Court system is corrupt also, letting his previous employer off the hook. Find another company to do good work for you.

I had an issue with the ac unit turning on whenever the furnace was used. I called him & he stated he would repair it. He never showed up & despite multiple calls & messages left over weeks he has ghosted me. The humidifier also doesn't work & since he indirect vented the furnace at install now my hot water tank loses its pilot light. At this point i will arrange for the repairs to be done by someone more professional & reliable. Obviously i do NOT recommend his services. If i could leave a zero i would.

They get out to the house quickly if there is any problem or concern. Over the years we've met every employee, I think, and each and every one is an expert, explains everything, and never steers us wrong. Just recently we had to turn on our air conditioning earlier than usual in the season, and they set an appointment quickly so we could have it all checked first. With the yearly Finzel furnace checks and air conditioning shut down for winter, and the air conditioning check for spring/summer, we never have worries. And they don't over-charge!
