I was recently made aware that NBC now offer gluten free cakes so I had to try it out. I was not made aware that the cakes were chill so in my excitement, I took a bit of the chill cake and that was a mistake lol once the cake came up to room temp, loved it! As far as this location, service was great but the store had a little smell. I'm not sure what it was but it wasn't bad, it just smelled like old mop water or something. Called them and they said, no problem since delivery was due days later and refund will be processed. Never happened even after calling three more times. Very poor customer service. read more

**HORRIBLE STAFF** I came in on 10/14/2025 to purchase a 10" decorated carrot cake. I was asked to wait 20 mins to have it made which was perfectly ok. To our surprise, when I cut and distributed the cake, it was a STRAWBERRY cake instead of what I paid for. The cake wasn't fully cooked and was raw to taste. I came to the store and the cashier, Josslene O., who took my order yesterday laughed at me when I told her they had given me the wrong flavor cake. She also stated that was definitely a strawberry cake. Another employee, who I assume s the manager, by the name she of Celina came out and took my receipt. She returned a few minutes later and told me she could give me another cake but would not be decorated. I told Celina that I needed a refund but she started laughing and told me she cannot give me a refund. I asked to speak to some one above her and she informed me that she just spoke to the owner, Divyesh Patel, and that she was following his instructions. I asked for his number and Celina refused to provided to indicating that I can only email him. I asked her to call him from the store phone and she refused. She stated she would give me his business card and when she walked off, she started disrespecting me and laughing. All these occurred while I was recording them. Received a buntini and flowers as a gift last weekend because my son had passed away. When I opened the cake a sand gnat flew out of the container then landed back on the icing.I returned the cake just for an even exchange. The manager was rude and said there was no way a sand gnat could have gotten inside the cupcake holder. She asked for a receipt, the cake was a gift with flowers. Being rude saying can't be sure where I got it. There is only one Nothing Bundcake in town. Really! SHE said there was nothing she'd do about it. This is a new store and the management sucks as much as their customer service. I am in hospitality and she could have done an even exchange. Their cakes are one of a kind and it was a gift because my son had passed away. I left the cake on the counter and walked out. I could have given them so many references like I had been doing but be sure no more good comments on such rude service plus bugs in my food.
