He replied " We dont its already built into the price and We dont do nooks" What?! Your a shower and bath company! Then I asked how much for what YOU want to do to this shower? Get ready. He said 20. I said 20 bucks? He said No $20,000. For a 32"x32" basic shower! I worked in the trades my whole life and Im now a home inspector this just blew me away! This shower should cost between $5,000 & $7000 with demo included. This company needs good luck with salesmen like this!

He made a couple recommendations for solutions, and then just straight-up GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS. We have crazy dogs, but Lenny was un-deterred. He carries dog treats for the dogs he meets! He showed me photos of his own dog YALL! Lenny is out here solving plumbing *and* is a friend to all dogs?! LOVED this guy. I love CJs. I love when people are great at they do. And I paid by Zelle immediately (nice and easy). And I tipped Lenny. If you're reading this - make sure to tip the people who take care of your home.

We have nothing but the highest praise to give to them for delivering such a fantastic end result. The team we worked with was fantastic. We really enjoyed the hands on process of working with Elizabeth, our designer, who helped guide us through the entire process of creating our dream primary bathroom. We had a fair bit of back and forth throughout the design process but it resulted in some highly detailed and thorough design plans, which included realistic renderings, all the selected hardware and finishes, and overall layouts. We felt like we got great advice from Elizabeth, and she really listened to what kind of look and feel we were going for. We then got with Daniel, our project manager, who helped turn the plans we received into reality. He was also a pleasure to work with and always provided very clear project updates via text and phone. The teams he assembled for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry were all very professional and did great work. Daniel was also a great problem solver who was able to come up with clever solutions to any issues that came up. The Fenceworks people are absolutely amazing. First and foremost. Their attention to detail, their…read morezeal to educate you on what's best for you and your property is amazingly refreshing and it spans the entire company whether your speaking with Jake or your chatting with Bob their installer, it's absolute white glove service through and through. Now that I got how awesome these people are, I just have to say that we had a Goaliath Ignite basketball hoop for 4 years and we played on it every week. From the start it had a lot of shake to it that would luckily go away after the rim 'settled in'. However, because my son and I play on it weekly with plenty of hour long sessions, the wear and tear started to become very visible. From rust spots, to the net itself not 'wanting to give our ball back' every time it went into the hoop. We also noticed a forward lean on the rim and as my son got older... So did his friends! So safety started to become a concern of mine now that he was having hoop sessions with friends and I didn't want anything to happen to anybody on our watch. So naturally, we were looking to upgrade which led us to the awesome people at FENCEWORKS. They went over step by step how the process was going to go and it was as easy as pick a rim, and they handled the rest. When it came to buying from Dick's Sporting goods... That was not the case. I had to open a Julie ticket on my own, find an installer while having big heavy boxes sitting around waiting for all of that to be taken care of. Fence Works does all of that for you and they even removed my old rim........ ALL ON THE SAME DAY! Can't recommend them enough not just for basketball hoops but if you're looking to buy a play set for your young family or even setting up an awesome fence around your property... Their white glove professional approach to every conversation and moments to educate you is sure to make you feel confident in making these investments into your home or property.
