    Came in to North State Auto to upgrade from my Mazda 3 to something a bit nicer and faster. After much research and help from Thomas, Tim, and David, I finally settled on a beautiful 2015 Lexus RCF. Car is in perfect condition, clean, and fast. Their team helped me with my trade, and got me into this beautiful car! Thank you guys!

    I bought a car from North State Auto in Nov. 2016. Less than 2 months later, the car started having problems. And it hasn't stopped since. I paid $27,000 for a 2011 Land Rover. A "great deal" the sales guy said. I've spend almost 10k on repairs and maintenance but mostly, on diagnostic work. Trying to figure out why it won't pass a smog test(??). I can't renew the registration without a smog and without a current registration, I can't drive it. So I bought another car. The Land Rover just sits there. I still owe 8k on it so I pay $330 a month for a car that I can't drive and don't feel right selling to any decent human being. FML....I think the fair thing to do would be for them allow me a trade or a partial refund of some sort.

    Penny test.  My 1 day old truck fails on every tire.

    I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger with 32,000 from this business. The buying process was quick and easy. The service was spectacular. Maurice was awesome. However, the next day after buying my truck it started to rain and I noticed it seriously lacked traction. Shame on me, this is the first time I examined the tires. Turns out they were extremely worn. I'm no expert, but I used the penny test as my basis for measurement. It failed the penny test on every tire. I called North State Auto and they informed me it's company policy to not replace tires unless they are below 4/32. I decided to have the truck independently evaluated at a tire store. They rated my tires at 3,3,3,4. They also informed me it starts to become unsafe driving on tires with such low tread. 2 is the CalTrans LEGAL limit. North State Auto sold me a car with tire tread that was only 1mm over the legal limit. Yes, it's technically over the legal limit, but it's that tread depth is still not exactly considered safe by any tire expert. I called North State Auto again the next day to inform them of the safety hazard. They informed me at this point that it is company policy not to replace any tires at 3 or higher. They told me they would get me new tires at the company discounted rate. And they would install them for me for free. I'm so disappointed to be forced to buy 4 new tires 3 days after I bought the truck. I feel stupid for not checking, but I also feel ripped off. On a side note...I've currently been at North State Auto now for over 2hrs and 40mins waiting for them to change 4 tires.... The car sales experience is wonderful. But beware of the shop department. I would have your vehicle independently evaluated for safety before purchasing. If they cut corners on something so obvious as tire tread, who knows what they're allowing to pass their inspections under the hood. The safety standards are the very bare minimum here

    I bout a truck from this place. I live in perris ca between riverside and Temecula. I drove 7 hrs to pick up the truck that's how good the deal was. Garen and Tim were great, we did go back and forth but not like other dealers. They were not pushy and the deal was made over the phone. When I go there the truck looked better than the pictures that were posted. I was in and out in an hour. Really happy I found this place. The drive was worth the deal that I got. I would definitely buy from them again.

I arrived at the Honda dealer in Walnut Creek and expected the worst, and was I pleasantly surprised when I actually met someone who not only knew his cars but explained everything in detail without being condescending about it. I felt very comfortable with the sales person Roger Granziol and asked him all kinds of questions that might sounded stupid like: How do I turn on the radio? Let me explain: my old car was a 2015 model and stepping into 2026 model is now very different, because of the new models use of computers. Therefore it is very important you get a salesman who can and is willing to explain how the different functions works. Roger showed me how I was able to listen to my Audio Books from Kindle and Chirp using the screen on the dashboard which he got from my iPhone. I was nervous about all these new things so I called Roger and asked him next day if I could meet him again and go thru all the items on the dashboard again.     Tire and Wheel Warranty…read more When I arrived to pick up my 2026 911 Carrera, the finance manager spoke to me about purchasing the tire and wheel warranty package. He mentioned that it was the only warranty package that must be purchased before leaving the dealership. I can understand why. About four months after taking delivery of my car, the left rear tire kept losing air, very slowly. I searched for a puncture, but could not find one. At five months, I got curb rash on my right front wheel...ugh. Caner had contacted me for a six-month follow-up, and I mentioned both issues. It was during that conversation that he asked if I'd like a service tech to contact me. That is when I spoke to Tim Wong over the phone. We made an appointment for the very next day, and I drove to the dealership. After filling out some paperwork, Tim let me know that my warranty included a loaner car, and he offered me a new Macan. While in the waiting room, I heard the receptionist offer local customers Uber service to their homes and back. I dropped off my 911 on Thursday, and it was ready for pickup on the following Tuesday. I mentioned to Tim that I had an appointment on Monday, so he kindly arranged my pickup for the following day. The man who serviced my car, Bowdoin, sent me a video of the car's inspection via Tim's email. He was very thorough and friendly in his assessment. Caner was off that day, so he arranged for Hart to go over some of the PCM questions I had. He answered both and was engaging, friendly, and professional. My left rear tire had a nail, which caused a slow leak. The tire was replaced. The curb rash on my right front rim was fixed as well. I've come to realize that a brand is only as good as the people who represent that brand. So many of my friends have said, "Yeah, they should do that since it's a Porsche and the amount you have to pay for them!" In theory, that makes sense. Yet I've had horrible encounters at Porsche Fremont, and it is the same ownership as Walnut Creek Porsche, Fletcher Jones. Two opposed levels of service. My friend, who has owned 14 911s, has his cars serviced at Monterey Porsche, and his stories are horrible. This is not just Porsche, but any brand, Sony, Canon, etc. These are the individuals I have encountered at Walnut Creek Porsche, and I could not be more pleased with the levels of service I have received.     I reached out to Mike Pardini directly. I appreciated how quickly he responded…read more he handled the whole deal from the first email. Responsive and straight to the point. When I got to the dealership he introduced me to someone on his team to finish the paperwork and delivery, but he was still around through the whole thing. The next day he called me himself. Just to ask if I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. That kind of follow up isn't something you see much anymore. If you want someone who actually communicates and follows through, I'd recommend Mike.
