What should have been a reasonable repair turned into months of waiting with almost no accountability from their staff. To make things even worse, they held my jet skis in their yard for so long that the motor ended up no longer working properly afterward. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. I trusted them with expensive equipment and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of the experience. If you value your time, money, or property, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and stand behind their work. Using my own imagination, I couldn't imagine what better service from a shop would look like…read more I came from another shop in the general area and they had my bike for 7 months! After all of that the other shop didn't even finish my bike, it still had issues. I explained my situation to the guys here and they were able to help me out immediately. They were able to get my bike on the lift incredibly quick and I got the bike the same day like 2 hours later. They looked over some other things too as they knew the work from the other shop was pretty lousy and were able to fix a few small things too. When I got the bike back the bill was pretty much right on the quote which was something I was a little worried about since I already spent so much at the other place. They gave me a ton of valuable advice about my bike and motorcycles in general as this bike is my first one. They both were super genuine and friendly throughout my entire experience. If you have a Harley, especially if it's a custom bike like mine, I would take it here.

I hear of a fine taco truck across the road too. 88,500 miles on my current motorcycle and they get it feeling and running like new again. Few and far between is the shop that feels right.
