The staff here is always kind, they listen to whatever car issues I have and make me feel heard. I…read morereally don't know much about cars and they've never made me feel bad for that. They've resolved some major car issues for me so now I go here for everything. I once drove right off the highway into their lot with every engine light on, and my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive again very shortly after. They even supported me through getting reimbursement from a shop that had done poor work leading to this issue. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. Call ahead and they can often tell you when the best time to come in is for the quickest service!

I searched Yelp looking for a reliable place to have my Toyota Sienna van's oil changed and the van…read moreinspected. I have Parkinson's and the van has been converted to accommodate a wheelchair and fitted w a ramp. I need it to stay independent. The reviews on Yelp were so positive I called and got an appointment. Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice. They were great w my car, and w me. They have my strong endorsement.

Totally fine with me, when I show up to pick my truck up the guy tells me one of the lug bolts were missing. I called him out on it and he denied it saying it was missing already! I have a 2011 Honda. I went in to have a gasket installed. I repeat. I went in to have a single…read moregasket installed. I knew what was wrong. last time i was there for work they told me that was all i still needed. They just couldnt get to it at the time and that was a few months ago (I didnt mind as it just made my car louder). So i bring it in to finally have the gasket installed to get my engine light off. I later get a call about my car to find out they already installed a CO2 sensor and the gasket and they wanted to put in a front catalytic converter... for over 2 Thousand dollars. my jaw dropped at that outrageous price and i told them NOT to put anything in. turns out they already put in the gasket and the CO2 sensor and told me that i owe them $500 for it. 70 for the gasket (ridiculous). 70 for CO2 sensor (20 too high). and 70 for the scan (i didnt ask for a scan, i asked them to put in a gasket. that is it. if policy required a scan then i would have pressed them to install it the first time i took it in. but they never informed me of anything)... the rest of the $250 was for labor.... either they are extremely slow and it took them 3 hours to put in a gasket or they are incompetent or they are insidious. I leave that up to you to decide. this is the second time i got ripped off as they charged me 800 for 4 tires a year prior. My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking it was a fluke. I reiterate. I just wanted a (one/singular) gasket put in and it cost me 500 bucks and almost cost me 2000+. Moral of the story: If you like being overcharged, ripped off, and for mechanics to do work that you never asked for, then this is the place for you! I was stupid. dont be stupid and make the same mistake I did. 0/5 Stars
