Dr. Gidwani and her staff are extremely accommodating, and get the job done. I read the other review on here. And although I feel that this is a very sad and thorough review. I have to admit that it appears, that I have been visiting another facility completely. I was referred to this dentist through my insurance, and being new to the area. Was very apprehensive about coming here, ESPECIALLY to the dentist. Not only was she able to get all of the work done at a reasonable price. But she CARED, about how I was doing DURING the treatment. She has always been appreciative of the fact that I drive from Gilbert to see her sometimes. Since I work that far away. And has always made time to see me. I now live in Goodyear, and although she is still far from me. I wouldn't trust my smile with anyone else. All of the staff here seem to be like a family. And that's also a important thing. When I go there, I know who I am going to see, and how I will be treated. I am not just a number, or a dollar sign. I say CHEERS to Dr. Gidwani and the staff, and I apologize I haven't been there for my 6 month check up. I did receive the call. I have just been working alot of overtime. (Did I mention, she actually offered to contact my flexpay spending people, to clarify some missteps that the insurance company had taken??) That's exceptional customer service bar none. read more

I don't know about the other reviews posted, but after reading the negative ones, it almost seemed scripted. The reviews were almost purposefully being slanderous to Dr. C. So I had to make a point of writing Dr. C a stellar review. I have been a loyal client of Dr. C since 2000, which makes a total of 14 years so far. I also drive 45 minutes each way to see her and her awesome staff. I have had everything completed from simple teeth cleanings to a crown recently installed due to me cracking a molar. Dr. C has always treated me with the utmost care, always being professional and upfront with my treatments. I will NOT go to anyone else, and have complete trust in her skills and ability to take care of my teeth. Heck, I even got my fiancé hooked, and she will only see Dr. C now, even after being with her dentist for years. If that does not tell you about a person's character, professionalism and skill level, I don't know what will. Don't read other people reviews and make an assumption because they are a lot of bad people out there trying to ruin good person's reputation. read more

Took my mother in law to see Dr. Chitra Gidwani a few weeks ago because she had a previous crown made in Mexico that had fallen out. My mother in law was very nervous specially because it was a front tooth and was embarrassed to walk around without a front tooth. Dr. Chitra was very nice comforting her and explaining to her that she need a root canal and a new crown. She began to numb and I can tell my mother in law was nervous to feel the injection she closed her eyes and in less than I minute it was done and she didn't not feel a thing. She loved Dr. Chitra she did a wonderful job with the root canal and now the crown looks beautiful like nothing ever happened. Her staff was also very wonderful they were very flexible with appointments. Overall she was very happy and I quote "it was a wonderful experience and will definetly return". read more

"Behind every successful man is a great woman" There couldn't be a truer phrase! I recently switched from their Dr. Nick's office, to this office in Glendale. I am beyond happy with the service I have received. Dr. C. Gidwani is an absolute sweetheart, without whom I would have had to deal with some incredibly high bills and indescribable pain. I am currently still attending college so I don't have a lot of money to spend; fortunately their payment plans are very simple. They also got me in for an appointment before the semester started which is also very helpful, I couldn't imagine going to school in that kind of pain. She has definitely earned the title of being one of the best dentists in Arizona! read more

I called this dental office on a Monday morning due to awful pain in my tooth. I was told to come right in. The office was small but clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and made another appointment for Friday. When I returned again I was greeted by their staff and made to feel welcome. The doctor numbed my mouth and I never felt her pull the tooth. This was one of the smoothest and painless extractions I have had. I had visited another dental office in January to have another tooth pulled and was in extreme pain afterwards. I would highly recommend Northside Family Dental to all and will be using them again for all my dental needs. read more

The office is very professional, and so is the staff. The dentist was very helpful because she could clearly tell I did not want to be in the chair. I was feeling very nervous until she began to ask me about my kids. Then before I knew it, she had already numbed me, and was asking questions about what kind of music I listen too. She even told me I could wear the headphones if it made me comfortable! So naturally I put on my headphones, closed my eyes, and seconds later she tapped me on the shoulder telling me I did great! I was a little confused, and then I saw my tooth in gauze. I was completely amazed by her skill. If you need dental work done I highly recommend this wonderful office. read more

I have been a patient at Northside Family Dental and of Dr. Gidwani for nearly two years. I am very satisfied with the doctor and her staff's overall performance, as it is outstanding! My appointments are scheduled consistently, always confirmed the day before, and very productive, as I am on an ongoing care plan that requires me to come in several times a year. The doctor is very compassionate and attentive to my comfort. The staff are very efficient and organized. I recently received my bridge and was extremely pleased. I want to write in behalf of my husband who has been seeing Dr. Gidwani. He loves the work Dr. Gidwani has done for him. He would't be more pleased with the work she has done. He by far has had no complains. His smile says it all. The whole office staff is very pleasant to work with, including Dr. Gidwani. I have called myself to set appointments for him due to the fact that his work schedule does not allow him to get to everything he needs to get done. That is one of the things that he most likes as well, they are very helpful in working around his complex work schedule. Dr. C. Gidwani is a pro. I could tell by her mannerisms and attitude that she is well adept in her field. I came here as my mouth was in a lot of pain. Not only did she isolate the issue quickly, but her and her assistants helped to get me taken care of in a timely manner. They were all very polite and spoke to me in a caring and personal way.
