What a fun adventure! Our guide Trina was so much fun and helped us have a great time. I get a little seasick, but Trina checked in and made sure I still had a great time. We saw such cool wildlife and the beautiful coastline.

My tour with guide Emily was absolutely incredible -- we checked off pretty much everything on the list! Bald eagles, puffins, orcas, humpbacks, sea otters, seals, sea lions, and glacier calving! I took the 7.5 hour tour and time absolutely flew by we were having so much fun. If 7.5 hours seems like a long time and you're hesitant -- just do it! It's so incredibly worth it! Emily was also so knowledgeable about the area, from the geology to the wildlife, and so helpful and patient when I got seasick (not her fault at all, I am just super prone to it) Overall truly amazing experience, incredibly worth the money and time

This was an amazing experience! Captain Abby was a very knowledgeable captain, answering almost every question we asked. She knew exactly where to go to show us the animals. We saw 3 schools of whales (humpback and orcas), puffins, sea lions, seals, otters and a giant pod of moon jellyfish. Not to mention we had lunch, which they provided, at the base of a glacier! There was lots of glacial activity and we got to watch ice chunks fall and listen to the crash as it hit the water.

Great trip with Captain Kyle. He was super knowledgeable and a great Captain. Would definitely recommend

A full 5 stars for Captain Abby and Northern Latitude Adventures! Any trip to coastal Alaska is not complete without getting on the water. The wild beauty of the Alaskan coast is mesmerizing. We spent a full day with captain Abby exploring the Kenai Fords and Resurrection Bay. We saw the mile-wide Aialik glacier with harbor seals napping on the ice, gray whales, Stellar sea lions sunning themselves on the rocks, bald eagles, puffins, too many sea otters to count, harbor porpoise, and three orca feeding along the shore. Two times an orca breached, coming completely out of the water! An amazing site. Captain Abby totally delivered. Can't say enough good things about this tour.

We don't even know where to start describing how amazing this experience was! My boyfriend and I went on a 7.5 hr 6-person charter through the Kenai Fjords with captain Abby and despite the fact that the weather was not ideal /rainy and hazy/, the tour was no less than mind blowing. We enjoyed incredible scenery of wild islands, dozens of waterfalls, majestic fjords, wild goats, saw sea otters, puffins, orcas, humpback whales, sea lions among other things:) We approached the Holgate Glacier, watched huge blue ice chunks crash into the ocean, as we were having lunch. I mean - it's indescribable. But we wanted to give special thanks to captain Abby, as she might not be able to take credit for the area's natural beauty, however she went above and beyond in making sure we all had the best experience possible. She really went chasing those whales with us the entire time. And I mean - we really chased those guys good :) She was very much in touch with every passenger's interests and preferences; she was sooo fast when she could be and taking it easy exactly at the right times; in addition so friendly and so full of valuable info and advice! Would give 10 stars if I could! And our overall advice would be - trust us, guys - it's so worth it doing a charter with a small group over trying to save a couple hundred bucks and snuggling with 50 or more other people like sardines. Here you got the real authentic Alaskan experience, tailored to make your soul happy. This is the life.

Awesome day on the water in Resurrection Bay and Aialik Bay with Captain Ryan on a Northern Latitude Adventures trip. We saw sea lions, harbor seals, jellies, puffins (my new favorites), salmon, waterfalls, icebergs ..... and glaciers!!! We lucked out with a break in the weather heading out. 6 foot seas on return but the captain handled the boat well in the swells. This area is stunning. The sound of calving glaciers is like thunder. Aialik Glacier comes down from the Harding Glacier and is 1 mile across- dwarfs the helicopter and plane that went by. The icebergs were delicate and exquisite. The color of the water was brilliant. I can't give our guide, Ryan, praise enough. Dropping knowledge bombs all day long. He also went the extra mile to try to spot goats and bears (sadly did not see those on this trip). What a day!!!! PS- The cabin area of the boat was clean and comfortable. The sandwiches were fresh that morning from a local cafe. Delicious. Highly recommend!!

Excellent day exploring the fjords! This is a great way to have an intimate experience seeking out wildlife and enjoying the local scenery! I knew I wanted a day on the water in Seward, but I wasn't excited about a giant boat with a bunch of other tourists. Our captain/guide, Clay, was knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely knew his way around the waters! The lunch they provide was from a local deli and hit the spot. They also have coffee, hot tea, and snacks. All of which we enjoyed because it was rainy and cold. The pictures really don't even do the views any justice! I included a picture of the sea lions, but we also saw Finn whales and a HUGE Orca.

Amazing tour with a great guide. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the animals, geography, and history of Kenai Fords. The smaller boat and limit of 6 passengers allows for a more personalized experience. Saw so much marine life, including fin whales, birds, and amazing up close views of glaciers. Don't miss this if you're in Seward!

Captain Ryan and Northern Latitude was amazing!! We had an absolutely amazing day. Ryan did his best to make sure we got to see everything there was to offer, including calling an audible and switching destinations because the planned glacier was crowded. He was very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to stop the boat to point out something interesting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who asked!!!

Do not hesitate to book a tour with these folks! We went on the 6 hour Glacier and Wildlife tour. We saw everything! Orca, puffin, humpback breeching, bears, bald eagles and porpoise. The glacier even showed off and calved for us while we ate some turkey sandwiches. Snacks, water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a sandwich, chips and a selection of sodas. Jamie was the perfect guide. As she made her way toward the glacier she would quickly slow and even go back if she saw wildlife. She shared history and nature knowledge. Besides Jamie there were four of us and we had a great time!

We wet out yesterday with Emily. She was very knowledgeable and was very excited to show us her Resurrection Bay. She put us on orca 3x. Some tiny babies in the pods. Then a pod of a mom, nurse maid, and a cute baby that was learning how to fin and tale slap. It was a great day. We definitely like the smaller boats than the bigger ones. We will definitely do this trip with Emily next time.

Wonderful wildlife tour, Captain Abby was great. She got us up close to the Orcas and pointed out sea lions, eagles and porpoises. It was great to go out with a small group of 4 instead of the big tour groups.

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with spectacular glaciers, incredible wildlife, and stunning coastal views everywhere we looked. Our captain was amazing! She did a fantastic job pointing out every scenic highlight and all the sea animals we encountered along the way. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the trip even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to the two young servers on board. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the cruise. When we reached the glacier, they even helped us take photos while we held pieces of glacier ice, creating memories we'll treasure forever. I would 100% recommend this cruise--as long as you don't get seasick. The water can get rough. Unfortunately, even though our daughter took Dramamine before boarding, she still became seasick and couldn't fully enjoy the experience. If you're prone to motion sickness, consider talking to your doctor about stronger prevention options before your trip. Overall, this cruise is an absolute must-do in Seward. Dress warmly, bring a good camera, and prepare for one of the most unforgettable experiences Alaska has to offer!

We did the longest tour they had - the eight hour Northwestern - it was great every minute. We got the perk pass which I would recommend if you care about where you sit - we were the third couple on the boat and got a great seat facing forward. You will have to share with other families as all the seating is group seating but everyone is outside almost the whole time so easy enough to share. Perk pass also includes unlimited soft drinks - since there are three heads on board you will feel free to hydrate. The wildlife and glacier part of the tour is amazing. We saw otters, Stellars porpoise, a Blue whale blowing a rainbow spout!, humpback whales, eagles, puffins, seals, sea lions, and a pod of 12 orcas. Not to mention some incredible islands, glaciers, and mountains. The captain and other staff were experienced and great narrators. I did have a prescription sea sickness patch and it was a bit rocky for about half an hour, but it didn't impact me thanks to the patch - only two or three people seemed really sick. Food was better than I would have thought - cinnamon rolls and yogurt for breakfast. A quinoa chicken southwestern burrito, and a cookie at the end. Also tried the glacierita - when else will you have a chance?? If you're considering this tour - just book now!

Everything from getting the tickets, checking in, and during the tour was smooth and simple. The staff and service at each point were polite, kind, professional, accommodating, thoughtful, and overall great. Especially the staff on the boat - they were spectacular! They were knowledgeable and made the experience delightful and educational. They were also present, available, and easy to find if any needs came up. The lunch was far better than expected. I thought a simple deli sandwich, but no, these were packed with more meat than I've ever had on a deli sandwich. It was robust and delicious. Obviously, the views were the highlight. The calving of the glaciers, and iceberg and Mountain View's were incredible. So much wildlife out in June for our viewing. The whales were active and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. When i approached 2 different crew members about switching, I was basically told nothing could be done. They eventually switched us after an uncomfortable conversation with another table. I would recommend going to Kenai Fjords tour instead. What a waste of $1200. For context, we had a party of 7 consisting of 4 adults and 3 small children. For whatever reason they decided to put us at a 4-top table and combining the other 3 people with another table. We had an infant and were fine with having a 6-top and having the infant seated on a lap, but they felt otherwise. The table we were supposed to share with had spread their bags in the empty seats and were very resistant to sharing. One of them actually told my wife that she could sit on a backpack and refused to move and allow us to sit next to our family. While I am upset at the family, I am more upset that the staff didn't have someone monitoring the situation so that we were not put in an uncomfortable position of arguing with the table. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
