My gf was approved for a loan and handed over 3k.. one week later the sales rep threatened the cops (she actually had reported it stolen!) and to tow her vehicle because it turns out she wasn't approved for the loan but the sales rep was so thirsty for a sale she sold it to her anyway.. we got our money back but not with out heart break. Aldo, Our salesman.. Advertised this GMC truck that was in perfect condition and great quality which was not the case after all. The charger on the center console that he said specifically it was supposed to work does not work(which whatever not the biggest deal) then the truck completely shut down while driving the first night we got it. We went back to the dealership the next day, and they were completely shutting us down saying they are unable to take the truck back even though the truck is not what they advertised they tried to convince us that it was. We bought our son a car from this dealer . We have had it for six weeks and have taken it back in for a ongoing issues. After 2 attempts to get the car running right we took it to Firestone . Attached is a picture of oil inside a part of the engine that oil is not suppose to be in. The throttle body is attached to we're the oil is at. I'm being told the engine was overfilled by 1.5 quart of oil. The total estimate to repair this is in the thousands. Honesty and quality of the vehicle was poor. My fault for overlooking the vehicle with my usual discerning eye the undercarriage had been spray coated with an rust to hide the fact that it was full of rust. Three weeks after owning the car and running it just normal there was some squeaking going on. the mechanic that looked it over, said that there were many joints going bad and that the rear leaf spring had been broken and was close to pinching or breaking a brake line.. I purchased two cars in the last month. The first one, the check engine light came on the day after we bought it and then the next week I had to replace the battery. The car seems good otherwise. The second car needs an alignment and who knows what else but I've had it a total of 1 day. I will say the sales staff is very eager and enthusiastic. They will try to make you happy. The franchise has a huge inventory so they want to move cars and it is obvious. The only negative thing I can say is that at the branch I went to, there is an obvious lingering smell of pot in the office and sometimes in the sales yard, otherwise, it is your average used car lot just with a much larger variety. Do not purchase from this dealership. They lie about anything to make a sale. I just purchased a vehicle this weekend. They promised the loan would go through HAPO Community Credit Union, only to find out the salesperson Sam lied. They only use GESA direct. No other banks. They also under valued my vehicle so much that it affected my negative equity. The owner Art even looked me at my face and lied about how much I would be paying per month. I clearly asked for a set budget for myself and he increased it by an extra $38/month which I did not want nor ask for. If i would of know of the total price difference. I would of said no to the purchase. There was also damage to the vehicle which was agreed upon during the sale that it would be repaired or the parts replaced. Again they said they did not agree to any such deal. To add on another item on to the pile. I accidently left my garage door opener in the old vehicle when purchasing. I informed the dealer that I would be there when they open at 10am. The dealer even acknowledged he would be there. Come to find out the next morning the dealership doesn't even open at that agreed upon time and that he would not be there for several hours. So I wasted my time and gas for nothing. This company is completely unprofessional and should not be in business. I hope to see their doors closing in the near future. However, after the sale they are hard to get in contact with. I called the store and personal numbers all the time, and they hardly answer. It's like after the sale is done they don't care. DO NOT BUY FROM NWP!!!!!!! LIARS!!!!! Would choose 0 Stars if I could. My husband and I purchased a car from NWP in June of 2024. I started communication about the car we were interested in on Facebook. I spoke to "Will" (probably doesn't even exist). He was very enthusiastic about us coming to check out a car (as most sales guys would be). We live in Spokane so the trek to the Tri-Cities takes 2.5 hours. I wasn't even considering going down to the dealership that day, however Will was very insistent. I asked specific questions about our loan, we were pre-approved with Numerica and I wanted our loan through them and he assured me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES that they worked with Numerica and it shouldn't be a problem to find my loan. We discussed cost of the vehicle and I told him we would come down if we could get close to a certain number. He assured me SEVERAL times that he could get close to the agreed upon number. He also stated they were doing give aways and gift cards and he'd "make sure I'd win one". 2.5 hours later we were in the Tri-Cities NWP Auto dealership. We were told that "Will" had to leave early and we had to start the ENTIRE PROCESS OVER. They were not able to go through Numerica for our loan and we ended up having a significantly higher % rate (now in the process of switching it over to Numerica). The new sales guy (cant even remember his name UPDATE: ALDO is the salesman we worked with) basically laughed at us when I told him what "Will" said we could get the car for, he told me "Will" was new and he was made a promise he couldnt keep - told me that several times. EXCUSES. We then sat in the office for entirely too long going back and forth on cost. The car was exactly what we wanted or I would've walked out the minute we got there. We finally agreed on a price, even though it was 2k higher than we were told and higher than what "Will" said he could do - not even the number he said he could get close to. We were also PROMISED a FULL TANK of gas or $100 via Venmo because by the time we signed and got out of there it was 10pm and we still had to drive all the way home. The sales guy didn't have the gas card so he told us the boss could Venmo us the following Monday (it was Friday night). We were flustered and exhausted so we just accepted it and moved on. Come Monday I ask about the Venmo of $100 for the gas and got zero response. A few days later I asked again and he told me his manager "took care of it and it should be there" when I told him that we had not received payment, he ignored me. I asked several times with zero response. Finally one time he told me I could "come down" and get the $100. I was not going to travel another 5 hours round trip to get what was promised (the BARE MINIMUM of what was promised and NOT delivered). We were lied to, swindled and lead on by NWP. LURED down to the Tri-Cities on SO MANY lies. I WOULD HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE from shopping with them. In hindsight I should've walked out of there, but car shopping is exhausting and I was ready to be done. You cannot trust these people. Basically everything they say they backed out on. It's July 15th and we STILL dont have the $$. They sent our license plates and could've EASILY put in a check for the promised gas $$. BEWARE!!! RECONSIDER before you go with NWP. VIN number was scratched and caused issues with DMV, repo (from previous owner) was done incorrectly and caused more DMV issues. could not get ahold of anyone at NWP for this, had to have the bank (Gesa) get ahold of them. breaks went out right after with Les schwab quite of $1400. 2018 odyssey and the key fob doesn't even work, not even sure that it's to my van. other key that does work isn't even Honda or a van key resulting in no remote start or door opening with key. they told me the Honda key was to it but realized it work after leaving and had to search the van for the key that was working. took my vehicle to Honda for a recall fix and Honda said no parts were ever even ordered from NWP. went back today to speak with the manager waited for about an hour and never came out. I started talking to the salesman about the issues and another customer started listening the sales man quickly quieted me and took another paper of notes and had me leave. read more

I traded my ford in and left my very expensive glasses and I have called over 30 times no exaggeration, since last week they only picked up 4 times and my glasses and my traded in vehicle is not at any of there lots. The phone rings at all locations so if you try to call one location it's very difficult to get to the one you're needing. I also drove to one location in freezing rain just to be told,I was needing to go to another location to get my glasses. I would give a negative zero if it was possible! We bought a 2017 Ford Escape drove it home 50 miles then took it on a 100 mile trip the next day and the transmission quit ! We had to get towed home and have had nothing from the seller but we'll call you back and telling us to purchase a transmission and there mechanic will install and no warranty!!!We asked them to take the car back and give our money back, nope not happening we were told. We have no trust in this company and would not trust to have there mechanic install. We feel they should have one installed by a certified Ford dealer that includes a warranty and we'd pay half if they would but so rude they hung up on us. Wish I could give them -5000 stars. I drove 3 hours to this dealer to buy my brother a car. When we got there, Nevi was the person helped us. After test driving the car, we decided to purchase it. We made a deal and was promised that they will deal with all of the paperwork fee for us. After we paid for everything, my brother realized that one of the windows wasn't working and we called them and they basically told us that there wasn't anything they could do (of course, they sold the car, they got my money and now it's none of their business). They didn't offer to fix it or anything. We waited for months and months for the license plate and the title but nothing. I called them 2 times and was told that somebody would call me back. Of course they never called me back. I have to keep constantly calling them until I get to talk to this girl (I think it was also Nevi). I was then told I need to go to the DMV (?) which was not what I was told when I was there. We had to wait 2 long months to get to the DMV because they have limited appointments. Then I realized that this place has never paid for any fee and I had to pay $300 for the damn license plate. So they basically lied to me and didn't do what they promised they would. I called them another 3 times and Nevi said "I will call you back" because of course "I have lunch" or "my manger isn't here". And AGAIN NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! Called again today and was informed "she left already" and when I said I don't have time to keep waiting because I work all day at a hospital and I was told "Oh do you not have lunch??" My husband and I found the perfect truck that we never thought we'd ever find at Northwest Premier Auto. We live in Western Washington so buying this truck required a nearly 500 mile round trip to Kennewick (that was the location we dealt with). My husband spoke with Joel over the phone and came to an agreement on our trade-in (provided pictures and VIN) after speaking with him and the owner of the dealership. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect and we were both a bit worried that they would go back on their word on the trade-in. They did not. Joel was awesome to deal with, as was Jesse the manager. When we arrived, we took the truck for a test drive while they also drove our car. Including the test drive, financing, and paperwork, we were in and our the dealership in under 2 hours. Not only was the car buying experience great, we had great conversations with both Jesse and Joel. My husband loved talking classic cars with Joel!
