Disappointing Customer Service Experience I've been a loyal customer, frequently buying Bundt cakes for clients, events, and parties, spending hundreds of dollars at this location. However, my recent visit left me incredibly disappointed. After purchasing six cakes, I realized I had misread a text and needed to swap one flavor. The cashier was in the process of helping me out when the manager, Addison, rushed from the back to stop the exchange. I was told this was a "training moment" and that swapping a cake was against policy. While I understand enforcing policies, the situation was handled poorly. Addison's condescending tone and unnecessary comment about me possibly "spitting on the cake and bringing it back" were completely uncalled for--especially considering I had stepped outside for mere seconds and hadn't even reached my car. Training moment for the staff: The proper approach would have been to explain the policy politely and let it slide this time as a courtesy. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully over a $6 cake, despite the fact that the cakes are individually sealed and hadn't been tampered with. This lack of respect and unnecessary escalation has lost you a loyal customer. Corporate policies should include treating customers with dignity and respect, and I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to prioritize customer service in the future. read more

My fiance and I were considering different options for our "sweets table" at our upcoming wedding. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a sampler of the mini bundts that Nothing Bundt Cake has to offer. We enjoyed all the tastes available and the cakes were moist and delicious. We also enjoyed the owner and the time she spent with us helping us to narrow down the choices. We chose the red velvet, carrot, white chocolate raspberry, chocolate chocolate chip and the lemon bundlets. Love the cream cheese frosting! I don't know what Snotty B had up his ass when he wrote his terrible review of this place, because we had the opposite experience than he suggests he had. His choice of words and degrading tone makes me happy that I'm not marrying a condescending grumpy, inarticulate man such as him! My fiance and I are excited to share the wonderful cakes with our wedding guests and we will continue to order cakes from here for other events we attend. read more

Amy made an assortment of bundtinis for my wedding in December, and everyone raved about how amazing the desserts were. My guests were hovering around the dessert table practically mugging the catering staff for refills of their favorite flavors. She worked with us at the ordering stage to help us select flavors and figure amounts based on attendance, and just generally made the whole experience absolutely delicious and pain-free. A special note about the gluten-free bundtinis: my celiac guests were delighted to have a safe dessert option at all, but the gluten-free cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes are delicious and the texture is incredible. More than one person asked if I was POSITIVE they were gluten-free, they were so delicious. Amy was so kind and easy to work with, and we are extremely pleased with the amazing service as well as the delicious products she and her staff produced for our big day. read more

I get to Boulder once a week and never miss stopping in for my Bundtlet treat, and a whole cake every year for my birthday. I am VERY picky about my cake and have never found anything outside homemade that cuts it...until now! Just as special as their cakes, is the owner Amy, who welcomes me like I'm the most important person that has stopped by that day. Unbelievable! Their cakes are absolutely phenomenal. My kids ask to stop in literally every time we're passing by on the way home from school or when we are out running errands. The cakes are without question the best I've ever had. The service is also outstanding. We recently placed a large order with them for a party and the owner was fantastic. My husband brought my employees a chocolate Nothing Bundt Cake for my Birthday. I'm gluten intolerant and was thrilled to find out that they have gluten free cakes too! He got me a gluten free chocolate chip Bundt cake that was moist and delicious. Everyone loved the chocolate Bundt cake too. They said that they loved it and polished off the whole cake. I had a cake and cupcakes delivered to my daughter's sorority for her birthday. Amy, the owner, took great care to make sure that my daughter received the cakes in between her classes with nice birthday decorations! Great option for family events or just grabbing a bundlet on the go. The frosting is unbelievable and they have a great variety of flavors, with white chocolate-raspberry being my favorite. Nothing Bundt Cakes is the best! We tried a bundlet right after their opening and have been back many times for the martini bundt cakes. Always fresh and delicious - even days later. Give it a try if you haven't yet - you won't be disappointed! Huge fan! read more
