It was very easy to use. -Overall, the customer service was good. They were friendly and communication was good. -Pickup and drop off (during business hours) was simple and easy--seamless. -10' truck was perfect for us, big enough for a larger couch, but easy to drive and maneuver in traffic. -Don't forget to include .99 cents per mile into your budget! -Ended up costing us less than $100, (including mileage) to use the truck in town Saturday and Sunday, w/dolly. I did a lot of research to find the best value given the time and distance I needed the truck. When I called to clarify something, they were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, and even offered a better price than listed on Penske's site. When I arrived to rent the truck, they were very welcoming and helpful, even allowing us to pick it up a couple hours early at no extra charge. No line, no waiting. The truck was clean and in good condition and they talked me through the various rental paperwork. I dropped off the truck in the evening and called a week later to stop by and pick up the final receipt. I assumed they'd be a little unhappy about having to dig out the receipt, but the guy on the phone seemed genuinely happy to help! When I picked up the final paperwork, the charges were clearly spelled out and there were no surprises. Moving yourself is a REALLY stressful process and these guys make the process hassle-free. I've used Uhaul numerous times before and regret it every time--long lines, small print with some hidden cost, and grouchy & overworked staff (and customers). Highly recommended.

They give it to you on Full, but only AT THE FULL LINE. If you just let the gas fill all the way up at the pump, you will be paying for like 3+ extra gallons because it will go BEYOND the Full line. Just a little fyi for those of you trying to move fast and cheap! :) Overall service was great, quick, and clean. I am actually going to use them again because I need to move some couches. It's been 5 hours and I'm currently sitting here and still waiting. She said an hour ago when I showed up it was "almost done." What really gets on my nerves is after 3 hours I called and asked how much longer they expect it to be and refused to get an answer. I had to cancel an appointment of mine, that I otherwise could have kept if they communicated in some way it would be longer than expected instead of me waiting there after it had been 4 hours since the start of service and they did "we're almost done." Waited almost 2 hours after that in the shop. Meanwhile one gentleman who finally decided to help the person doing the service was just sitting on their phone at the counter not doing damn thing, fully aware this was taking far too long. Terrible customer service and deceptive time frames give for their service. Don't go here.

NO way the car wash caused the damage! I wanted the cabin filter changed, along with an overall inspection. It was not changed. I have been a solid customer, with hundreds of dollars spent.
