My last visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes was at the Mill Creek location back in 2017. I was in search of a gluten free treat for my nephew's birthday. Thankfully, The Homie found this much more convenient location in Lynnwood driving north on 99 from Shoreline (10/10/24). First counter associate answered my quick question while busy with other customers. A second counter associate quickly appeared and was able to provide timely, informative, and friendly customer service. Bright interior, a full cake display case, and other special occasion supplies are available onsite for purchase. I bought a pumpkin spice bundtlet ($6) and a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie bundtlet ($7)...surprised the prices remained very reasonable! The pumpkin spice bundtlet was shared and very moist & flavorful. It's fortunate that I always carry disposable/compostable flatware and napkins in my car. Delicious! Good to know this location has been around since 2022 or 2023. Clearly I was not paying attention driving past in this vicinity of Lynnwood. How I heard of this place: Likely a promotional flyer or coupon, which we immediately took advantage of. Their name is cute and catchy, which sticks easily in your memory. Type of cuisine: All things Bundt. The cakes come in larger sizes, minis (think large muffin size) and tinies (mini cupcake size). Ambiance: Quaint, lively, darling. The shops often seem to be placed in strip malls, giving less space inside, but plenty of color and character! Many items available for sale for a variety of celebratory occasions - baby showers, birthdays, weddings, Mother's Day, etc. So many cakes on display, too, which offer much to gawk at as well as inspire future orders. What I ordered: A strawberries & cream bundtlet and a Confetti bundlet (the large muffin size). What I loved: Of the handful of cakes we have sampled here - fall/winter flavors, and now spring/summer ones - the Strawberries & Cream has been the favorite. My only complaint was that we kept biting into little pockets of sugar or mix. Some sort of gritty texture that was not enjoyable. It seemed like the cake wasn't mixed enough? Some Background: My partner met the owner of this location at his work, the owner brought samples to share with the workers and my partner instantly thought of me. He brought me here as a surprise and as soon as we got here the name stood out to me and I pointed it out. That's when he told me that's where we're going. I love a play on words! Food Review: I've had bundt cakes before and they've always been dry, or iced with melted sugar. I basically gave up on them. However, this place, wow! It's a franchise so I'm not sure if they're made in store but they do taste super fresh and moist! The icing is very good! Very sweet though so a little goes a long way. I can make one of these last possibly three days, because just one third hits the spot but honestly I just ate one in one sitting haha it's so good! Good thing I bought two. They're pretty big and the mini bundt dozen option is cute! The big ones are spongy and moist, once mixed with the icing it gets heavier, think cake pop. I'd definitely buy this again! Store Review: Apart from the cakes, they have many areas of party supplies, from birthday candles to wedding supplies, new baby gifts, cards, mugs, etc! The decor is nice, the spot is vibrant and welcoming. The staff was so awesome! Very friendly, smiley, and made sure we got a punch card and the eClub offer so we don't miss out on a free bundlet on our birthdays! I visited the Lynnwood store to purchase three mini bundtlets and had a coupon from ValPak for a "buy one, get one free" offer. I chose three of the banana pudding bundtlets, but Brianna informed me the coupon couldn't be applied because the banana pudding flavor is considered a premium variety. This was not mentioned on the coupon, and I had no way of knowing this restriction beforehand. This feels like false advertising, as the coupon didn't specify any exclusions. From a customer service standpoint, the way this situation was handled was disappointing. We've been frequent customers, but this experience has made me hesitant to return. At $23.25 for three mini bundtlets, this is not an inexpensive product, and treating customers this way is not a sustainable approach for maintaining loyalty or staying in business. - DG read more

For some reason, the last few times I bought the 6" and 8" cakes from this Lynnwood location, the cakes are super mushy. To the point of being inedible. Should you spend your money here? A hard, YES. I am always surprised when someone says they haven't had a Bundt cake. They're so yummy and sweet. The regular bundts are great to share, and the minis are just adorable to look at. My kids love getting these. They hold no concern when it comes to which flavor because they're ALL so yummy. The people here are SO nice, I love coming into this location to grab some of their Bundt cakes. I spent nearly $50 on a dozen bundtinis and selected all my own flavors for a benefit dinner I was throwing. I ordered online late at night and then realized after submitting it that I meant to select 2 additional GF options for my guests. I called the store 5 min after they opened the next morning and they refused to let me switch two of the buntinis for GF. Buntinis are not individually wrapped. They are simply set into a box and could have been switched out easily. They said it was because the GF option was 50 cents more. I offered to pay the extra $1 and they refused and told me to buy additional ones for a greater cost. I will NEVER go to this franchise again!! Even though its location is convenient. If customer service is worth trashing over ONE DOLLAR, that I was willing to pay, these are not my people!
