A really solid bagel spot, I came in on a Sunday morning and all tables were taken and there was a short line. It is a small space and there were a few benches in the area to eat if you cant find space inside. The ordering system was fairly easy and they did have some fun options like a steak and cheese breakfast sandwich, one with chorizo, and the ever classic taylor ham. The bagels all looked amazing but I went for everything bagel because they really hooked it up with the everything. I added taylor ham, egg, and cheese and got an iced latte with cookie butter flavor. Most of staff is younger kids and the service was a bit shaky but overall efficient. Waited a few minutes for the sandwich and they almost forgot my coffee though one staff member double checked before I left so that was nice. Coffee was ok- not life changing but solid, and they did have a cold brew option as well. Now for the breakfast sandwich- bagel itself was absolutely fantastic. One of the best bagels I have tried outside of NYC and they really did hook it up with the everything. Now combined with the taylor ham, egg, and cheese the sandwich was quite salty. I think next time I will try the same sandwich with the plain bagel to compare and contrast. My only recommendation to them is put slightly less salt in the everything bagel toppings on top. The unique flavor was subtle, and the bagel had a good chew. The cheese seemed a touch thin in texture, like a "low fat" feel. Preparation was about 5 minutes. Heard great things about this place so stopped by while we were in the area. I'm not a big bagel person, but wanted to see what people thought was a great bagel. My husband and I both ordered the Lower East Side Bagel (smoked salmon, schmear, capers and onions). We went around 1:00, and there really wasn't a line. We waited a reasonable amount of time for our order. The bagel sandwiches were conveniently wrapped in paper and sliced in half. It made it easier to eat on the go. We ate it on the way home in our car. The bagels had a nice crispy, crunchy texture on the outside and was soft and moist on the inside. I thought it had a good amount of crispiness on the outside while my husband thought it could've been a five star bagel if it was a little crispier. While the bagel sandwich was overall tasty and good, we thought it could've used some more salmon. And the salmon didn't have a lot of smoked flavor. But it had a good amount of schmear, not too much. The capers were a good addition for the needed saltiness and the onions add a nice texture. I would give zero stars if I could. I took my Two year old here on a Tuesday based on their yelp hours and they were closed. It was 90 degrees and my toddler was obviously upset he wasn't allowed outside the car. They updated their google and "insta" hours but have yet to update their yelp hours. Instead of taking responsibility they were totally rude and arrogant. When they were called out for being wrong they ignored me. I've visited Time 4 Bagels Cafe several times now. The first two times - the lines were ridiculously long. Depending on when you arrive - there may be a long line. The first time I visited - I was in line for about 20 minutes - and gave up - as the line had barely moved. The second time I visited - it took 20 minutes to get to the register - and 19 more minutes to receive my order. I've had the Lower East Side Bagel: Smoked salmon, schmear, capers, onions & tomato; the BEC (Bacon, egg, and cheese - with extra cheese and extra bacon - no ketchup); and a SEC (Sausage, egg, and cheese - no ketchup). I've also had their cold brew. All 3 breakfast bagel Sammies I had were on a salted Rosemary Bagel - every time I have visited - there was very little choice of Bagels - as they were sold out. All of the Bagel sandwiches were tasty. The cold brew was good as well. There is only 5 small tables to eat in. When there is a long line right by the tables - it's not the best eat in experience. If you're looking for a proper bagel I cannot recommend this spot enough! I ordered a Jalapeño cheddar and there was actual jalapeño inside my bagel. The bagel was crispy and perfectly toasted. I subbed in Turkey sausage since I don't eat pork and the made sure to go above and beyond by making my order on a separate griddle and changing their gloves. My order took a little longer than others to come out but I understand it was due to my request, while I was waiting folks that got there a little before and after me had all gotten their orders. The ambiance was very pleasant but I did come a little later in the morning, not a lot of noise and some lovely christmas music playing. Not impressed. Someone told me about this place bragging how good it was so I went out my way to try it because I was told they had pork roll egg n cheese. As a tri-stater I was excited. Get there and the place is packed... good sign. Ask for a pork roll sandwich on a Kaiser; no kaisers, just bagels. Who the hell eats a pork roll on a bagel? Got a salt bagel n cream cheese instead. The salt bagel had almost no salt and tasted like it had rosemary on it. I did notice the salt/rosemary bagels in the case; this was not one of them but still tasted like it was. Rosemary is extremely overpowering so it should be in a separate area. The cream cheese is just that whipped stuff. Tried it, won't go back. Great fresh bagels! I ordered the everything toasted with egg and cheese. They use a real egg that they fry up, not the spongey stuff. And they put American cheese on both sides of the bagel - bonus points for that. I will say the bagel was a bit salty for my liking. But sometimes everything bagels are that way. Fist timer. Holy smokes the Grease! I was genuinely shocked how much grease the sandwich was covered in. The whole wrapper was soaked in grease and the entire sandwich including the beagle was covered with grease. They should just bake it the grease monster. You need gloves to eat this. My fingers were wet and glistening with grease. My stomach was making all kinds of noises trying to digest all the grease. Way too much Grease it's as jf they constructed the sandwich then tossed it in its entirety into a grease vat. There is a limit of six bagels, which is understandable, because it's a small shop and they are trying to serve as many customers as possible. I tried the rosemary bagel with garlic and chive cream cheese. And I got my husband the bagel and lox sandwich. Everything was delicious. Stopped in here on Sunday at about 9 AM. Left at 10:20. It was a significant line but mostly patient. They were completely out of sweet bagels when we reach the head of the line, so we needed to improvise. My husband had the bodega bagel. He couldn't finish it. It had to be 2 1/2 inches thick. It looked incredible and he raved about it. We also picked up four bagels - two jalapeño cheddar, one rosemary, salted, and a plain. The cream cheese offerings were light yesterday due to crowds, but we picked up the curry mustard spread. The bagels were above average. I would've liked jalapeño through the jalapeño cheese bagel. The rosemary salted was spectacular! The plain vehicle was just average. But the spread OMG it was so good. It was a little frustrating that they were almost sold out so early in the day, but I am thrilled. We have a bagel place in the neighborhood. Everyone was working to the best of the capability, racing around and restocking bagels as quickly as they could. I'm looking forward to trying some other offerings. 4.5 stars. I've been here several times now, and the bagels are absolutely delicious! I'll definitely keep coming back. However, they seem to struggle with keeping their inventory stocked. Every time I visit, they're out of multiple kinds of bagels. Be prepared to adjust your order, as there's a good chance your first choice won't be available. This has happened on every visit so far, which is a bit frustrating. Also, they are slow to fill orders, so you will have to wait awhile. We waited in line for 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes after ordering for just two bagels with cream cheese (not even a specialty/breakfast sandwich). I recommend they look at Manhattan Bagel's model, specifically, the location in Centreville. They are fast and efficient with low wait times even when the place is packed.
