From flavor options to icing and specialty topper details, they really think of everything. Whenever they have a BOGO on bundtlets, my husband and I stop in and each grab a red velvet. While we have tried other flavors like vanilla, chocolate, birthday cake, lemon, and more, the red velvet is definitely our go to. That said, all of the flavors we have tried have been delicious. We were recently at a party that had a platter of the mini bundt cakes, and it was perfect. They were petite and allowed everyone to try multiple flavors, which was a great touch. I've been a patron of the chain since I encountered it in Texas, and have yet to have a less-than-good experience in any of their stores. This location is now my favorite one. Not only is the location in a prime spot, and their selection varied and well-surplussed, but the service is bar none. We placed the order online only to be picked up a couple of hours later. But Sydney, the manager, called several times and fulfilled all of our needs. It is very rare on a special event when something goes wrong that you come out of it not only feeling good, but with everything resolved. From this point forward, we are loyal to this establishment and loyal to Sydney for her efforts. This bakery is a chain/franchise and if you haven't tried it yet, they are fantastic. You can order ahead online or go to the store to order or just pickup something that is already baked and ready. The cakes are fresh, moist and come in so many flavors. Carrot, raspberry white chocolate and red velvet are my favorite flavors. The cream cheese frosting is so rich and delicious. There is the perfect amount on each cake. The Bundtinis we got were perfectly packaged for transport. I am SUPER PICKY about my cakes! I discovered Nothing Bundt Cakes when I lived in Dallas a couple years ago and a friend got me some mini Bundts for my birthday. I was very sad when I moved back to Fort Lauderdale 2 years ago and couldn't find these anywhere! So imagine my lovely surprise when I drove past this one, tucked away in the Whole Foods plaza off North Federal (right behind the Shake Shack)! I found out they just opened about 3 months ago! Yay!!!!!! So I ran in and out, got my fave lemon flavor bundlet (mini cake) It's a nice sized personal cake, priced very reasonably for the size. These are always moist with great flavors and icing is delish. Pre-Covid they would put out daily samples but I understand not wanting to do that for health and safety reasons. Their cakes come in Many different sizes - 8" or 10" for parties or for individuals they have the bundlets (baby cake) and bundtinis (bite sized). There are maybe about 10 flavors to choose from. I called and placed an order with an employee on 12/14/21 and the order was supposed to be ready at 2:00 pm on 12/19/21. When I got to the store at 3:00pm on 12/19/21 they were closed. The employee I spoke with did NOT tell me they closed at 2pm on Sunday, even though they let me place an order to be picked up at that time. I never received any courtesy call regarding my order. I called back the following day to get to the bottom of this and the assistant manager Stephanie was being rude and kept on placing me on hold while I was talking. Finally I was able to speak with management and they concluded I will not be able to be refunded because the cake was already made. While picking up my order from this location I heard a worker from inside cursing and speaking negatively about the young lady that was in line in front of me. She was very nasty in the way that she spoke. I told them I wanted a "Bundtlet" with no frosting and i'm very sure it was frozen and then microwaved. Didn't taste fresh at all.
