Full disclosure here I made my purchase at the end of October. I can't remember the exact date. The salesman Peter has since moved on but I think the finance manager Fernando might still be there. I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass Limited from the dealership. There I was sitting at home through yet another cold rainy day wondering if I could find a weather window to get some errands done. Backstory here... Two plus years ago I gave my daughter my car when she turned 16. Mostly because I no longer wanted to be the on call taxi driver. Anyway two years fly by and she and her mom sold it to get her a less expensive to operate Honda Civic. Faced with driving my old truck with the sketchy wipers and no defroster or my motorcycle for another winter I decided on the spot to shop for a third car. Yes we are that family although I didn't realize it until then. My only criteria was it had to have working wipers, a heater/defroster and headlights I could see by. Pretty simple expectations. What I wound up with was far beyond that. I began my search by internet which helped me keep lot hopping to a minimum. Especially with all the restrictions. During my search this Jeep Compass kept popping up. I decided it was worth a look. I got pre approved real quick through my credit union and called about the car. It was close to 7pm which was closing time but Pete answered. We had a nice conversation and he told me someone was interested in the car and had test driven it that day. Then he told me nothing was signed and no sale was pending. I said I would see him the next day. Meanwhile I put in my info on the website for a quote. I received texts from the business and showed up in person in the morning. The sale could not have gone smoother. They bring out this 2015 model car that was spotless in every way. So much so I could not believe it was 5 years old. Mrs Billy D and I took it for a spin. It was flawless. I know there are bad reviews online about the Compass but I don't put much stock in those. Everyone wants a Rolls Royce quality car. This was a Jeep product not a luxury model. Anyway Pete started the "process" and once it was time to talk the finance guy Fernando the deal was set. Fernando was a really nice guy. We are both service veterans and they offer a service member/veteran/ first responder discount. Since I was already approved at an interest rate that I was okay with we did the deal. I went ahead and renewed the warranty from the purchase date and signed the papers. Fernando and I happened to be stationed on Oahu at different times and he was impressed I knew so much about the bases there. I enjoyed the experience as much as someone can enjoy purchasing a car and I didn't feel like I was ripped off or taken advantage of. We recently purchased a Dodge Durango from this dealership and worked primarily with Mike, along with Anthony, the sales manager. While the process started off smoothly, the experience quickly declined during negotiations. When we were unable to immediately agree on pricing, the tone shifted and both Mike and Anthony became visibly frustrated. We made it clear that if we couldn't come to a deal that worked for us, we were willing to look elsewhere. In response, Anthony made a rude and unprofessional comment implying that we were wasting their time simply because we had reached out first. As serious buyers, that was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. His attitude continued, and he ultimately walked away from the conversation. Although Mike later returned and we were able to agree on a price, we chose to move forward with the purchase despite the poor treatment because the deal itself aligned with our needs. What is even more concerning is the condition of the vehicle. We were told the car was in excellent condition, but shortly after purchasing it, we discovered multiple issues: the alignment is off, the rear trunk fender is broken, and the exterior driver-side door panel is also damaged. We contacted the dealership to report these problems, and the only response we received was "sorry to hear that," with no effort made to address or resolve the situation. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Promised they could get "really close" to my asking price to get me in the door -- then offered $4,000 less. I had my 2018 Audi Q5 listed for sale and was contacted by a representative from Northwest Autohub named Alex who said they were interested in purchasing the vehicle for their inventory. During our messages he told me multiple times that they believed they could get "really close" to my asking price. Before agreeing to visit the dealership, I made it very clear that I did not want to drive out of my way unless we were reasonably aligned on price. I specifically clarified that "really close" meant within hundreds of dollars, not thousands, and he confirmed that understanding. Before going, I also shared a review from another customer describing a very similar situation -- being told they would receive a strong offer only to drive out and receive a much lower one. I made it clear I wanted to avoid that exact scenario. I was reassured that my experience would be different. Based on those conversations, I agreed to stop by the dealership while traveling through the area. Unfortunately, the experience played out almost exactly like the review I had shared beforehand. When I arrived, the person I had been coordinating with showed up late and there was little regard for the time I had taken to come in. After inspecting the vehicle, the offer came in $4,000 below my asking price, which was nowhere near the expectations that had been set beforehand. Dealerships are obviously free to make whatever offer they want -- that's not the issue. The problem is setting unrealistic expectations just to get someone to drive to the dealership, despite being clearly told that I did not want to make the trip unless we were actually close on price. My vehicle has a clean title, documented Audi dealer maintenance, and is in excellent condition. Nothing discovered during the inspection justified such a large gap from what had been implied. If you're considering selling a vehicle here, I would strongly recommend getting a firm written offer or price range before making the drive. I'm sharing this experience so others can make a more informed decision before committing their time. read more

Loved the car we purchased, but the management did not follow thru with a commitment made to us to reimburse for an expense we had to make on the new car, which was an expense that should never have been passed onto the customer. After several months of emails and paper documentation of the added expense, we got nothing but being ignored by Geoff the manager. I would never recommend this dealership to ANY of my friends or family. Look elsewhere for better customer service and honesty with your next vehicle purchase, I will. read more

Dishonest! Not trustworthy. My husband and I came to this dealership expecting to have the same interaction that we did with another dealership. 4.5 hours later and a car we didn't exactly want. We were sold on a car that had "all maintenance done, including brakes and rotors." We purchased car fax, and brought the car into our trusted mechanic since one day after bringing the car home many dash warning lights came on. What we found from the car fax and our mechanic was indeed what I suspected. No work had been done, including the brakes and rotors that the salesperson Harry said were done. Our mechanic found quite a few things wrong with the car including a battery ( this was charged in April in hopes to keep it running ) that is about 1/2 dead. A brake switch that's broken, a transmission leak, an oil plug leak. The dealership refuses to acknowledge their responsibility in making sure their cars are at the best stating we signed a service contract. That service contract was the finance manager verbally telling us the dealership did not promise any repairs. That's it, we were made to sign acknowledging she told us that, but there was never any mention of more money for any repairs needed. We told the dealership Monday after we brought the car home that there were service lights on, their solution, to reset all of the lights. With that solution, the lights came back on as they should since no work had been done and we are left with a car that needs quite a bit of work done just to be safe to drive. It is not in your best interest to buy a car from here, Harry will tell you what you want to hear, and they refuse any accountability for making sure their cars are taken care of and maintained before selling. Easily the worst experience with a dealership. Offered to buy our car that we had posted on Facebook marketplace and told us to come in to get a more accurate estimate on buying offer. We let them know we didn't want our time wasted and they guaranteed a good offer (the lowest they told us over the phone was about 7K under listing so we figured hey let's try them out). Drove 2 hours to have it looked at and they offered 15K under while laughing in our face about the lowball. Truly shocking. Will not be recommending this auto dealership to anyone. read more

Scam. best way to describe this business. they were about to close and a stack of paperwork was put in-front of us and we were just told it's to buy the car. we sign. 2 months go by and the cars broken down. but don't you worry "their mechanics looked it over and it's a great car and a great deal". I called because we spent so much extra in fees why wouldn't there be a warranty somewhere in all that paperwork? regional manager is an absolute asshole the entire time from the hello to the "why didn't you check the engine for missing parts/ erosion" never realized that was my job as a buyer to pull the engine and check it myself then and there. we were given the car fax says everything's good yada yada take it in and every single code it was throwing says permanent and while working on it alternaters out, fuel lines are eroded and leaking, air lines eroded and have major leaks, wiring was done by someone before me having the car yeah that's all fucked oil leak like you've never seen coming from pretty much everywhere you can think of and it's still not running after all these fixes. (might need a mental ward after dealing with this car and these people) read more

We took a gamble and drove 480 miles roundtrip to look at a car advertised on Northwest Autohub's website. It was a 1 1/2 year old vehicle with about 7,500 miles on it and was the make and model we have been looking for but we have not been able to find in our area. We arrived and their Internet Sales Manager Anthony Good met us and had the car ready to view. It was immaculate and could pass for brand new condition-wise. While we test drove it, they evaluated our trade-in. We returned and started the negotiation process. We had the expected back and forth discussion regarding our trade-in value and their listed price on the car we were interested in. That didn't take long, and we were happy with a fair price for our trade-in and for the car we purchased. And Shane the Finance Manager who we signed the paperwork with, made the process actually fun with some humor. We drove our new car home, and it drove like a new car. Was it worth the drive? My husband and I had been talking about purchasing another car and ended up seeing the BMW X3 at NW auto hub. Wasn't set on purchasing it because we have never owned an suv and wasn't set on a BMW in general. When we arrived everyone was nice and welcoming. The sales person we had didn't pressure us, got to know our needs and wants in a vehicle. The sales manager was great and before you know it we are trading in our car to purchase the BMW. Everyone was great to work with, made it very easy and fun. I would highly recommend. They also have a wide variety of vehicles if you don't know exactly what you are looking for. read more

I drove from Seattle to Mt Vernon (87 miles) to look at a Ram Truck at NW Auto hub In Mt. Vernon. The truck was beautiful, however when they started it up it had a loud ticking sound which somewhat dissipated after warm up but not completely. I told the sales manager "Robert" about the issue and he said he would take it to the local Dodge dealer and have them check it out for possible lifter, valve, or exhaust leaks (it had 5 feet of brand new exhaust pipe underneath that Robert said he knew nothing about). This was on a Saturday. Sunday the dealership was closed, Monday and Tuesday were Roberts days Off. On Thursday Robert texted and said he had the truck inspected By Dodge and they found nothing wrong whatsoever. I texted back thats great, can I see the report from the Dodge dealer? Nothing but crickets!!!!! He would not answer my texts or calls and totally ignored me. I talked to an honest salesman there and asked him if the truck had in fact been inspected and he replied absolutely not! It is truly ashame that Robert feels the need to lie and cheat in order to sell his vehicles. Robert Is the reason used car dealers arent trusted and ruins all credibility for the industry when he casually and blatantly lies to customers. He should be fired and banished from selling anything. I had a great experience with Northwest AutoHub. CJ treated me like an important customer and was really nice to spend time with. They listened to me, and did what I wanted throughout the process. They (like all dealers) tried to sell me added warranty plans, but it wasn't a high pressure sell (I said no, and they didn't push). I saw a really good deal for a vehicle I had my eye on. Price point was perfect and with in my budget even after taxes and fees. I had a family member drive me 70 miles to go purchase this car. I made this choice bc the car lot had good reviews. And the sales person I was texting was not super pushy and answered any questions I had over a couple of days. The car purchase was going great. One thing they don't tell you in their website is they're gonna charge you for stuff you didn't ask for. They pre-install "antitheft" stickers, have some special windshield and some special coating on the paint. I get presented with the numbers and it's near 3k over what I was expecting based off these extras they "preinstall." I told them I can't do that cost. They brought their "special products" down from over 3k to $699. That made the car purchase $275 over my budget. When signing, I decided I can't go through with the purchase unless they remove the cost. I pointed out that I drove up for the really good price in the car and Not for any extras. They were willing to lose a purchase on a vehicle over $699 & so was I. I kept pointing out to the sales manager that I came up for the cost of the car plus any taxes and fees and no extra. He didn't seem to care, he wanted his sale with his extras. He kept pointing out how good of a deal the car was, I said I agree! I don't want extras, I didn't ask for that and this wasn't advertised in the price of the car on their website. He was convinced bc I signed a piece of paper, not a contract, that it was a fixed price. Well, I had a check in my hand that they didn't end up getting. And everyone walks away dissatisfied. Just your run of the mill. Used car lot pushy sales people very very aggressive there. I was sold a lemon truck that had a plethora of problems. $3,500 worth to be exact. I had the truck 7 days and went into limp mode and it was a total nightmare dealing with these people. They also are known as the Cortez Auto group. They own the Bellingham Nissan and are part of the Bellingham Chevrolet dealership. Be very careful when buying vehicles. Here they are. Auction bought and not thoroughly gone through. By far. This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had the warranty that they snuck in on the deal and put in the paperwork when I went to go sign. It is just crap. It does not cover a lot of the smaller sensors and things that were wrong with this truck. They will try to upsell you this warranty and it is complete junk. They only pay $125 ShopRite per hour so you are stuck with the rest if they even cover anything. And they charge you $3,000 for that warranty. They will tell you that it's good from day one and it is not. It takes 30 days. They had my truck for over 3 weeks and I had to make my first payment and had only drove the truck 7 days. They gave me a loaner and then came and met me with my truck. Not fixed the first time and left me stranded on the side of the highway with my truck. Still in limp mode. I'm so glad that it is fixed now and I do not have to deal with these people whatsoever anymore. Horrible service. Bought a truck on 9/3/2019. It was a 2018 Dodge Ram Truck with less than 8k miles on it. Was told that it had a 3 year 36000 mile warranty (which isn't true due to they bought the vehicle in Canada) and didn't disclose that it was bought from another country. Lucky for me bought the extended warranty (so I thought) and find out it is also voided due to they messed up. Top it off my radio in my truck has been out since 2019 and still fighting for them to fix it. Worst company ever to work with the sales rep Fernando has been giving me the run around for over a month. I have finally made a complaint to the Attorney General of Washington and the BBB to try to get this resolved. Do not buy from here unless you are very clear in what your buying. read more

I bought 2015 Ford from them in October as I found a great deal online and have put 7k miles already on it. The people were very nice and not pushy at all, was a great vibe (surprised) . After having had very good experiences with the last two dealerships I've bought vehicles through before this place (Roy Robinson Subaru and Toyota of Kirkland), I had expected similar treatment from this place. Not the case. These guys have let me down every chance they've had. I believe they care about making money and moving cars but could care less whether or not their customer is satisfied with their purchase. I was really pressured to buy my vehicle, which I wanted, but the promises made all went unfulfilled. I've had several real problems with my vehicle and been given the worst customer service imaginable. From the salesman JR who handed me 2 key fobs with dead batteries and promised to replace them but blew me off twice instead and I ended up just buying my own to the manager Justin who didn't return any calls and acted as if he'd never been given a message which his staff assured me he had and then gave me the runaround, sending me to pep boys for work he assured they'd do who were shocked I'd been sent without an appointment or heads up I'd be coming in. I was even mockingly told by Justin he is surprised I even bought the truck from them with all the problems it had that were not mentioned at the time of purchase. When people ask me where I got my vehicle I have unfortunately had to tell them where and how terrible of an experience its been. I've given these guys plenty of opportunity to show me they care about me as a customer and they've failed every time. Lesson learned. read more

The place has a very friendly environment and they were able to offer a variety of cars that I could have been interested in depending on my price range. Kianna did a great job showing me the 2017 Mazda3 Hatchback with all the features it has, so since I didn't know much about Mazda's it really helped me out. I definitely recommend this dealership.
