I had the opportunity to stop into the Redlands store yesterday and I was very happy I did . I am normally a patron of the Riverside store and I was pleasantly surprised to find the owner of that store was also the owner of the Redlands location . For some reason my orders are unusually complex but the owner Misty always cheerfully takes care of me with a smile and humor . So angry we ordered my daughter's sweet 16 cake from this place I spoke to a nice little lady she told me 10 AM it would be ready or maybe it was 1030 either way we go to pick up the cake at 3:30 and were told that our cake was not ready. My family was helping me out by grabbing it so I called the store and find out what is going on how can this be happening spoke with Breana who said she was a manager her basic response was sorry we gave your cake away but you're still gonna have to wait for another 15 mins. If I have a time I would've ordered another one but I'm out of time and super disappointed in this company they should have offered to compensate us in someway instead of just oops someone else is enjoying your cake read more

I LOVE NBC BUT, this location is HORRIBLE!!! I pre-ordered/paid for 24 bundtlets (two 12 packs) and called to confirm my order the morning of pick up. They spent 25 min trying to find my order and telling me I never placed the order, then when I located my receipt, they finally found my order! I asked them to make sure my order would be ready for pick up at 3pm because I was going to be in a rush. When I arrived at 3pm again, no one could find my order. They have the WORST customer service and they are extremely RUDE! I will never frequent this location again! The girls working there, including the "lead person" need to be properly trained. I asked for the owners info to send an email of my concerns, and the "lead Brianna" brushed me off stating, "do what you need to do!" WOW, I guess their small business doesn't need my business. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived & they had a table outside for pick-up. There were 3 people ahead of me waiting. I checked in & then 3 people came after me. I continued to wait & then noticed that the people that came after me were all getting their cakes? The lady at the table asked me for my name again & then called back again asking for my cakes. I asked her why people that checked in after were given their cakes before me & then another employee that came out just said that they had 200 orders that day? So you can't keep them in order? I bought two cakes here strawberry's and creme and red velvet. The red velvet was much more moist. To me it seemed like the strawberry's and creme was old it was very hard and nothing like the red velvet which tasted very fresh. Other than that they have a great selection of flavors read more

This place is so amazing! The cakes, the looks, the service! Happy to admit I'm a regular. However, I had one small issue this past weekend. The young lady that helped me was very nice and helpful, however I was distracted by the hickey on her neck. I understand she's young, we've all been there, but this a professional setting and it should really be covered up. hopefully this is something that was already taken care of. I went here for the first time today and my experience was GREAT! I got the cinnamon swirl bundt cake and it is amazing! I love that they sell individual sizes as well as larger cakes. The cakes are so moist and not overly sweet. I couldn't believe how cheap their pricing is too, another big plus for me. I have been in search of a place with delicious cakes in Redlands and by far this spot is the best! Both of the girls who worked there are so friendly which really made the visit even more pleasant. Yes, there have been times that I had to wait for my custom order, but I didn't mind since they had free samples and adorable gift items to browse. The Redlands CA store has the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . They messed up my cake and told me it was my fault and called me a lie and said what what I got was what I ordered, and after some back and forth over the phone I was told I could come in and get a refund and when I went in to get it, they said they changed their mind and they will not issue a refund and the situation was my fault. Horrible customer service. They said the Owner said No after they spoke with me over the phone and that the Owner who was not there said they should not refund me. So I asked the person I spoke to when I went back in, why didn't she speak to her owner before she had me come back into the store to pick up my refund and return their cake. She didn't have an answer for that, She just continued to call me lie and say the cake I got was what I ordered and that the person that took my order has worked there for 10 years and would never make that mistake. They treated me so, so poorly. Sadly I had guest coming to a birthday party and I explained this, and this was stressing me out. Don;t waste your time. Try Michelle's bakery on Tennessee in Redlands CA. She's much more nicer and professional. I will never go to Redlands Bundt again, and the Owner doesn't understand what good customer service means. I'll be surprised in 5 years if her store is still open!!!! Poor customer service will eventually catch up her. In all fairness, they did reluctantly refunded my $25, Yes all that for a $25 cake. My husband said she must be desperate to forgo customer service over $25, and I got a beautifulll cake at Michelle's. It's the way I was treated that I had to write this review!!! read more

First time for me, and will NOT be the last. I am an avid baker, and most places I have tried cake, cupcakes, etc, were dry and tasteless. I was sceptical at first, but once I took my first bite, what my pallette received was moist, delicious cake! I know some are saying they are too sweet, but ...it's cake! I purchased two of the small bundts in Red Velvet and Cinnamon, and they didn't last long. I'm thoroughly displeased and highly unimpressed with this store location. My order was wrong when I went to pick it up. Took 30 mins for them to remake it. When I went to pick it up, it was still incorrect. It did not have the flag that I ordered or the card I asked for with a private message I had typed out on the website. Now it wasn't chilled like I wanted because they had to remake it and the "extra frosting" didn't look so extra to me. After waiting several minutes to speak with the store manager, she gave nothing but excuses why my experience picking up a simple cake order was so negative and time consuming. The whole point of ordering online is for convenience for those busy people who don't have much time on their hands, like myself who worked a 12 hour shift last night and only got 2 hours of sleep and made sure I was on time to pick up my order. I only hope the cake actually tastes good and is up to par with the name brand like what I'm expecting from the other stores I have been to. We shall see. read more
