Storage, salt & pepper automated shakers, drinkware, flatware, pots & pans. I honestly thought they only specialized in knives! I am loving the Zwilling flatware and pots/pan options. They offer a variety of options including knives, cookware, flatware, storage, tableware, small kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils and kitchen organization. Bonus is they carry Miyabi Japanese knives. Individual knives but also Miyabi knife sets with butcher blocks. Don't even ask how much those are. I have just one Miyabi Japanese chef's knife and that was an investment that cost me $200. It's my favorite knife. No joke on the quality but also just the beautiful design and look. Service was good. There was a gentleman who asked if I needed help and proceeded to let me know about the specials they have on a regular basis. He informed me of the random sales in the store and also let me know they had sales for Miyabi since I showed interest in that. Apparently, they had Miyabi Japanese knives that were 60% off. She told me the cost and estimated time of completion (the guy who does that work is only there at certain times). I went, there was plenty of parking, the shop was clean and bonus: a cutie pie dog greets you! Everything was done on time, cost less than I anticipated and my knives are crazy sharp! Each knife was eight dollars to sharpen and we paid by credit card. I came with six knives that can use a good sharpening before the holidays. I have a sharpening stone & carbon tool yet my knives still aren't sharp. Bill complemented my Henkel's knives. He showed me how the blades were a little shiny because they needed a good sharpening. He worked very quickly in his huge machine with water, I never saw anything like it. My knives were restored to new so quickly. There was free parking out front and seats inside where I sat and watched him. Bill answered all of my questions, he can clean up serrated knives, but doesn't have the tool to restore them.

Donovan taught me that today. ** I needed a mop and was going to go to a building supply store or go online. I replaced several rooms of laminated floor with wood-look ceramic tile. I'd used disposable wipes on the laminate floor so I didn't have a mop for tiles or tile floor cleaner. And I didn't really know what to use. I'd had cleaning people here before so they used whatever they used. ** Instead I went to Donovan and asked him. He showed me what he uses at home and how to properly clean the floor (Go in one direction!) Did you know there are imprinted arrows on the mop base to prompt the user to mop in the 'right' direction? I'd have missed learning about that if I went to a warehouse store or online shop. ** I was going to use a vinegar/water solution but figured I'd ask Donovan what he recommended. He had a jug of lemon scented concentrated cleaner that professional cleaners buy. My $16 jug should yield 10 years of cleaning solution. I already used the solution - it's highly concentrated (the ratio is 2 ounces to a gallon of water) and smells fresh. More so, it makes the floor and grout look great. Gone are the days of asking Grandma how she cleaned the house - good thing cuz we have different surfaces and products now. So I'm glad I went to A1 and got advice from an expert. And because it's Donovan, he carried my purchase and placed the items in my car trunk - while he's not Grandma, he treats me with love. And teaches me how to have great looking floors with little effort.
