Last time I went was a Friday shortly before close and when I got home, I realized they had listed my coolant as low but didn't offer to tip it off since apparently it's an extra charge. But since we needed to drive to Missouri the next morning, I didn't want any chances with low coolant. I was annoyed but when I returned first thing Saturday morning and explained the situation, Rose was extremely apologetic (despite not being involved the day before) and immediately filled the coolant, explaining it was barely low and the indicator is a little over zealous. She was so understanding and helpful that it erased my anger and brought the review back to 5 stars. Note: I use auto lights and they turned them off. I noticed right away but it's something to always check after taking a car to dealers or jiffy lube etc. and return to automatic if you use that feature.

I went into the shop to have my brakes redone. They told me I needed rear brakes so I replaced the…read moreentire rear breaking system. After I left, I noticed the car had a very pronounced shutter when I went to break at high speeds. I went back a few days later they couldn't really get me in, but they told me that it just takes a little while for the breaks to wear in and that that should go away. A couple months later I came back I asked them to take a look. They take the car for maybe 2 to 5 minutes and they come back and tell me there are no problems. And that the front brakes need to be redone because they didn't do those last time. I of course reacted poorly to this because I feel like hey I didn't have an issue at all before I came in here except for a little squeaky brakes and now you're saying that the shuttering has nothing to do with the work that you did.. granted I was pretty frustrated so I'm sure I wasn't the easiest person to deal with, but I just assume if I'm gonna pay someone to fix my car that they're not gonna do more to damage it. I don't mind paying for front brakes . But I don't think the front brakes alone are causing the shutter. It's the rear brakes plus whatever needs to be done to the front that they didn't do before, but literally they wouldn't even diagnose it. The guy who tested it said he drove it up to 40 miles an hour which I told them it was at high speed so they just assumed that I'm lying. I guess I don't know.. but the bottom line is I just need the car to work and if they would've just worked with me a little bit and acted like they cared at all and tried to actually explain it to me instead of cutting me off and just being rude then I would've had a better experience but these guys they don't care about anything except being right. Don't go here you'll regret it. They don't know how to word things and they don't know what services and I wouldn't trust them with my car again. To Jiffy lube response - you had three chances and I noticed you always respond to reviews because they're trying to make it like you're proactive but the way you be proactive is by providing good service and you didn't do that so no, I'm not interested in talking to you, I'm just letting everybody know that you're bad and dishonest.

Update Following up you are the last shop that changed my oil so no I did not take it to jiffy lube as you suspect, your technicians failed to notify me that they put a cheap repair drain plug in my car and over torqued it like crazy so it was a very difficult process when I had to bring it in to my mechanic and get it replaced, I Literally had no clue you guys did that until I brought it in for another oil change then I had to buy a whole new oil pan. you guys completely stripped my old oil pan threads and took out the oem drain plug, Never told me anything. They replaced my battery and the cost wasn't terribly outrageous. They also recommended a company for towing since my car wouldn't start which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Whilst the service was quick, I wish they hadn't acted as though my concerns were ridiculous. I also was surprised that they expected me to come that same day to pick it back up. They called at 2-something to let me know it was ready and they close at 5, and when I asked if I should pick up it up the following morning he said he had cars coming and would rather I come that day. When I asked if the following day before 9 would work they said ok, but I was able to finagle it to come the same day after all. Just thought it was weird that they assumed someone would be able to pick up the same day.

My daughter took her car over to this place last week for a $100.00 oil change. We had thought the…read moreservice covered checking all fluids. It appears it didnt. The brake fluid was down to close to the add level and after 2 days, her oil light came on after about 15 minutes into her drive to work. She took it to a repair shop and they hooked it up to the computer which stated the oil level was low. We checked it and It was 3/4 down. No sign of leaks. We added a quart to get her by and She called the "Hot Line". They told her to bring the car back to that location. She was hesitant as she didnt have the greatest experience there the first time! There was one closer to us but they were insistent that she bring it back to original store. She did, and as expected, they said everything was "fine". In my opinion nothing was really done in the first place. I've added a picture of the oil after 1 week of use. Doesn't look like new oil to me. I would not recommend this location.

When I called back it was an hour or less that they estimated and since I needed to get it done, that was fine with me (the dealership wasn't able to get me in for a couple weeks, so waiting an hour was great). When I got there I pulled out my Kobo so I could read and within 10 minutes of arriving they let me know that since they were waiting on something with another car they'd get me taken care of. I was there for maybe 30 minutes total, a happy surprise. I'll come back to them and I'm glad I've found a place around here for my oil change.

Ok well I want him safe so ok. $1400 later we pick up and the check engine light is on air doesn't work and brakes are making a terrible noise. We bring it back next morning and the older man test drove it said he didn't hear anything and cleared the check engine code and it should be fine. What? I told him my son was driving to Texas and I didn't want it to brake down on the way. He assured me it was fine. I felt like he didn't want to be bothered. A 14 hour drive to Texas and 4 hours in no air condition and check engine light and brake noise again. Now he is helpless. He had to drive rest of way with windows open and slower Thank god he made it. Auto repair in Texas told us the brake plates were not installed properly snd they fixed them. Noise gone. Thermostat was broken (not sure why no issue before) and they changed it and air cold again. I think my time with this marathon is done.

We have been going to Cassidy Tire and Service for years. We have always received great service at…read morea fair price. But this past Saturday, Kevin (Mgr) and his team went above and beyond! I had picked up a nail one of my tires on my Tesla Model 3. Tesla's do not have spare tires and it was important that I get this tire repaired same day. I called and Kevin was very accommodating saying that they could get to it same day. When repairing the tire, his team noticed that my axel bolt had become dislodged. This is a known Tesla issue and a serious one. Kevin looked at the Tesla online forums and made sure I understood the situation. His team torqued the bolt back on to spec, but Telsa strongly recommends replacing that bolt. I was then able to get into a Tesla Service Center later that day to complete the repair. Due to their efforts at Cassidy Tire this serious problem became a non issue and the flat tire turned out to be a blessing! Thank you Cassidy Tire team and Kevin for your guidance!
