One of their competitors identified that we needed to have our pool returns (drains) updated to comply with new regulations and when we queried Antonio, he said they would do it for no extra charge. If you are looking to get your pool refinished I highly recommend using Antonio and his crew. They are completely professional from start to finish. Demo to our pool to finished and refilling was less that 2 weeks. It took 2 weeks only because just after demo we got a few days of rain. When they did the actual refinish I think I counted 9 guys doing the work. They were super fast and did a great job of cleanup. These guys are easy to deal with, just pick your finish color and new tiles from the supplier's showroom in Rancho Cordova and other than emails regarding scheduling that was all there was. Price was very competitive with no BS added charges that I got on other quotes plus add the great reviews and choosing North Star was a no brainer.
