My husband's GP office recommended contacting Dr. Sekhon. Dr. Sekhon reviewed his symptoms and agreed to see my husband the same week. Dr. Sekhon immediately recognized the urgency of my husband's situation (serious back compression progressing towards cauda equina syndrome). Dr. Sekhon scheduled my husband within 3 DAYS for emergency surgery. If not for Dr. Sekhon I am not sure my husband would ever have regained the ability to have normal bowel function or use his legs again. Jenn was wonderful and immediately helped put me at ease. I especially appreciate when a nurse gets my IV on the first try--it may seem like a small thing, but it certainly doesn't go unnoticed! It's always such a strange feeling to go under anesthesia and then wake up with everything already finished. Bette was incredibly calming, kind, and attentive during my recovery, which made the experience much more comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Kaiser for his care and concern in making sure all of my issues were addressed. My gratitude extends to the anesthesiologist and every nurse in the operating room for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent care throughout the entire process. I'm truly thankful for everyone who helped make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Hopefully, this will be my last surgery for a very long time!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the xray tech, because he was awesome. But other than…read morethat, I just had a bad experience and feel like I wasted $50 on the visit. I have a broken toe, which is why I initially made an appointment at the St.Mary's urgent care for tonight. They referred me to roc because I KNEW my toe was broken, so they felt like it was better for them to see me. Once I got back, the xray tech was amazing. He made me very comfortable, since my toe is purple and very sensitive, that mattered to me and I really appreciated it. Once I got back to the room, the dr (white lady, hair pulled back, no mask, quite an off-putting attitude immediately) was ready and confirmed that my toe was, indeed broken. Then she proceeded to give me ZERO options. Mind you, I worked 8 hours today, and have to work the next 2 days, on soft mats, required to wear closed toe shoes. She didn't seem to care at all. She said "oh man, yeah, money...amiright?" As if that was funny. Then she offered me a sandal type boot, that I cannot wear at work, after I already told her that I couldn't wear those. Then she said I should be wearing a "hiking boot" on my foot, with a broken toe. I don't have hiking boots, but even if I did, wearing my Air Max's today hurt because of the pressure on my broken Toe, I couldn't even imagine having a hiking boot on. THEN she told me to order a carbon fiber hard plate for my foot on AMAZON, and it'll "only take a couple days to get to you"....even though I told her I have to work on my feet for the next 2 days straight, at 4am. At this point, I'm very frustrated (but didn't show it). After nothing proactive was offered by this "dr", I was told that she would only write me a script for "some stronger anti-inflammatories". Kind if refusing to give me any pain medication, even though my toe is 100% broken and causing me 8/10 pain. Oh, and on top of that, she was the ONLY one in the office who wasn't wearing a mask, even though their own door stated that they're required. What a great leader. I'm so sick of this shit. So now I'm still in pain. I called cvs for whatever medication she sent in, and guess what....there's nothing for me. And now the roc clinic is closed and I work at 4am. What a really bad experience, with no results at all. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

I had a great experience at The Joint Chiropractic! The chiropractor was very thorough, took the…read moretime to assess my concerns, and explained everything before my adjustment. The adjustment itself felt amazing, and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit comfortable from start to finish. The only downside was that all of the adjustment tables and waiting chairs are in the same room. It felt a little awkward and made the experience seem less personal, especially when other patients were waiting nearby. Aside from that, the quality of care was excellent, and I would definitely recommend The Joint Chiropractic to anyone looking for a thorough, effective adjustment.

They claim they don't have a referral for me and refuse to make an appointment. I can SEE the referral was sent to them. So my personal information is sitting somewhere on someone's desk. I'm a snowbird. Leaving the state in April. If I can't be seen before then, I won't be back until January and will have to start the process all over again. So far, this is my experience.
