However, after the review I found out that a call center was responsible for my issues. The owner of the company reached out to me and made sure I was taken care of and apologized for the issue. Don blamed the cemetery and Don blamed me but never once took responsibility for the fact that he dropped the ball. If you call and leave a message Don will not call you back but when you call him again he will tell you "you're on my list to call". McGee had mom's stone sitting there for over 20 years, she passed away September 12, 2022. It took McGee almost an entire year to put her end date and set her stone in the cemetery. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
