The location is completely inhospitable, no waiting area, no nearby amenities, and you're basically forced to rideshare back and forth. In my case, that alone cost a ridiculous amount. Not their fault, but it is part of the customer experience. I paid about $1,000 to tint a coupe, which feels excessive when similar work in the city runs closer to $600-$700. At least in the city, you can pick up your car in daylight, actually see the work, and have someone walk you to your car turn the lights on and/or answer questions. Here, the lot is dark, hard to navigate, and just not convenient. My car was parked outside in the dark parking lot which is already black on black and they have a well lit interior garage. I picked the car up the rep didn't walk with me around the car...nothing. The quality of the work was good and the staff was fine, no issues there, but between the pricing and the location, I wouldn't go back. I'm sure there are comparable shops in the city that deliver the same quality without the hassle.

The results were fantastic!! I like to give a good wax/polish job the old towel test. To see how smooth the finish is on a vehicle, toss a clean soft towel on the hood. If it slides off, you've got yourself a great finish. If it sticks to the hood, well, it looks like you could use another coat. Needless to say, the towel ended up on the ground. Great work Luis! If you see some of his work on the website, you'll notice he's done a variety of cars, including some really high end automobiles. The best part is that he approaches every vehicle with the same amount of care. I will definitely be taking my business back!

Very reasonable too ($150 per wheel at the time of this review). I brought it over and immediately saw that this place was legit. Still, I was pretty skeptical that they would be able to make the wheel look like nothing happened. When I came to pick up the car I half expected to be disappointed by unmatched paint glistening in the sun or a wavy surface but to my surprise I could not spot the area that was fixed. The paint match was perfect and they only filed the minimum amount they had to. They are super nice and friendly and they run the shop like a well oiled machine. I will definitely be back for a hand wash and detailing at some point as they've earned my business! Thanks guys!

I purchased a car wash and as i was halfway thru the tunnel I heard a noise from the rear of my car. The TPM immediately showed air pressure in the left rear tire was rapidly dropping. By the time I was out of the tunnel, the tire was flat. The valve stem had been snapped off in the tunnel. The staff had nothing to fix this issue. Since is was late, I left the car there and had a tow truck bring it to a tire store where it was fixed. The car wash manager promised they'd reimburse me for the cost of the tow truck. A few days later he called to say they would not reimburse me because my car was more than five years old. He apologized. I haven't returned and I will never go back.

I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work…read more I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.
