They were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. The only area that needs improvement is the finance/GSM process -- it took almost 2.5 hours to finalize everything and get me out the door. Overall, a good experience, but speeding up the paperwork and closing process would make it even better. read more

They put the cart before the horse by talking finances with us when they should have been simply giving us the price. The review is strictly for the service department. Checking in: You pull up, they put a plastic bowl thing in your hood then ask you to pull in. Bay door opens, you pull in and stop and you sit in your car wondering what to do now. It's confusing. You look and see through a glass several workers at a desk yet nobody even looks up at you as you sit there for a while. Oil change: With very little people there it took me over 2 hrs. Oh they did the oil change and tire rotation but then they park your car and you have to wait for them to take photos and do paper work. I'd rather pay to get an oil change near my home for 10 minutes than to have to go through that worthless wait again. In fact because of the service issues, I'm dropping another star leaving them 1 freaking star. I've bought several cars from this place but the service stills all your faith in this place. Let me start by saying I HATE purchasing large ticket items. Last month we purchased a 20226 Elantra. I let my partner handle everything until it came down to to the finance part as a co-signer. As I stated I hate large transactions. But, his sales person was also a California native and I let my guard down. Well Veronica Munoz like most sale people slicked us per usual. She stated "oil changes, dings in the paint basically inside and outside would be covered. We're now in need of an oil change and he went in to be told one by the finance manager "we didnt purchase that package" and two Veronica had to gall to tell him "she didnt remember saying that". I wasn't going to write a review and actually gsve her exceptional ratungs initially but no I've allowed the final pass in refards to my poor experience. Because Veronica also verbalize to us more than once if he referred anyone to her and they purchased he would receive a referral fee. Now him being a natural salesman and humanitarian. Its always someone looking for reliable transportation. Veronica ultimately was able to get THREE cars sold additional from our sale because of us! We contacted her after the 1st sale she stated "the finance manager had to assist and wasn't in" We follwed up by actually making a trip and was told it would be 2 weeks for a check to be drafted. After the 2 weeks I contacted her personally because i sensed she was BS''n, she stated "oh he didnt tell you we didnt make anything on the last deal and do you want me to be honest I only made $100". But she mentioned nothing about the referral for the other 2 deals/sales. To sum it up we found out today when he took the car in for an oil change theyre not covered despite what Veronica told us.. But I suppose everything always works out because he ended up speaking with the finance manager who did confirm "reach out to him Monday for the referral fee because we should have received o e". In closing be mindful and vigilant of people's actions. Someones we can't always give the benefit of the doubt especially dealing with this sales people that lack TOTAL integrity! I regret I cannot select zero stars. I just had the single most unprofessional car buying experience in my 55 years on Earth. I was interested in a used car they had listed. I called to inquire about the process to put a deposit on a vehicle; I had another car at a different dealership sell before I could place a deposit so I wanted to be prepared this time. I told them the car in which I was interested. Was told it was available, set an appointment to see it. Next day I get confirmation in the morning of my afternoon appointment. Thanks to some availability in my schedule I went early. I get there, meet my assigned salesperson who says "Let me go get the keys." She's gone the better part of 15 minutes and comes back to tell me the car just had a deposit placed on it. WTF?! This is a multi-million dollar auto dealership. There is no way the salesperson shouldn't have known the moment I came in the car was unavailable. She tried to ask if I want a different car from that manufacturer; I made it clear I was driving 45 minutes round trip for ONE particular car. I started to leave then asked to speak to a manager. I expressed my frustration and he tried to give me an excuse about the deposit being made only 45 minutes ago and there being 29 different sales people with whom he has to communicate. This isn't a pre-computer era. There is ZERO reason the system shouldn't be up to date INSTANTLY. If you take a deposit, the system should indicate that immediately. I hope this helps any reasonable person know with their eyes wide open what to expect if you visit this dealership. read more

I scheduled a week in advanced for a replacement headlight. I arrived and was quoted $105 for parts and labor. I found the price a little on the high side but understood that I was at an authorized hyundai service center and would be paying a premium. They tell me the service will take 1.5hrs. 1.5hrs later, they return and tell me, it actually costs $350+ tax because they didn't realize how "labor intensive" changing the headlight would be on my vehicle-- a 2019 Veloster. I asked the service agent how it was possible that I was at an authorized hyundai service center where I made an appointment for a routine service a week in advance and no one knew the labor costs ahead of time...such that it was 3x the initial quote. He didn't really have an answer. I ended up just buying the headlight and taking it somewhere else. read more

Had a Unfortunate experience at this dealership TLDR They ran credit application when i was told it was a soft check by the sales man. (I asked and told the sales man "I will sign as long as it is a soft check and not a hard inquire" )(I was told not to worry and that it was a soft check.) I spent almost 4 hours negotiating, repeatedly asking for the out-the-door price and APR, but they kept avoiding giving clear numbers in writing and instead pushed monthly payments. What really stood out was how the payments suddenly dropped from $1,200+ to around $700 after I'd already been told several times that it was "the best they could do." They also tried to force about $4,000 in add-ons, claiming they were "required by the bank," which felt misleading. When I followed up about the hard inquiry, the response was basically brushed off with "Texas laws mean it won't affect your credit much." and we will get back to you about another trim level and see what we can do. (No one got back with me) At the end of the day, I'm left with a hard inquiry on my credit for something I clearly didn't agree to. Overall, the experience felt pushy, unclear, and disappointing. read more

Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a certified Hyundai vehicle on March 7, 2026, and even after more than two months, my registration is still not completed. I was charged $225 in documentation fees, yet the paperwork and registration process remain incomplete. I was also charged approximately $390 for a "mandatory" tracking device that was never installed in my vehicle. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sold without proper emissions testing and complete paperwork. Despite multiple follow-ups with the dealership, Hyundai customer service, and TxDMV, the issue is still unresolved. I expected much better professionalism and transparency from a certified Hyundai dealership. Buyers should carefully review all charges and paperwork before purchasing from here. read more

Horrible This was my first car buying experience and it was horrible. They refused to answer questions strait up and I was constantly unsure. They told me I had a promo for a low deposit. Before coming I called multiple times and spoke to different people to confirm that this promotion would be applied because I was driving over an hour and didn't want to make the trip without being sure when we got there. They acted like they said that I couldn't get the promo. The whole thing was just shady and I'm grateful that I was able to get something but the way they handled me was horrible Now after two months of me having the car I am contacted by one of the representatives and they told me that my registration was never done. I was never told that my registration/inspection was not done and I had already been waiting two months to get my registration/inspection . For a significant amount of time, there was little to no communication, and it appeared that nothing was being actively worked on. It was only after I raised concerns about the lack of service that I was told the delay was due to the finance department working with banks. Shortly after making this complaint, I began receiving multiple email notifications about hard credit inquiries. These notifications did not arrive until after I spoke up, which strongly suggests that no real progress was being made beforehand.
