Was first introduced to this company via a Yelp event in Denver (at the Space Gallery) back in 2015. I could not believe how cute and delicious their little cakes were. Ordered some bundtinis for a valentines event and found their online ordering system easy peasy. My order was ready on time and when I was running late to pick them up they gave me a courtesy call as a friendly reminder. How nice! They have so many flavor options as well as options to customize with cute toppers. They were packaged safely for travel and still looked perfect when I was unboxing them. They really elevated my event and the attendees loved them. Some even ate 2 bundtinis - lol. I had not been in since before the pandemic but every time we went by, I thought it was about time to try it again. Things have been updated a bit, they now have all the flavors of the Bundlet (our favorite size) all the time. I think they used to select a few flavors and bake only those each day. So now, maybe they bake more and keep them frozen to defrost, put on icing and and then sell?.. I have no idea, I am just guessing. Our order was retrieved from the back and was cold, not sold much warmer right from the case. Maybe just a freshness technique for reserved orders. It did taste fresh though and we enjoyed the carrot cake flavor which had been a favorite in the past. It was nice to see that they do hire more broadly than in the past, younger staff as well as a skilled special needs community member. All in all, a good experience and we will be puchasing some more desserts in the future. Also, the price of the products are not unreasonable as recently we have seen with many other things in Boulder. read more

Maybe you can tell by my picture, but I freaking LOVE this place! The cakes are always so moist, soft, and delicious! I also adore how they run their business and keep the shop looking just adorable! From the free samples they always have, (that aren't just a teeny tiny taste, they're actually a big bite!) to the adorable Kate Spade stuff they're always selling, (like greeting card sets and notebooks) this place is my personal heaven! read more

I tried a small White Chocolate Raspberry bundt when they were provided to a group I was volunteering with last week. The owner, Amy, works claoelwith the group, Cultivate, a non profit that helps provide groceries and others services for seniors in the Boulder area. Amy was so friendly and sweet. And she provided so many amazing cakes! I bought a few more (an 8" and another lil 4") for my friend's bday yesterday. Service in store was friendly and helpful and the cake was a hit at our small gathering. I will definitely be back for future cake needs. Thus far, I've tried confetti, white chocolate raspberry, marble, and strawberries and cream. They were really delicious, moist, and fresh. The fruit cakes (white chocolate raspberry and strawberries and cream) have real jam swirled through, so good! All were good, white chocolate raspberry was my favorite. read more

The best cakes and The best service!! Every time I have an event I get a cake from them and they never seem to disappoint! Tonight I needed a cake for a birthday party/prince and the revolution celebration and when I showed up they had made a cake with a giant purple bow and a prince hat perched on top! I didn't even ask for this , except I explained what the cake was for and it was far beyond what I imagined!! Will always give these guys my business! read more

Worst Nothing Bundt Cake location I have ever been to. I have been getting the free bundlet cake every year for my birthday since I was a kid. It's my birthday today and I went to this location to get my free bundlet. The employee who I talked to was so rude. She said I could only get it if I had an email which is something I have never been asked for before. I am so disappointed with the horrible customer service. The employee couldn't even be bothered to say happy birthday at the very least. I definitely do not recommend coming into this location for your birthday because they don't care at all. In fact, all they did was bum me out on my birthday. Do better seriously. read more

I wandered into this store today to get some treats for the amazing employees at Boulder Valley School District. Upon entry my daughter and I were greeted by Amy, the owner--what a lovely, kind, caring compassionate human being! Amy found out I was supporting the school district employees during this busy time and threw in some treats of her own. Amy is enthusiastic and passionate and her brand of customer service is hard to come by these days! The store is adorable,clean and efficient--they were sampling some flavors today and they were out of this world. The cakes are so cute and delicious--and i thought the prices were very reasonable--especially compared to some of the local cupcake shops. Lovely delicious tiny Bundt cakes for a social distance birthday party! Ordered online for pick up the next day. The cakes were smaller than I expected, but cupcake size. Perfect for 1 person. Got several different flavors, and all were enjoyed. They came to me cold from the refrigerator, so it was good to have a couple hours for them to come to room temperature. read more

Those cakes are SUPER tasty and moist. Maybe a tad expensive and look a little gawdy, but yummy. I got the minis, kinda like cupcakes and ate three myself. I cannot speak to the larger ones, but these were super good. The staff was helpful and accommodating, so all good here. read more

Once I discovered this amazing place, I never stopped coming back! All of our birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, cakes in general are ordered through here! We really love the flavors, decor, the ease of ordering online, and how wonderful the staff is! Never had a problem with them before and have always been met with kindness! I am sooo happy I chose to pop into Amy's store for a birthday gift! My co-workers Birthday is today and I was tasked with grabbing her a little something. The shop, like the cakes look very cute, and I could see how my daughter would love one (topped with a giant bright colored flower for example) for her birthday. I had the red velvet and the chocolate chocolate chip (the second one their best seller, I was told when I visited the place) bundtlets. Both where big enough to share, and very moist. The lady behind the counter was friendly and stressed the fact that if they don't have the size or flavor you want, they'll make you one in 15/20 minutes. Wow! My problem is that these cakes are more of less made from a mix, and quite expensive in that case (especially if you buy a bigger one). I can see going to Nothing Bundt Cake for a special occasion, like a birthday party or baby shower, but I don't think I can justify making a special trip to buy a cake mostly made from a mix. Yes, the place is cute,but I am afraid this is not enough, and you don't have the option to eat inside, too bad. read more

I hosted a themed Alsatian family birthday party for my Mom's 85th and these little cakes (12 assorted) were out of this world delicious!!! Everyone raved and loved them. Each had been ordered with a colorful little decoration on top which made them super festive, and came beautifully and securely packaged, delivered right to my front door by the lovely owner of the company herself! I am fortunate enough to have experienced their chains in Texas, so driving in Boulder and seeing the sign made my heart leap for joy. The next time I was near there and they were open, I convinced hubby to go with. We got the lemon bundtlet (mini bundts, maybe enough for two people each) and the chocolate chocolate chip. Are lemon immediately. I love their cream cheese icing. Delicious. Also had a sampler of their white chocolate raspberry, but the white chocolate over sweetens it in my opinion. I ate the c2chip 3 days after purchase and it was as fresh as the one I consumed immediately. Neither of those were over sweet and I can't wait to go back again. PS whoo-hoo! 50th review!! read more

Boulder location Amy Long and Joe Fong made me CRY. HAPPY tears. A dear local college student was having a VERY rough birthday and needed some major TLC. I was out of state AND it was 6:15 p.m- WHAT could I do? Amy and Joe SAVED the day. FIRST they answered the phone AND it was after hours!! Second, Amy cheerfully listened and helped me come up with a rescue plan. She and Joe whipped up a chocolate CELE'BUNDT'ING YOU cake package complete with party supplies. THIRD, Joe actually drove to the dorm to DELIVER the cake and again- mind you it was AFTER hours. The dear college student was SO surprised and so touched. I am getting teary eyed just typing this. We stopped by this new store after enjoying Red Robin (good location) and all I can say is thank goodness I had room left in my belly because this store is delicious! The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. We even got to taste different samples. The white rasp. chocolate sample was awesome and my individual lemon was amazing and perfectly baked! It was 2 deep when we arrived and 8 deep when we left Bundts were flying fast and my praline sample was delicious. I used my coupon for the free vanilla raspberry buntlett and ordered an 8" praline with instructions to take it out of the fridge the next night 2 hours before serving. OMG my guests went wild it was so delicious, not too sweet with the perfect rich drizzled icing. No need for ice cream to make this Bundt rich and moist and creamy! Thanks! So, I'm not exactly a closet fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes. I've raved about it. I got a coupon in the mail for a free bundt and ever since then I've been a near addict. So when my love and I got married and were in need of dessert, the only thing that came to mind was our favorite bundtlet cake shop! I can't speak to the "healthiness" of the cakes, because come on, it's CAKE. No matter what flavor you're craving, you will be satisfied and happy. The cakes are moist and well made. Their frosting (which I think is a cream cheese frosting) is sweet, but not over the top and so delicious I could eat it with a spoon. My favorite flavors, you ask? Chocolate chocolate chip and white raspberry. You bet your bottoms those were the flavors we ordered. Their assistance in ordering the cakes was great too. We got a whole box of sample flavors in order to figure out what we wanted. They helped walk me through how much to order per person and everything. Oh yeah, and our guests LOVED the cakes. This location has been a big part of my life since I moved to Boulder a few years ago. From birthdays to big life moments to treating myself just because, I am never disappointed. Established in 1997.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Breakfast burrito, with chorizo, eggs, beans and sweet potatoes filing and delicious as well. I must admit that when we arrived, it was hard to take it all in. There are display cases with goods and menu boards, that say look for the specials and then there were special menu items, some hand written, some printed. The place is popular and busy. The large patio with ample tables make this a good place to enjoy your tasty breakfast.

The outside looks small, but the interior is rather spacious with a lot tables for working on a laptop. The inside has 90s/early 2000s vibe with dim, ambience lighting. This is a super solid coffee spot that should be in your Boulder coffee rotation. Bonus - they offer goat milk as a milk alternative!

I was tired after a good ride and this was the perfect stop to rest and relax. Fast forward 9 years later, I am in town again and my friends that live close by suggested we come here for breakfast. The place opens at 7am and we were able to get a table outside and we all ordered what we wanted. Everyone was super happy with their order including me! And funny enough, on the same day, I came back in here at 3pm as I was backing from Pearl St Mall and it was a hot day and needed a nice refreshing drink. I ordered an iced hibiscus lemonade and it was good! Not too sweet but so full of hibiscus flavor! Yea! This is one of my favorite places in Boulder! The ambiance, the high quality food and drinks, and the good service all makes this place exceptional!

One of our favorite things during the pandemic when restaurants could reopen was picking up their in house chicken pot pie. It's my husband's absolute favorite chicken recipe which I used to make myself. Though I am unable to make it now that l have lost a lot of vision and not a single one we have bought elsewhere was sufficient until we ordered from The Post Boulder. After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. Compared to their own it was merely adequate so we moved on to there other in house specialties. As we were ordering gold specials for Sunday!s big game, I saw that the daily specials now include Chicken Pot Pies Thursday's so we went to try it. This ficus a personal size freshly made this morning it was nice to have for a meal with a side salad. But though good, it was not as hearty as the one we loved 5 years ago. Staff was friendly and attentive and my husbands favorite beer (El Korn) was on tap and my iced tea was customized perfectly . We even brought most of the salad home as it was a large serving for a lunch. We'll be back on Sunday for our wings and other treats that we need to pick up. And we can come back again for a lunch or dinner as the have more items for people like me who cannot eat fried chucked, with their grilled chicken or salmon.
