Just like the other reviews I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Side note three other patients arrived after me and all got seen. I sought to understand by asking the front desk what's going on in a very polite way saying "hi do we have an estimate on my turn I've seen other people get helped before me and wanted to get an estimate" the front lady with colored eyes responded passive aggressively " well we do more than ultrasounds" I then proceeded to be more direct and ask" why have others been helped before me even although I arrive before them. I wanna make sure I wasn't missed " she responded " it's fine take a seat". She could improve on her responses, specially I came from a positive and polite way. India was the best part of the experience she was my technician that preformed the ultra sound. I can only give this place 3 stars due to her. She saved this place from getting 1. Every time I go to Envision, I am haunted by the 'check in online' constantly until you do it and…read more'arrive 15 minutes early to 'check-in'. Well, I have two problems with this. 1) Filling out these forms online before your visit is already checking in. It says it right there. And of course, you can't do it just once. You have to do it, otherwise you're pounded with text reminders until you do and then you have to do it again a day before your visit. Like we have nothing else to do other than go through the check in process THREE TIMES, twice online and once at the facility. 2) Arrive 15 minutes before you appointment, well, I have a life, not much of one but it's mine. My time is important, just as important as anyone at Envision. If you want me to arrive 15 minutes early, make my appointment for 3:45 instead of 4pm. You're wasting my time with all of these 'check-ins' and as I said, my time is important to me. This policy is so 'strict' that arriving two minutes late at one appointment on the Oak Park facility due to traffic, they had me wait for 35 minutes before an office employee told me they'll be taking me in 15 minutes and 'sorry for the delay' for a CT scan that literally took 2 minutes at a different Envision. It took me longer to take all my metal off and put it back on than the scan did. When I complained, the woman told me I could talk to her manager and I told her, 'No, you can tell her. I don't repeat myself and it's just wasting even more of my time' I walked out and swore I'd never go back to that location. They were taking people that arrived AFTER me for more than a half hour because I was late by two minutes due to traffic. But this isn't the only problem location. ALL of them are like this. It's like a cult 'complete the check in forms online, do it again and arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in' and over and over and over again. And if you don't adhere to their policy, they make you wait. I will NOT arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I will do my best to arrive AT my appointment time. Envision does not respect their clients and their time. In the future I will do anything I can to NOT go to an Envision center because of these two points. They must have gotten sick of getting complaints like this because there is literally NO WAY to make a complaint via email on their website. The only way I found was to put in a 'testimonial' on their site and I'm 100% sure this complaint will not be posted on their testimonials page but hopefully someone will see it and make a change, but I doubt it.

I came in recently for x-rays as a walk-in first thing in the morning. The front desk receptionist…read morewas friendly. I handed over my documents (imaging order, pic ID, medical insurance card). When asked about cost, she told me she would let me know. I was then called back shortly which at the time I was grateful since I was trying to get to work asap. The x-ray tech that brought me back was also friendly and professional. She was easy to talk to and guided me through the exam in a way that was comfortable with my current condition. The whole process was seamless and quick. Maybe a little too quick. I checked out and asked the same receptionist what I owed thinking she verified my benefits by then. She said she didn't see that I owed anything. That's never the case, but I went on my way to get to work. I get a text a little over a week later stating my statement was ready. I just wished they were more efficient with checking benefits before performing procedures. I knew I was likely to pay, but others may feel blindsided if they weren't familiar with their insurance coverage. Despite that, the fees were standard and the whole experience was satisfactory.

I am here for a bone density test and was in and out pretty quickly, 15 minutes. Quick tip, do the paperwork online before arriving speeds up the process.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience that I just had with my Mom. Between the staff…read moreand my Moms doctor I knew they had my Moms best interest at heart. They were very thorough and kept digging... the doctor was by far one of the most compassionate people I have met in a long time let alone a doctor. He was checking up on Mom often making sure her pain was at bay and even brought her ice chips. The staff was sweet and attentive always letting us know what was going on and never leaving us waiting. I was so worried taking her there because of some of the reviews but at no time did I feel uncomfortable or that the care she was receiving wasn't too notch. Thanks again for taking our worries about going to the ER right now and putting them to rest so we could worry about my Moms pain and getting her well again.

This is a facility meant to treat EMERGENCIES. Luckily they got in contact with Cooks and figured out that, surprise, there was actually something that can help stop this type of bleed (which is a well known treatment). What utter incompetence. Children are people too. One would think you'd be able to count on an ER in a suburban area for reasonable help. The only two bright sides was the man who drew my son's blood for testing and the woman at check in. Im thankful my son is now fine and recovering (thank you cooks children) but people should be able to count on the nearest ER for support, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Do better for community you serve.

Facility fee because they are connected to the hospital. Never mentioned it when I checked in . When i was billed they told me I signed a paper that said I would pay any fees occurred for visit but never once did they tell me upfront that they unlike most places charge this facility fee . Anyway, quest is good for blood a urine draws, they also offer tests that you might need like strep, flu, etc. Anyhow, there are many Quest locations around DFW. I prefer this one. I highly recommend downloading the app and using it to make a reservation. They do take walk ins as well. I have never had a bad experience at this Quest (my experiences have been for post physical blood draws and a strep test in once). They have a waiting room with 10 chairs and two check in kiosks. Their staff has always treated me friendly and with respect, (and I should mention that respect is a two way street). Anyway, the quality of care has been great in my opinion. So I hope if you need to is Quest's services that you have a positive experience as well.
