I had made it beyond clear. That was one service I wanted and was willing to pay for.. nothing was ever explained to me because the office at one point even admitted they had no idea where everything went as far as the money in the billing, please note the manager, and most of the staff was fired at this location. I would caution anyone that would choose to seek dental treatment at this location. The staff is untrained and specifically the manager of this location.. I have never heard of a dental office sending the bill to a finance company so the patient can pay additional finance charges on something that medical dental companies pay for. When I have asked to speak to the corporate office or someone above that office, all requests have been denied. Luckily there is a lot of good dentists and dental offices located here in Las Vegas. If you so choose to do business with this location in the staff, I caution you make sure you get receipts. and demand everything in writing absolutely everything.!
