(This man has been on disability and dialysis for 7 yrs. The bike is his only form of joy as well) Upon hearing this I started a "go fund me" campaign to raise the needed money for a replacement. The barristas donated their tips for a day and word spread. Within a week we had the money and decided to go to Wheel Sport . I shared the story and asked for a discount which they gave thus allowing for an upgrade. I relocated from Seattle 1 1/2 yrs ago.....its businesses like "Wheel Sport" that make it easy for me to say I LOVE this city. Thanks guys.

This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. It had a flat front tire, and we were honestly expecting bad news--Mark let us know up front that fixing these tires is incredibly tough (hands-hurt-for-a-week tough), and that most places wouldn't even attempt it. But instead of turning us away, Mark chose to take the time to really look at it. He spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, repositioning the tube, doing some hands-on maintenance, and even using Fix-a-Flat to test if it would hold air. It worked! He didn't have to do any of this--and he didn't charge a dime. Watching someone take this kind of care, especially for someone who could've easily been overlooked, meant the world. It's been a long time since I've seen that level of kindness and integrity in customer service. Thank you, Mark! What you did today truly mattered.
