This is a nice place to volunteer, donate hand made items, and more. I believe it is a trustworthy place to get help if needed.

I have been a regular customer of this location for years. After today, I don't know if I'm going…read moreback. The prices are way way too high. Needed a handbag, every single one that was nice was priced from $15 - $49.99. Yes, $50 for a bag that barely went over the shoulder. The garden things that were in nice condition, over $10. Figurines and trinkets, $25 or higher. I don't know what's going on, but I'll be looking for other places to shop. Maybe it's resellers? Maybe what's going on in the economy? Not cool Goodwill...not cool... Like what do you care if resellers resell? Are they the majority of your customers? No. Really disappointed. Of course the customer service was great as always!

I stopped coming to this location a long time ago because so many others are easier with less lines, or at least were then. But I came back and found the same grumpy and miserable people taking donations. I didn't get a hello. NOTHING. In fact the man taking the donations just drug a bin out and said "put it here," which I couldn't because what I had wouldn't fit in that space. If he was paying an OUNCE of attention, he would have seen that. Instead it took me 4 maybe 5 times to say "it won't fit here, can you please turn it." Before he realized what was happening. I was mad. I wasn't holding something light. He was plain rude and grumpy. This is a decent shopping Goodwill but I won't bring anything else here to donate because they're straight unpleasant.
