I get to Quick Lane to get tires I ordered for my 2022 Chevrolet Malibu Premier for winter and in my email it shows my exact car my exact tire size my exact name my exact phone number and when they went to check me in they had a 2019 ford edge which I don't own they had that Ford edge under my moms name my mom never would own a ford. They also had the wrong tire size. But in my email from Quick Lane it shows everything correctly. Now I sat there listened to the two girls who were working and they didn't even know my number when they had my number and they didn't know my car and why they had keys to my Chevrolet... They started calling my mom till I started to tell them that it was for me not my mom. Now how does that happen at quick lane?! I will never go there ever again seems like quick lane should terminate the the one who got this wrong. You just lost my business after many years of business I have done with Quick Lane and Northstar Ford. Unfortunately this place isn't the place to do business with anymore. Shameful....

They were over $100 LESS than a Toyota dealership in the Cities -- so yeah, I made an appt. During the appt they found the one serpentine belt to be extremely cracked - - so they recommend to replace. (They showed me the belt, and it's amazing that it's held up for 144k miles.) BUT....what impressed me was: a) I was able to get a morning appt no problem b) they only took 45min to replace the drivers headlight and belt c) they STILL were less expensive than what the dealership in the Cities was going to charge Friendly service, fair prices for authentic Toyota parts. I can't guarantee, but I also think they have some type of complimentary shuttle service - - cause I heard several other customers state that they needed a ride. Oh, and if you check in on your smartphone on yelp - - you get a $5 discount on an oil change.

Absolutely stay away from this business. Their customer service is horrible. It's a few minutes to diagnose and approx 20 minutes to replace it. They will not figure out a way to get us in. I'm 65 years old and have never dealt with a business that is run this badly. The service manager just told me that he has to take care of vehicles that have been sitting there a month to be repaired before he can look at ours. You've got to be kidding me!! There's so much wrong with this.

While we were exploring vehicles the service department was very helpful, kind and informative on my car because it was later in the afternoon, so I was going to be finishing up after they left. The Service person even came and found me and kept me updated, Once when I found my new vehicle I have been nothing but satisfied with the service I have received and Ken has gone out of his way to help me get everything that I needed for my car. I also worked with an Encore Love specialist Rebecca learning all the features that this car offers and I was so grateful to have that direction. I am much more confident after that meeting. I am 100% in on being a Subaru owner! Sales, service and Education have all been phenomenal and also a lot of fun - purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful! Even the woman I worked with in financing was delightful.

I showed up on time at 11am, handed the service counter my keys, and went to the waiting area. Over three hours pass without any communication, and then the customer rep comes out and tells me they can't get my wheels to fit, and that I need new center rings and lugs, but that they didn't have any in stock, and that they couldn't source them. What kind of service technician (of 30 years apparently) starts a job without checking fitment first? This is a Subaru Outback mind you, at a Subaru dealership, and they can't get the parts? He apologized and said they were putting my old tires back on and they'd be done shortly. That shortly lasted another hour before he came to tell me one of my tires was being "finicky", he apologized again and said they were almost done. 20 minutes later he finally comes to get me, and in the end I paid over $400 for tires I can't use. But they did give me a free car wash at Kwiktrip! Ooooo They charged me for an incomplete job, wasted my time and money, and now I have to get the work done somewhere else. Never again will I visit this dealership. Horrible service and terrible work ethic.

I've never been to this dealership before, as I typically go through another dealership near my hometown, so I was expecting mixed results. They had my car finished in just over one business day without an appointment, and didn't charge me anything for the parts and labor since this is a known issue with Nissan. Additionally, I asked them to check my right front wheel bearing, and they did so without any other fees. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!! Thank you so much Krenzen folks!

I recently brought my Nissan Frontier to Krenzen Nissan because the ABS and traction control lights…read morewere on, which also disabled my 4x4. I paid $200 for a diagnostic, expecting that a dealership would be able to accurately identify the issue, after my local mechanic could not. I was given a confident diagnosis that the problem was an incorrectly installed wheel speed sensor. Based on that assurance, I scheduled the repair. That's where the experience started to fall apart. I took time off work and drove two hours to the dealership for my appointment, only to be told after I arrived that they didn't have the part and couldn't work on my vehicle. No call, no warning--just a wasted four-hour round trip. I told them during the initial diagnosis that I lived two hours away so you'd think they could have informed me at least at the end of the previous day. I was told I would be given a discount for the inconvenience. The appointment had been scheduled for over a week. I had to leave the car there at the shop for a few days for what was supposed to take a couple of hours, and find rides back and forth to the dealership. When the sensor was finally replaced, I was informed that the replacement did not fix the issue at all. The original problem remained exactly the same, meaning the initial "diagnosis" I paid 200$ for was incorrect. Despite this, I was charged $1,200 ($400 more than the original estimate) because the job supposedly took longer than expected. This was not run by me at any point prior to me coming to pick up the vehicle. So to summarize: I paid more than quoted for a repair that didn't fix the problem, based on a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong. When I raised concerns, I was told there was no flexibility on the bill and that a service manager would call me the following Monday. That call never came. This experience shows a complete lack of communication, accountability, and diagnostic accuracy. Dealerships charge a premium because customers expect expertise and reliable service. In this case, I received neither. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here for diagnostic or repair work. This is also the only negative review I have ever written but have felt strongly compelled to do so from this totally negative experience.
