We visit the Avon/Beaver Creek area often. Every trip, we must stop by Northside for either breakfast, lunch, dinner, or all three! Their service and atmosphere are always incredible welcoming. The food is always delicious, comforting, and reasonably priced. Our most recent two visits, we had Sasha; she was extraordinary and certainly provided extra-mile service. She also got my husband's birthday off to an exceptional start. If your are in the Avon area, you must visit this for whatever meal you are considering. read more

OVER RATED. Ok this pLace repeatedly popped as one of the top 4 restaurants in Avon. Don't do it. Thoroughly disappointing. We had three for dinner and tried the fresh trout and filet. All can with the same tasteless sides - green beans and sweet potato mash regardless of the entree. The filet was over cooked and the trout sucked. Service and staff was good. The chef and kitchen Sucked. And the wine list was great but WAY over priced even with a 20% off promotion. Don't do it. read more

My wife and I come to the Avon/Beaver Creek area almost every year for a ski trip. We make it a point to have dinner at Northside Kitchen. The food is ALWAYS amazing. It is a fine dining experience with an at home atmosphere. I can't say enough great things about the ENTIRE staff. They are warm, inviting and attentive (without being overboard). This is a great spot! Amazing service and the food was perfect!! For dinner our party ordered the Trout, Halibut and Filet. Everything made from scratch and soooo fresh! We walked in to this place for breakfast on Friday & were greeted by a smiling Bradley and served by charming Clar, who did a wonderful and attentive job (really enjoyed her Irish "brogue"). Food was delicious and bountiful, coffee came in giant mugs and it is a great homey atmosphere. Spoke to the manager, April, to tell her how pleased we were with the meal and service. It was a pleasure eating here. Back on Sunday before we headed to Denver for our flight home and got Clar again. She's amazing! Great addition with new space! Well, I wasn't sure what to expect with the new side opening up. I had become accustomed to the old little space for breakfast and lunch. Wow, what an amazing new addition with the space on the south side!!! We stopped in for lunch today and know it's going to be a favorite (even more favorite!) place to hang out. The space is open, inviting, great views to mountain and really comfortable. Of course, the food was great as always! Thanks Noah. I hope Bender's Burgers does well there for you too. I used to love going here every day after working out to get a dirty chai latte but I soon realized they practice improper sanitation services. As a barista for 5 years and counting I know that you ALWAYS must wipe the steam wand after steaming the milk for several reasons, the most important being that bacteria will grow and thrive on a crusty steam wand. And what if someone after me needed an alternative milk option due to a Lactose intolerance? Very sloppy sanitation even after I have brought it to their attention multiple times. A+ for customer service! We were visiting the area and came to this restaurant based on local recommendations and Yelp... Service was excellent... food was good.. but I give customer service A+... While my prime rib cut was a very generous cut.. it was extremely difficult to cut and chew... I did my best.. but when our server asked if I would like to take the rest of my dinner home ( I had only eaten a small portion)... I declined and only mentioned it was "quite tough and chewy"... It was truly the only thing I said.. When the bill came ... they had had taken the whole dinner charge off... That is true customer service...I highly recommend! read more

Yokel Breakfast-the worst. 3 eggs over easy had 2 of the yolks broken. Sent it back to the kitchen. Came back still with 2 broken yolks. Bacon burnt on the end but raw in the middle. Best pancakes I have ever had, my only complaint is that I could not eat them all. My wife had a veggie breakfast burrito and loved it. Service was first rate, staff was happy and helpful. And if you like doughnuts they have a nice selection and they are WONDERFUL. We have been coming here since day 1. Northside has always been our go to brunch spot. The food is top notch. People used to be thrown off by the order and get a number system so now they do a server system which works well. However-- they have gotten sloppy. Sloppy in service and sloppy physically. Things literally just need to be organized and cleaned. Dirty bar-- needs to be wiped down. The fridges and TVs need to be wiped down. The counters are always covered in a dirty residue of orange juice, beer and espresso dust. Northside still has the great food you expect but they literally need to clean up their act and take little more pride in their business. read more

That's when I discovered the egg white sandwich. The egg whites were perfectly cooked, hot, light, and fluffy with just the right amount of meunster cheese to hold together the grilled vegetables. The ciabbatta bread was warm with a firm crust that yields when you bite into it. The gentleman at the door appeared to be the Owner in a Jimmy Buffett sort of way but was gruff and condescending especially once we were asked where we came from. He commenced making several rude and insulting comments about our home state and the people who live there. If he thought he was being humorous, he failed miserably. Our waiter was topnotch in white shirt and tie. I felt sorry for someone that worked so hard for someone so discourteous to his customers. Another man perhaps a partner or manager stopped by and politely asked how we were. Jimmy Buffett immediately showed up trying to appear concerned but our $100 meal had already been ruined by his false behavior. read more
