The guys said his name was AKIVA? - I will never be back, no I will be back because I was helped many times before, someone can respond to me and tell me when that guy is FIRED and quite honestly any employee that sat there while he was mocking me like some playground bully, they should be fired right along with him for allowing it to happen. It's SAD that I'm actually writing this review because I am one of the biggest supporters of "support small business" but I cannot ever suggest this business after the way I was treated today. I just wanted to say what a fabulous, fabulous Staff they have at ACE Hardware Cordova Road!! They were beyond accommodating, taking time to help me locate my miss placed wallet. I don't have the names of everyone at ACE Hardware that were so very kind. The two Managers, and one very lovely older woman were stellar. The security guard at TJ Maxx located my wallet. Not sure how I lost it!! I am so blessed!!

I recommend ordering with a LIVE person, because they can tell you the status if it's IN STOCK or not. I've ordered from them 5x, and twice I've waited for the part for 4-8 weeks!

We completed a super complicated project for a customer and installed it. Returned to our customer's house for additional work and found that one piece was rusting. Called DK and was told there was nothing they could do. It had been over 30 days. It takes 30 days to do this work, so we didn't know it was the wrong material until after that. We'll double check in the future, but at the end of the day they sent an incorrect product and should replace it with the correct product. This costs us about $2500 in time alone to repair. Looking into small claims. Terrible customer service. Do not shop here.

The Ring Battery Outdoor Plus camera was $199.99 and surprisingly the same price on Amazon but with tons of similar security camera options at lower pricing with free Prime shipping. Attempted to gain some information about the Ring device from an employee but he informed me that he does not expertise in technical products but could find someone who could assist - I thought that was odd but maybe the expertise of staff is isolated only to specific sectors.

Today, I noticed blue half off price tags listed as ITC under select items. I asked an employee what was ITC. He explained that its a Harbor Freight membership club called "Inside Track Club" and for $29.99 customers can join to receive deep discounts. Basically, if you buy a $60.00 item and get half off it would pay you back the cost of the membership.
