This location is in a shopping center at Arneil and Las Posas (across from Ric's Restaurant and next to Onyx Restaurant). Because the shopping center is so large, it is easy to drive by unless you know where to look. Each of the NBT locations I have been to are pretty much the same. A small store front with a sales counter featuring the small, medium and large Bundt cakes in the many flavors. Sophia was behind the counter to answer our questions and help us make our selections. I arrived to order and pick up a cake for Mother's Day, they were pretty busy and informed me of their 20 minute wait. There were orders ahead of mine so I had to wait to be called. The only cakes ready were the little bundtinis which were way too small for 10 people. We were already a little late to dinner so I informed the employee I'd be back for it. I returned less than an hour later and it was ready and so delicious. Staff were helpful. It was a little inconvenient to have to return but I do appreciate the freshness of the frosting and cake. Attending a potluck so i decided to bring bundtinis. I walked in one day and I asked if they have all the flavors. The cashier said yes and I asked if I can have 2 dozens with different flavors? She agreed and I was surprised she came back with the boxes super fast. Off I go to attend a potluck party. When it was dessert time, I was disappointed that the boxes contained the same flavors: red velvet, Chocolate, lemon and raspberry chocolate. A month later, I decided to buy bundtinis again. This time I went to the thousand oaks location. I asked a dozen of bundtinis with different flavors and the cashier asked what flavors I want.. she showed me a list of flavors that are available that day. I told the T.Oaks location regarding the 2 dozens I got from the Camarillo location. They told me what was given to me was the signature bundtinis but they can mix or match . read more

My daughter went there to get me two Bundt cakes for Mother's Day and they were delicious! I love the vanilla but the strawberries and cream are amazing! Finally! a location in CAMARILLO! for being new the place was cute, plenty of parking all around and defenitely small. They had various options from personal sizes to big bundt cakes! From wrapping them to adding customized messages, ribbons and more.... Staff was friendly and some still being trained which is okay. If in a hurry pre order and be patient with staff. As per prior reviews some cakes do seem a bit on the dry side unfortunately which never happened in ventura location but it's all in the works I guess Overall coming back once staff gets it together a bit more but great place to get some desert read more

I'm sure the cake will be delicious but the service I received today was horrible. The lady working (She said her name was Diana but her name tag said Katia) the counter would not honor a coupon I found online for $5 off one of their bundt cakes. I told her I called yesterday before ordering the cake on the Nothing Bundt Cakes app to ask if they would honor the coupon. The lady I spoke to on the phone said yes and that customers often do that so they can get points through the app. She said I could just bring the coupon in and they will give me the discount. I explained all of this to Diana/Katia, however, she was very rude and asked me several questions of who I spoke to, where I got the coupon, etc. She kept looking at the coupon and did not seem to believe what I was saying. I told her I did not get the lady's name but told her what time I called. I told her that she could determine who worked there by the time I called. Diana/Katia said that she does not know who worked because she was off. She said she will have to explain this to her manager who will be there in a few minutes. After much back and forth with her, she finally went to the back and spoke to another employee. Maybe it was the employee who I spoke to on the phone. Diana/Katia then said okay, I will give you the $5. It was frustrating that it was that difficult to get her to honor something that one of her coworkers already authorized. As I walked out, she was extremely condescending and sarcastically said "Okay, have a nice day! Have the day that you deserve!". Although I live in Camarillo, I think I would rather drive to T.O. or Ventura to get better customer service. read more

This place is right off Arneill Rd & Las Posas Rd , right across the street from Ric's Restaurant, right next between Pizzaman Dan's (in the middle) . Upon entering I noticed super clean, highly organized, attention to details. It is a smaller store but it's has a lot of character to it. I was greeted by Ariana L. She was so sweet, kind, caring, genuine, very understanding, knowledgeable, super down to earth . I had some questions & she answered all of them . So I bought gift bag , 2 bunt cakes a red velvet & strawberry cream! I've had bunt cakes before and they're always delicious! You can choose from small , medium to large , so a bit of everything which is really sweet! Their price points are spot on! Only nothing bundt cakes location I've been to that has dry cakes. Ive been here twice and both times I was disappointed.

This is the first time I have ever had Nothing Bundt cakes I received a flyer in the mail for the Camarillo location and decided to go redeem it. Wow this was absolutely delicious. I tried the s'mores. The gentleman working the counter was very nice and friendly. I got my FREE cake and I will definitely return. Soooooo good! So many flavors. Nobody has a selection like NOTHING BUNT CAKES Camarillo. It's a tasty adventure in something different for a treat or desert. Nothing Bundt Cake is a mixed bag. The cupcakes are delicious once you leave them out for awhile at room temperature. The cupcakes are ice cold . They should have some at room temperature . Oh well. Ice cold cupcakes ruin the flavor. They are making a bundle and don't care. So much for customer service. read more
