I have a high but reasonable interest rate for my credit rating and they're good to deal with once you've purchased the vehicle! As with any lender you need to make your payments on time or there's a late fee but again it's very reasonable only being like $10 if you're less then 30 days late! If your credit improves you'll need to refinance with another lender and they don't have an early payoff penalty! The ladies working in the office are easy to deal with and as long as your first 6 or 7 payments are on time they will work with you a little bit after that if you're late within a 30 day period! Mike over billed me by 1000$ due to a miscommunication..in fairness after I caught that report..the 1k was sent back to me . The vehicule in question was sold to me As a theft recovery with no physical damage , I was told the salvage title report would indicate theft recovery but no physical damage. After purchasing , i looked up the Carfax and discovered that the truck was not only stolen/recovered , it also had reported front end damage which ..unfortunately creates "diminished value" There is a big difference in value between a car that has never been wrecked and one that has, even when the repairs are done right, the value is severely Diminished. I was told after I confronted Rob about this that the damage to front end wasn't bad..I tried to explain that the issue isn't so much the damage as much as the fact that the report on this truck indicated damage and this was never disclosed to me . This is FRAUD BY CONCEALMENT, plain and simple.

I had the truck inspected by an independent source, and they found nothing wrong. By washing and detailing the engine compartment, they covered up the fact that there was an oil leak at the top front of the engine. I called the warranty company and they had no record of the warranty on file. I called got trucks back and after speaking to the sales manager, and the service manager, and the finance dept., they indicated they would get this underway. This was seven days after the sale. I will likely not go back to this dealership, as they covered up a serious enough problem. Plus they did not follow through on registering the warranty in due time. I do have the warranty, but I will definitely take it somewhere else to have it repaired. I cannot trust their service department after this incident.

(To start) I went in to get a cashier's check for my sister who is an X Nun, and she wanted to give a donation to the sisters (Nuns) because, I did not know who these people were the clerk said this could be fraud, I told her this is not fraud and we have done this but with different transaction somewhere else, (Walmart) she called the fraud dept, I call my sister to explain to the clerk but she still kept saying this could be fraud. I told my sister I would handle this and hung up. I told the clerk this is my money and I can do what I want with it, she said we will give you the cashier's check, but we will have to close your account, I said close the account and don't give me the check I'm done with you guys. Not only was I wrong about that, but I also discovered that they withdraw the funds several days before those funds are deposited into the receiving bank. So here I sit with literally no way to access my money that is floating in cyberspace somewhere. They don't seem to care whether I can put food on the table or have gas to get to work. I will be closing this account as soon as possible.
