It's been a while, but they are still fantastic! We ate outside on a beautiful Saturday morning for brunch. Our server Zavier was awesome as was everything we ordered. No complaints at all and we'll definitely be back. Can't go wrong at Nose Dive!

    Grouper hoagie without the groupies

Ambiance great, service predictable, cocktail middle of the road, food: a notch below mediocre We ordered bourbon basil smash cocktail, roast vegetable bowl with tofu and a fried egg added on and blackened grouper hoagie sandwich with fries. Right from the way it looked to the way it tasted, there was consistent lackluster vibe. The vegetable bowl was an afterthought of a dish, very unsure brussel sprouts thrown together with a handful of carrot slivers, some odd bits of grains and a very forlorn handful of dry tofu. The fried egg on the top made it edible and I was glad that I asked for it. The crunchy bits of garlic on the side seemed like a fear of commitment. An entry that is named roasted garlic vegetable bowl should claim it loud and proud in every bite. Grouper hoagie... let us just say at that the fries on the side were the highlight of this dish. Very underwhelming experience saved by the fact that our seating was very conducive to conversation, round tables for six, what a brilliant set up and lighting and noise level just enough to enjoy the company. I might just bring take out here to enjoy the ambiance!

    Avocado Toast Brunch

Came here for Sunday brunch, wasn't too crowded or loud. Didn't make a reservation but luckily they had plenty of tables available (for a party of 4). There was a $15(ish)/ person grits bar where you can go and get a bowl of grits from a buffet line setup with a large variety of veggie, cheese, and protein toppings! It was a huge hit with the group I was with. I ordered the avocado toast, it was magnificent. The toast was slightly crispy on the outside then soft & fluffy on the inside. It came sliced in four sections making it great for sharing. We also got a cranberry mimosa carafe ($23ish) and to my surprise it wasn't completely saturated with juice!! The champagne to cranberry ratio was perfect. They say you get what you pay for, but here, you get substantially more. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Love the fun sign just inside with the nose in the burger. Shows the place's fun vibe with a hip edge. Outdoor seating or indoor dining... Matters not if it's nice weather they have the large windows open to let in the fresh air. 85% of the menu is either Gluten-Free or Gluten-Friendly and they have a dedicated fryer, which was a plus. Xavier was an amazing server and didn't scoff at our mods. The food was solid. When the devilled eggs are at the bottom of your ordered likes, then I'd say you're doing pretty A-okay! The White Cheddar Fritters were fantastic! They would call them Cheddar T-Bombs because they had an explosion of delicious cheesey goodness flowing from the middle of a perfectly round and tender fritter. The presentation was great with a dollop of pesto aoli and a shred of Parm with finely shredded basil. Each little ball of ooey gooey deliciousness was on a smear of Tomato Jam. The Fried Chicken sandwich had us happy we opted to try it as it was hanging off the bun and perfectly good with a crunchy exterior and plump inside. We didn't care for the sweet-ish Alabama White, so glad we ordered off-side. The fries were plentiful. The NoseDive Mac & Cheese was a great thing to split. Love that you can order as is or add in a protein of you want to make it your meal. The four cheeses blended nicely together and allowed for a good cheese-pull when digging in. Needless to say our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we have leftovers! Will definitely recommend and will return if in Greenville again!

    GF fried green tomatoes

Nose Dive was a great restaurant in the heart of downtown with a great gluten-free menu. The atmosphere was super fun and perfect for brunch after the Saturday farmers market ends at noon. We ordered the GF fried green tomatoes which were great. They're sliced thinner than I'm used to, but the sauces made up for it. We also split the GF fish and chips which we would not get again. The fish was tough and rubbery and the breading was a cornmeal instead of a traditional batter. And the lunch portion was a little small. Next time I would definitely get the grits bar which is offered for Saturday and Sunday brunch. The service was great. I'm so thankful they had so many GF options.

We came here today for brunch, and it was very good. We were able to make reservations, so that was a big plus for me. I hate waiting for a table. Our waitress, Kierra, was very attentive. I thought she went way out of her way to make things enjoyable for us. I had grilled chicken and fries. It was very tasty and not over cooked. My husband got the blackened grouper fish sandwich. He really enjoyed it also. We had bloody Mary's Mimosas, and my usual Bacardi and Coke. The food came out pretty quick, and we had zero complaints about anything. I hope to get back to Greenville soon to go back again!

We really like this restaurant on Main Street in Greenville. The food is excellent, cooked perfectly and sitting outside people watching is the best way to spend a day. Enjoy a glass of wine, a good meal, and create wonderful memories.

In town for work and best I can offer is this place is just ok. Everything about here needs a lift. Service was scattered. Food was ok but not great. Drink had to be sent back as it arrived with bits floating in it from whatever the bartender had last made in the shaker. We sat outside cause inside seating, despite lots of empty tables, was a 15 min wait. This time of year it wasn't too hot to be outside for dinner but soon it will be very hard to be outside as the temps rise. Located next to the Westin might make it any easy place for some folks to check out but I would suggest people maybe walk a little to find a better meal in downtown.

Creamy Mac and Cheese Dinner , left much to be sired very small and basic and came with nothing....

Wanted to try out this nice looking restaurant attached to a hotel on main street near all the other great dining. The atmosphere is more dim and has a finer dining feel to it. We were sat easily although our waiter seemed sidetracked or not focused on our table really. We were constantly waiting on things. Our drinks took a while and some never came at all so we said never mind. Our entrees were the worst part, I ordered Mac n cheese as I love it. Was told it was large, it was definitely more like a side. Not much to it, nothing to make it stand out as an entree, a big let down and was still left hungry. Unfortunately my friends steak came out rare instead of well. Huge difference there for a chef ran kitchen.... His replacement took so long we got it to go. Needle to say a very awkward dining experience, left us not wanting to return. This place doesn't seem to live up to its fancy attire, as its kitchen is a mess and service not the best.

Nose Dive was a little of a let down. I came here for Sunday brunch looking forward to some yummy food and drinks. I ordered the steak and eggs both cooked medium. It also came with potatoes. The meal was just ok.... I didn't love it as much as I hoped. I ordered a pineapple mimosa carafe and I was disappointed in it as well. Loved the $12 price but not the flavor. Very flat. I also had some hazy ipa on draft and I didn't enjoy it much either. The bartender was cool and very prompt in assisting me. I have no complaints on the service. The hostess girls also were friendly upon arrival. This seems to be a very popular, causal downtown spot. The inside has a table top seating and there is also a spacious patio out front. I wouldn't rule out coming here again as it seems to definitely have potential.

Came here with some local friends and had a great time. The breakfast hash was particularly good. The service was kind of slow, but maybe it was just an off day. It was very cool that they could open the windows right into the street.

Sunday brunch can be the best time with friends, family and a way to savor local flavors. Never had we been to Nose Dive for brunch... our dinner long time ago with friends was wonderful.. We looked at the brunch menu and all it took was the grits bar to stop us Cold In Our Tracks Grits doesn't cover it Adulah creamy stone grits Fresh and buttery biscuits Weekly the chef picks the toppings for the bar and this week we had such amazing toppings... see video for the bar and its many wonders.. Simms was our server and she topped off drinks, took our plates when empty... Quiet even though the place was packed.. downtown vibe and amazing people and food... You don't want to miss this brunch..... Did I say $4 mimosas?!?

Great vibes and people watching on Main Street. Aperol spritz was 10 out of 10. Amazing service by Xavier.

What is the limit of people they can sit at per table and would it be possible to fit 12 people in the same area at least?

It would be tight, but they could probably accommodate you if you have a reservation.

When i entered I was greeted by Johnny himself, he asked what happened with my order and because it was sitting there for more than 30 mins he remade the entire order for me completely. We talked for a bit & gave me a tiramisu for free on the house for the issues and let me tell you my wife didn't even let me get a bite ! The Pizza had a flavorful sauce & a mouth watering crust. Upon walking in there was no one present and you're instructed to place your order on the kiosk. Maybe 5-10 mins later someone came out and acknowledged us to confirm that we placed an order. The ambiance was very open and things seemed to be in disarray or in strange places. On my way to the bathroom there was just a lot of dry goods and supplies they had strewn along the back wall and it was very disorganized. Some spots towards the back look unfinished and some random things in their dining room like coffee cups for sale, personal items out on the high counter and so on. The girl who assisted us was friendly when she did come out once we sat down. Our order for 2 potato boats and chicken wings took about 30ish minutes. I asked for bbq sauce and she said they were out and they make it in house. It was around noonish so I was a bit surprised they already ran out. The young lady told us that our food would be done soon and their "server robot" would bring it out for us. Mind you we are the ONLY table in the restaurant so we found it a bit strange for her to present it that way and then not just bring out the food herself. I feel like having a server robot bring food out to one table doesn't make much sense but perhaps they saw it as a wow factor. The robot is was playing "Move B^tch get out the way" by Ludacris and we were totally caught off guard. I'm not sure if that song is a great choice for the demographic or crowd for Anderson but because we knew the song well so it didn't bother us. Something to reconsider that might be more friendly or appropriate. Onto the food, the potato boats were cooked very well and had great flavor. She seasoned the potato part nicely aside from the other condiments on top. We got a 10 piece wing combo with sweet potato fries. Chicken wings were the smaller ones so they were crispy on the outside and the fries were tasty. Overall, enjoyed the food concept but the execution of service and hospitality can really use some refining. It didn't feel like a personalized experience and had moments of just wondering how everything ties in together. I find it important to acknowledge that guest perception is important and what they are surrounded by. Although the food was solid, the ambiance was unusual and lacked organization or a vision.
