I'm pretty sure if It would have happened in the car wash They would've found another reason to not step up to what happened with their equipment. Whether it was through the car wash or the vacuum air equipment that is also on their property and part of their business. Not to mention, they never reached out to me. They call you back when they say they are so you don't have to wait around all day for a call back and your vehicle is ready when they say. Mario is the only mechanic I would ever take my car to. He's always honest about everything and his prices are very good. I've known Mario since we served in the Marines together and we worked on helicopters (we were helicopter mechanics) two tours in Iraq. As a Marine, Mario was a great mentor to me. As a fellow helicopter mechanic in the shop, Mario was known as "Super Mech" because he could do any job. Even when more senior Marines with years of experience struggled with a job, Mario could be counted on to get it done. He was truly a "go to guy" for any maintenance job. As far as my cars go, Mario is still a "Super Mechanic" he can trouble shoot just about anything and always takes the time to give honest diagnostics for any issue. I have been going to Mario for several years now, on the recommendation of my mechanic after he closed his shop. He is completely trustworthy, and does an excellent job on my vehicles. He took my car in the a.m., and had completed it by that evening. He found my brakes were also needing work, and I had him take care of that, because I don't like taking chances on driving my car when it needs work. He also makes recommendations on the wear on my tires, and anything else I may need down the road. My former mechanic retired, so I checked reviews to find a replacement. I was impressed with Mario on the first phone call, and even more impressed with the service. I gave him the goal of keeping my 2002 Subaru Forester running for several more years (about 190,000 miles now). He fixed the problems I had caused (and was very polite in pointing them out to me). Doing well after three months, so just called him to do oil/filter change and check it over (and remembered I wanted to do this review).
