I've done cupping which leaves me feeling tons better after. I leave feeling relaxed every single time. She did an adjustment on my 11 year old son today and she did an amazing job at making him feel comfortable. She walks you through your appointment and is full of tons of information. I'd highly recommend checking her out. I love the vibe of her work place as well. So fun!

I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired. I found Dr Brittni and LifeForceNV on Yelp by looking for a nearby location that had great reviews. She also is married to a vet who also is in law enforcement. She gives discounts to both. Her massage therapist, @gingerroottherapy is also a combat 82d Airborne vet that was stationed at Ft Bragg NC. Both have helped to heal me back to normal with things like #cupping, represented by the octopus hologram for the suction cups. I use supplements from Amazon and Dr Brittni sells me one ... TraceElements 40,000 Volts that has Boron in it. It also has liquid magnesium in it that helps to move me.

I can't say enough good things about the compassionate care that I have received over the years. You're not a number her......you are a human being. You never know what you'll get with him, sometimes he's paying attention and a nice guy and sometimes he's a completely different person. He pushed and pushed for me to do all day Ketamine treatments that didn't do anything. When the time came to move from Reno to a major university hospital in another state for treatment, he cancelled my very last appointment and when my father went in to pick up my prescriptions he realized that my prescription for the Fentanyl Patch (which I had been on for years) wasn't there. My father was told that this was the doctor's decision and when my father asked if he could speak to the doctor, he was rudely told NO and that THIS WAS THE DOCTORS DECISION! Then my mother called and asked "why aren't you titrating him down slower?" But she was told the same thing, NO! So, not only was I being transported by car to another state (which caused me incredible pain and suffering) I was also going through withdrawals at the same time...thanks to this cruel, vile man. Please think about this if you're choosing a pain doctor!

Amazing, totally amazing…read more I had written to my primary care doctor through MyChart to request a referral to see a pain specialist. I had an appointment with him scheduled in a week, and he replied that we could discuss it then. No urgency, no help in the moment. In the meantime, I tried calling a pain management office within his own network (Carson Tahoe Health), hoping to bypass the referral. Unsurprisingly, they said no. I was in a lot of pain, frustrated, and feeling hopeless, until God sent me an angel. Someone told me about Dr. Nairzi and his walk-in urgent care orthopedic clinic in Reno (United Pain Urgent Care). I drove there, arriving at 5 PM. Within just over an hour, I was evaluated and treated with facet joint injections at C2-C3. For the first time in years, I was pain-free. I don't know yet if this will be a permanent fix, but the fact that I could walk in and be treated the same day with no referral was absolutely life changing. I now have a follow up appointment at his main clinic to explore longer term treatment options in case the injections wear off. This is how healthcare should work. Not delayed by bureaucracy or driven by profit, but centered on compassion, urgency, and the patient. God Bless Dr. Nairzi and his incredible staff for their vision, care, and for being the kind of doctor we so desperately need more of in this broken system.

To Dr. Marshal Tulbert-…read more You walked into my mother's hospital room after she was emergency transported back and opened with, 'I hear you've been having respiratory issues.' That level of detachment from her actual condition is unacceptable. After a five-day stay at Rosewood--where she was left in feces and urine on a fresh surgical wound--she developed pneumonia and the flu. She had already been back in the hospital for six days before you finally showed up, and in that time her wound washouts were postponed three times despite continuous drainage. This goes far beyond poor judgment--it points to a serious breakdown in care. As a human being, how do you have the audacity to stand over your patient and play that kind of game? The complete lack of follow-up is inexcusable. Not a single phone call, not one post-op check on my mother, nothing. That level of negligence is beyond unacceptable. If you think you're untouchable, you're not. Somehow, you still had time to take on new patients. That says everything about where your priorities lie. Cory- your role in this was nothing more than enabling the situation. There's no accountability, no ownership, and no excuse. Andrea- your actions were completely self serving. If you're in this profession for anything other than patient care, it shows. You did absolutely nothing to help my mother. This entire experience was a failure across the board. Negligence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. I'm beginning to seriously question whether this is being handled by people acting in good faith, or at minimum, with basic professional conscience. These issues raise significant concerns about ethics, accountability, and basic responsibility. I have no intention of letting this be brushed aside or repeated with anyone else. I will be pursuing every available lawful avenue to address this, including self-representation if necessary under Nevada law. This is not something I'm letting go. Lil forewarning
