After the worker finished his conversation, he walked past our vehicle, to retrieve an open energy drink, completely ignoring us. After walking to the other side of the entrance, he looks back and shouts, " Do you need some help?" My husband responded, " No we were just sitting here for no reason" as we left. I tried several times to just recover the cost of the part ($42) since I found a used one on EBay. I sent receipts and all. He has basically ghosted me. The total repair for the damages he cost were upward of $600 in between module and programming required through Land Rover dealer only.
